Jeep cherokee is a horrible vehicle, burns over a quart of oil every 1000 miles and Chrysler says that is acceptable. After service I noticed they didnt replace my engine cover and after 2 phone call messages over 3 days to the service manger I have not gotten a return call. Got a return call and they said they tried to call me 2 other times and it said I didn t have a voicemail set up. I have never had that issue before but giving benefit of the doubt the lack of contact has been settled.

Mark was my sales person and he was fantastic! He was very helpful and informative. Extremely nice and personable. He got me a great deal and even noticed a flaw and arranged for it to be fixed. He is very knowledgeable and great at what he does. Thank you for a great car buying experience!

Tried to buy a Jeep here twice and ended up going elsewhere. The salesman are not courteous and rude . I went to test drive a car which they said they had in stock, ended up not having it. The salesman was there didn t even come to apologize. He pawned me off to another salesman to take care of it. I practically sat next to the original salesman through a glass window and didn t even acknowledge me. No apology. Was never called or contacted again. I WILL NEVER BUY HERE and I live right down the street.

In regards to the maintenance department. It takes weeks to get an appointment and for someone who works it s pretty much impossible. I take my services to Hendrick or Stateline now where they get me right in.

This place is horrible.

Had a scheduled appointment this morning (9/8/17) at 7:30 for work to be done on the truck I recently bought from the dealership (which was certified pre-owned by the way) and they have not even looked at the vehicle yet. Unbelievable. They should have called to reschedule with me if they were not going to be able to get to my truck today. What a waste of time. Very disappointed.

David was great, no pressure on buying. 190 days was great, however the incentives wasn't as good to me. I took one point off due to the incentives not being GREAT! The finance lady was very detail in explaining the contract as we read over it. FYI, think about giving your customers a tumbler cup if they're paying over 40 thousand for a vehicle. BMW did just that :-).

Absolutely fantastic Dealership and every departme...

Absolutely fantastic Dealership and every department does a wonderful job!
Mark is the most fabulous Sales Person and this is my 4th jeep purchase from him. He is great to work with and I have referred all my friends to him.
The Finance team did an amazing job as well and I was in and out of there in 30 minutes when I was purchasing my jeep.
Evan in Service is also amazing ! It is always a pleasure to go there and everyone goes above and beyond to help and make you feel welcome and comfortable.

Visited this dealership a few weeks back, on Memor...

Visited this dealership a few weeks back, on Memorial Day. Didn't have the best of experiences but brushed it off - that is until I received an email from their "general manager" a couple days later, May 29th. It was of course an automated email thanking me for the visit and making sure I was "treated with courtesy and respect" and that I was given an opportunity to "have a hassle-free purchasing experience".

Reading that email, I thought back to my experience and thought, "hey, since he sounds interested, I'll share". So I responded to him within a couple of hours, detailing why my experience on Memorial Day was not so great. It's been exactly 3 weeks - do you think I heard back? Nope. Since the GM doesn't care to follow-through with his own automated emails, I thought I'd leave here what I wrote him for others to understand how this place functions. Here's what I wrote him:

"It took us close to an hour to reach the dealership that day as we live quite a ways from it. Upon arriving, I indicated which vehicle I was interested in but that I wasn't purchasing just yet as I'm shopping around. Upon requesting an appraisal for my vehicle, I was told you can't do it unless we're working on a specific deal. Considering an appraisal takes 5-10 mins, it felt like a shut down - "if you're not buying, we're not going to spend the time with you".

Closer, local dealerships were happy to provide an appraisal regardless of circumstance and I now know where I stand with them once I'm ready to make the move. Since you guys are so far out, I don't see us making an additional trip up there anytime soon."

Realistically, the above experience would have resulted in a 3-ish star rating (nice people but wasted time, gas, effort). But given the nature of the GM's email, really hoping we were "treated with courtesy and respect", then not caring to care - adds insult to injury. Hence, the 1 star.

My family is so happy with our new vehicle we just purchased from Lake Norman Chrysler DJR! We had been searching for the perfect fit for our family and we found that and then some!

Mark M was fantastic throughout the entire purchasing process. He was a total professional and never pressured us during our visit. He answered all our questions and provided very useful, hands-on information for our new vehicle. He also gave us a more than fair deal on our trade!

Tim in the finance office was also a true professional who knows his business. My wife and I felt totally at ease in our dealings with him! He was friendly and able to easily explain everything to us. He clearly answered our questions and took great care of us!

I would highly recommend these individuals and this dealership to anyone looking for the best car buying experience ever! Thanks again to Lake Norman Chrysler DJR for taking the stress out of this most important decision!

We went in to take a vehicle in for service that we had purchased last year. My wife was completely against the idea of getting her a new vehicle.

After talking with Mark and showing her the vehicle I wanted her to have, Mark was able to help me convince her that she needed a new one. Mark walked us through the process and was very helpful the entire time. After the sale was complete, Mark even took an additional amount of time to show my wife the features of her new vehicle. He helped her set up her SiriusXM and her cell phone connection to the car.

I have been very happy with both vehicles I have purchased from Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and highly recommend them to anyone. I have yet to meet an unfriendly person on staff. Everyone has always been helpful, professional, and very courteous.

I have received great sales assistants from both Mark and Brian.

I even went in to test drive a vehicle but it's just radio silence on their end. It's almost as if they didnt want to sell me that particular vehicle. This is the first time I have done business with this dealership. I will not be back.

We drove 3 hours because of a Jeep we saw on line and we were not sorry that we did. When we got there our salesperson, Jamar, gave us his full attention and time. We were with him a good 3 hours. He helped us with negotiations to get the best trade we could get - we had already done our homework and knew what our trade was worth and they offered more to get the deal done. This dealership is fair, honest and never pressured us at any time.

Thank you for making a usually stressful experience so pleasant.

I drove FAR to go to this dealership. I had been there once before and said I would be back when I was ready to buy. The miles were worth it, the service was terrific! Mark Mosayebi guided me from my initial internet inquiry all the way through our delivery. There were no big pressure tactics and they were happy to answer all of my questions-and there were many! I ordered the exact car I wanted and it came in much faster than I imagined, just a couple of weeks...and I love my new jeep!

I usually have a good experience at the service department. Not today!!! It took 7 hours to tell me that i needed a new battery. I went the next day to pick up the vehcle and the paperwork was not ready. This is the NEXT day!! The very rude cashier said it was not her job to find the service person and I needed to wait until she came by. OMG!! Finally she showed up but not with the paperwork. We are now going on 45 minutes. I paid my bill and NO KEYS!! The lovely rude cashier said she doesn't go get keys. My keys were in the vehicle in the parking lot, but no one knew that.
I recommend you go somewhere else for service!!!!!

my daughter purchased a 2013 dodge challenger rt in 2 days the power steering light came on as she was driving the steering wheel became hard to turn she called the dealer who told her that she couldnt get her car checked for 3 days to find out that the car should have never made it thru a dodge inspection because the power steering was defected meanwhile she is in a small loaner with no idea as to how long it is gonna take to fix or replace her car her easter weekend was ruined she traded a working old car for a new peice of junk it hurts me to see my daughter so upset i think she should get an upgraded new car of her choice on dodge

If there s one thing I ve learned in my year long search for a new truck, its that being in my twenty s and trying to buy a truck on my own is not an easy process. My previous car buying experiences have been with older- aged car salesmen who either don t take me seriously, or just flat out treat me like a child. When I went to LKN Chrysler Jeep Dodge, I was not only treated like an adult, but I was treated like a friend. It was so refreshing working with Josh and Yehu, who are around my age and were so easy to relate to and get along with. I not only left with a new truck, but I left with two new friends as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone- especially someone who s in their twenty s! Thanks, guys!!

I was driving a Honda on the 2nd car I had owned that was not a Mopar. The dealership where I bought it tried to get me out of it 3 different times because it was low mileage but said I owed to much. On my way home from Huntersville where I had bought it I thought wonder if I could trade for a Mopar!! I pulled in the parking lot at 7:30 they close at 8:00. Christine Campo was standing right inside the door and greeted me with open arms. Told her what I had going out and that I wanted out of that 2 door Civic and in a 4 door. Told her my situation, what I could afford and that I wanted out of that car!! She said no problem lets find you a car. And that is exactly what we did...we went out on the lot found a Chrylser 200 that I liked and by the next afternoon I was taking my new car home!!!!! I am so happy to be back in my Mopar. Christine never once made me feel like she wasn't doing everything in her power to get me what I wanted. She was friendly, kind, funny, had a great customer service and most of all I made a friend! I work in financing and I know what great customer service is and if Christine had given anything other than great service I would have asked to speak to someone else!! While I was signing my paperwork Christine even put my stuff out of my old car into my new. Way to go Lake Norman you have a wonderful sales person in Christine Campo. I can't wait to send someone else in there to see her!! Thanks again Christine for all your help!

I inquired about a chrysler 300 and in about 30 minutes after William Lafon emailed me about car. He sent me a video of the car and he told me if i had any questions to please contact him and he would help me with any question i had. I was in the process of putting my car up for sale. He told me to come by the dealership and see if there was anything he could do for me. We test drove the car on a saturday and he took the time out of his day to help us see if that was the car i wanted. I ended up selling my car to a friend and called him on 2/15 to see if we could come by and get the new car. it was his day off and he came in to assist us. He was awesome! I appreciated that the took the time to help a customer on his day off and had been helping me for over a week. Devin in finance was also wonderful. He worked with us to get the payments where I needed them to be. He was down to earth and we felt like we have known him for years. My father is going to be trading cars soon so we will be coming back to William and Devin. i will also be recommending them to everyone I know and they will now be the dealership I purchase cars from. I ve had my fair share of cars and I ve never felt more at home than I do when I was at Lake Norman. Outstanding!

I bought a 2008 Chrysler 300 here and we love it. My sales person was ED. He was quick and to the point. Even though I came to spend the day at the dealership, he made everything easy. My finance manager was Christina. She was very easy to talk to. Although I didn't meet her director I was told that she went to bat for me with the bank. After I closed the deal when I came in, I got a call the next day from Christina that her director was able to get me a even better deal! I haven't heard of a dealrship that would go the extra mile like that. They handled me like a real person. I would recomend this dealership to all my friends and family... or anyone looking to buy a car. Top noch service! Hands down.

Quite shocked they didnt close our deal. Requested brake pads and rotors be replaced because they looked horrible but they were willing to let me walk out the door over the $300-400 cost (mind you that is how much it would cost me if I would have had to do it after purchase but it wouldn't cost them that much at all only materials since they could do it in house). Also didn't like how they only offer good interest rates with their over priced warranty. This is definitely a haggle place and preferred my no-haggle experiences at other dealerships.

Maggie was great. She was recommended by a friend who recently bought a jeep and also had a 5-star experience. My old xterra has a little more life in it but will likely need to be replaced in the near future. Maggie was understanding, patient and informative. She helped me figure out what I want in a car without any pressure. Even though I wasn't 100% ready to buy, I seriously considered going for it when - with her assistance - I found what just might be the perfect car for me. When it's time, pretty sure I'll head back up to Lake Norman jeep to see Maggie!

If it were not for their sales staff, I would give the dealership a 1 star rating. The service staff at Lake Norman Jeep are abysmal at best. I bought new tires last year from them and the promotion clearly stated they would be inflated with nitrogen, which was great. When my Jeep was ready, no green caps where on the stems so I asked and was assured they had inflated them with nitrogen and there was nothing to worry about. My bad for believing them. The first cold weather after the tires were installed and the tire pressure went down almost 8 psi and when I informed them of this, they claimed it was normal. Hate to tell them, that s not the case with nitrogen! It s much more stable than compressed air which is what makes it more efficient for airing up the tires so you don t have to worry about wild fluctuations in pressure. They ve yet to offer to remedy the mistake on their part. Not only that, I ve had on at least 4 different occasions the service staff recommend a pricey service that needs immediate attention...that I had just taken care of the service before or only a few services prior. The typical response from them is either oh, I see that now, sorry or I went and checked and you are correct, we have a new service tech that wasn t quite sure about the situation . Long story short, they have amazing sales staff, but I would highly recommend you get your vehicle serviced elsewhere!

*Update*

Service team tried to tell me that I couldn t get my oil change done until January 2019 due to the number of oil changes I ve had done. My extended Portfolio Warranty through them was for every 5,000 miles which I made sure to adhere to. When I complained the woman on the phone said there was nothing she could do, so I told her I d never do businsss with them again and she said OK and hung up on me. I emailed my sales guy and asked him to pass along my displeasure to the management and he never responded to my email. Too bad I can t give them 0 stars on here.

My husband and I recently bought a vehicle from Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Our experience was nothing short of amazing! Willie helped us with vehicle we were interested in and made the experience enjoyable with his knowledge, kind words and patience as I can be very indecisive. My husband and I knew what we wanted but often times my decision will be swayed depending on the person helping us because I always look for stellar customer service and Willie was just that! Thank you for your help and making the process easy with purchasing our second vehicle.

About a week after purchasing there was minor work that needed to be done. We spoke with Haleigh in the service department and she was absolutely delightful. She made sure to keep a smile on her face and keep us up to date on every and anything going on with our vehicle. She was personable and knowledgeable as well.

Overall our experience is one that will stick with us. If we are in search of another vehicle in the future im certain this is the company we will continue to do business with. We will be sure to spread the word to anyone we know that this company is a great place to start and finish!

Everything was 5 stars, Erik Hardin was our sales person and with the assist of Nathan York we were heading home with our new truck in just a few hours. Sam Dewitt was on time and explicit with the sale there were no hidden costs as discussed on the phone call we had on Saturday 12-7-13.
The car was out and ready to go the assessment of my trade in was lower than previous dealers but the end sale was lower and that is why he got the sale.
I never felt any pressure during this transaction. He put me on auto immediately with his easy manner.
Sam Dewitt is very personable while making a sale and is up front on all subjects regarding to a sale.
I drove away with a satisfied feeling and was so caught up in the moment I left my jacket with $1000.00 on the back of a chair. He called my home he did not have my c phone. The money was in the jacket when I returned. If I ever purchase a Chrysler product again I will look forward to doing business with Sam .
If There were a rating system I would give Mr. Dewitt the top rating what ever system 10, 100, 1000. he gets the highest in my book

Listened to exactly what I wanted and made it happen. Finance guy was Devin Schrad - he made all the paperwork painless and quick. Couldn t be any happier leaving with my new Jeep. Will continue to shop here for my vehicles!

We were searching for new truck for our recent college graduate. I also wanted to help him establish credit in the process. He looked on-line and found a used truck that met his needs. We drove over and met with Brian Cramer. Brian had sold us a Jeep several years prior. Brian remembered right away and without appointment started working with us. He had done a great job on the prior sale and we felt very comfortable working with him again. He quickly understood our goals and worked to get us the most for our trade. There were some minor cosmetic items with the used truck and Brian worked quickly to address them at no additional cost. Then we worked with the Finance department they were able to get us a great rate and payment. The dealership really did an excellent job meeting all of needs. Together we were able to start our new college graduate with a great truck at fair price and have started to establish his credit in the process.

This is our second purchase and I would highly recommend LNCDJ to anyone looking for new vehicle. I have owned my Jeep for 5 years now and have only had it serviced by LNCDJ. I have been very impressed with the service department from day one. It makes the decision to buy even easier when you know they have such outstanding service department to keep your investment running and looking its best.

Bought a 2017 Mustang GT with 3,500 miles. They said they had done an oil change before I bought it. Put 200 miles on the car and just went to change the oil just because I like to perform maintenance myself. Glad I took the time to change the oil because it was black as night. I m not worried about harm to the motor, it s the fact they lied about it. Won t be receiving any more business from me or get any recommendations from me.

If I could give a zero star, I would. This is one of the worst dealership's I've ever experienced. I made the mistake of buying here and hopeful you won't. If you are considering, don't buy their warranty service. The service department is horrible and then you will discover your warranty did cover what you signed up for. This place is a total scam! This dealership won't help you out with claims, respond to emails or calls, they'll make you deal with the warranty company. I HIGHLY encourage to NEVER buy here!

No one knows what s going on there! My husband inquired about a vehicle on FB marketplace. Keep in mind it shows the exact one we were interested in on the ad. A guy calls and we ask if it s still available. He says yes. Not 5 min later a sales guy calls and says it s getting a part added in the shop. That s fine. It ll be a little bit before we arrive bc we are an hour and half away. My husbands drives all the way there to see they have pulled the wrong car entirely. The one we were interested in is an suv, they had a sedan pulled. The suv we wanted to buy was sold. Over 3 hrs of my husbands say wasted. Get it together people!

I came in with a 02 dodge 2500 5.9 diesel. Told service advisor Cris that the truck has been sitting for 4 months and another shop has had it for 2 months and they couldn t fix it. I informed him that if possible could the truck try to be done ASAP cause it s been broke for 6 months and I m in college. Over drive doesn t work, lift pump doesn t work, and charging system doesn t work. Cris told me not to worry his best diesel tech would be on it. Week and a half later no call. I had to call to get updates on my truck and each time I got the same answer. The tech has his hands full The wiring is a mess in the truck my tech don t want to mess with it One minute they want to fix it and the next the said they wouldn t. Agreed to not mess with the lift pump but instead fix the over drive and charging system. Week later no call back, I had to call again, pretty much said the pcm is the problem and will be put in the truck the next day for pickup. Called next day to make it it was good. Cris said the tech test drove and all checked out. When I crunk my truck up I instantly knew nothing was fixed. Cris lied to me about test driving my truck and also told my mom he test drove the truck when he told me the tech did. Long story short no one confirmed my truck was fixed. I was charged $1,100 for something that was not verified to fix my truck. I was told the diagnostic procedure to fix my truck was to replace the pcm. Last I checked that s the last step is to replace a computer. The tech is supposed to verify the concern and then do a road test to confirm the vehicle is fixed. Not lie to my face and say you did test drive it and that everything was working good when in reality it wasn t. Cris would not let me talk to anyone above him or the tech. Cris also didn t charge me labor for the simple fact that he didn t even know if the tech was working on it for the month and a half the dealer had it. Was also told the tech was also working on two jobs at the same time while doing mine which is something your not supposed to do at a Chrysler dealer as a tech. Your only supposed to be clocked into one job at a time. Tech didn t confirm my concern. Tech did not test drive my vehicle and Cris lied to my face and never got back up with me on updates neither was he kind enough to let me speak to a tech or someone above him so I could try to sort was has been done to my truck out. All stuff dealers are against. I m am currently in training for a Chrysler tech and everything that I ve learned in my schooling, this dealer does it the opposite. My mom also bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler from here in 2015, very nice people but I guess standards have changed since then.

I have never had a car dealership go above and beyond like Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has. The service department is outstanding! This dealership really knows how to treat their customers. I will continue to recommend this establishment. Great work, guys!

I was led to LN Chysler by Capitol One Auto. I was pre-approved prior to coming to the lot and was greeted by Stephanie. She is polite, no pressure, and made the process very easy! She also got me more rebates and a blacktop package!! I was out with a 2019 Dodge Challenger in 2 hours!

I hate buying cars. I hate being accosted by sales...

I hate buying cars. I hate being accosted by sales people. I dread it. I loathe it. So when we unexpectedly needed to buy a car (our sixth month old car was totaled), we began our search online to avoid sales people as much as possible.
We found a car we like on LKNCDJ website, scheduled a test drive, and we were out in less than two hours with our next vehicle.
It was our second experience with them and both times were THE ONLY times we didn t feel like we had been raked over the coals and taken advantage of, and actually felt happy about our experience!
Chris Carnahan and Mark Mosayebi took excellent care of us from start to finish!

After a terrible experience with another car dealership, I truly felt right at home at Lake Norman Chrysler... My salesman was so helpful, patient, understanding and relatable. He paid close attention to my needs, wants and desires and made it all happen for me. I am truly grateful for a better experience as well as leaving with my dream car. I would recommend everyone to get your car there. The service is great!!

Randy Lorelike is a good man. I met him a couple weeks ago in the showroom when I was getting me PT Cruiser serviced. We spoke about the the issues I was having with my car and nothing more. I asked him for his card (just in case) because my PT Cruiser had rolled 100,000 miles and I was getting worried with problems I was having. Well, I ended back in the service dept. with my PT Cruiser and it wasn't good. After hanging out a couple hours waiting to see what my car decided to do, I thought of the nice man I spoke with couple weeks before and decided to ask if he was there and he was! Explained my situation and told him I just wanted to start over and get a new vehicle. He and the team at Lake Norman worked hard to help me and stay within my needs. I did purchase a 2013 Dodge Avenger SE and am very happy with my decision! The kindness and communication from Randy made the whole process comfortable and I would definitely send business his way any day! Thank you, Randy!

I went there a bought 2017 Dodge Ram promaster 250...

I went there a bought 2017 Dodge Ram promaster 2500 van. And I didn t read English well. So they was agreed to sold the car for $33000 out the door. I believe it and end up signed all the papers they ask me to signature and I was rust to sign it cause I was there waiting for 5 hours. I went home and looked at the papers and saw that I bought the van for $37500. I called them a next day and they told me that $37500 because including tax and all the warranty for 100000 miles. I never tell them that I want to buy warranty and also he never told me about the warranty when I was signing the papers. Went up there and the guy did my paperwork his name is Tony. He said he can take the warranty off all I need to sign the warranty cancellation papers and he can take $3000 off ($37500 - $3000 = $34500) that means I still get the car more then we agreed in the first time for $33000. I don t trust those guys cause I know that they will never get those money take off. This dealership is scamming so please becarefull when you go there. I learn so much from what they did to me.

Very disappointed in the service received. I scheduled an appointment to fix a recall a week ago. The day it was supposed to be done the service department had no idea it was a recall they were supposed to be fixing. Then they said the parts weren't in stock when I was told they were. Turns out they were moved. The communication between the employees about what was needed was subpar. They also didn't put my dash back together properly. I'm not sure if I really want to go through this experience again just to get the dash fixed. I won't be going back to this location unless it's to get that fixed.

Friendly people when they take your money. Terrible service after they take it. The car wash leaves your car dirtier than when you gave them the keys. Tires for life program is not honored. Costing the buyer thousands later that they thought was covered. Never buy a car from this dealer!
