Thank you for making this car buying experience painless. We were looking for a new car for our son who recently graduated college. Brian was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions that we had. Brian really knows the products available and explained the details in clear, concise language. I was very impressed when he printed out the details about a different vehicle that we were looking at from a different dealer. He sat with us to make the comparisons and was extremely patient when we asked him if we could look at the car again. It was being detailed and without question he stopped the process so we could take our final look.

Without a doubt I will say that we were very much satisfied with the whole experience from entering the showroom to test driving and then on to the final purchase of this car. Our son is extremely satisfied with his vehicle. He absolutely loves it. This particular car has a lot of options for the price. Thank you to all at Lake Norman for your care!
