Kevin Alexander was my sales person. He was very knowledgeable about the car that I was considering. He carefully explained all the characteristics of the car in terms that I could understand. When I purchased the car, he delivered it and again explained all the operating systems and features. His attention to detail was excellent. His customer service was exemplary. He was professional and courteous. In addition, Kifah Thout in financing was invaluable. She explained the "in's and out's" of the financing process. She also showed implicit attention to detail and made the experience pleasant.

I contacted Kuni Lexus to inquire about a new GX. ...

I contacted Kuni Lexus to inquire about a new GX. I was transferred to a Sales Representative by the name of Pierre. I asked Pierre about the incentives and pricing of their GX models. Pierre informed me that theyre a One Price Store .. basically in other words.. the price we see is the price we get.. After Pierre explained the incentives and rebates I told him about the price the competitor offered me and that I felt they were a $1k higher. Pierre went on to repeatedly tell me that we live in a world of a choice and that because the competitor had a lower price doesn t mean he has to price his at that price. As I spoke to Pierre my wife was in awe in how he spoke to us as she was listening to the conversation through our Bluetooth. He seemed to get frustrated and irritated as I asked valid questions. Quite Frankly, Kuni is closer to where I live but I made the drive across town to Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood and Purchased a 2018 Lexus GX 460 Premium with the Sport Package! The experience I had there was the opposite of the phone conversation I had with Pierre. When I arrived at Stevinson the car I was interested in was sitting waiting for us with our name already on it to ensure no one also could buy it before us. The car was spectacular and it was everything we were looking for. I was buying the car for my wife and I wanted her to be happy and get what she wanted. Stevinson s service was top notch and beat Kuni by $1500.. I will also be servicing my car at Stevinson and will make the drive to them as they have earned our business.

I have been going to Kuni Lexus for a few years no...

I have been going to Kuni Lexus for a few years now but didn't originally buy my 1st Lexus from them. Well that all changed and I just bought my 2nd one from them. I was paired up with Jason on the sales team and he was outstanding, actually the whole sales management team was. I'll definitely be a Lexus owner for live and not only are the cars fabulous but the sales and services team are unbeatable. I give them 5 stars for sure!

Honesty, Integrity, Professionalism, and Incredible Service.

I had never purchased a new car in my life, and went to Kuni to look at a used IS 350 AWD that I had priced. I was under no pressure to purchase a vehicle inasmuch as my 1994 Lexus ES 300 was still running well. Having information about the used IS 350 and the invoice prices and MSRP for comparable new vehicles, including options, I opted for the new vehicle, primarily due to the fair and honest treatment I received from Kuni Lexus.

I was skeptical about paying for the beautiful facilities and all of the nice amenities, but the bottom line is the fair and reasonable price I paid for the new Lexus and the longer warranty. A week later, my wife and I had the pleasure of receiving unparalleled service from the service department, because I wanted window tinting and other service. The sales department made us happy, but we know that an excellent service department is essential to keeping us happy. Moreover, the parts department was equally pleasant and professional.

Everyone we met helped to make us extremely pleased that we purchased our new car from Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village. We look forward to a long-term relationship with Kuni, and have already recommended Kuni to our friends and family.

Maybe your dealership is good with personal experience as customers enter the door. However, for me as an internet buyer, you missed the mark. Your salesman (Pierre) was not consistently in contact me and getting me the paperwork I needed. He did not get back to me in a timely manner as I contacted him. Your dealership did NOT detail the car. It was not washed/waxed. The carpets were not professionally cleaned. The leather was not cleaned and polished. There was grass shavings in the back hatch. The alloys were not cleaned and polished and had huge amounts of brake dust. All things considered, as an internet provider, I would give you a grade of a D.

Why I never go to the dealership Very disappointed...

Why I never go to the dealership Very disappointed I went in for a diagnostic (free at auto zone) they said would be $202!! i declined but I had two lightbulbs out and needed them replaced.They said was an electrical problem and would HAVE to do the $202 inspection to see what the problem was and they replaced only ONE lightbulb charged me $40 ($5 to replace myself) knowing due to the electrical problem wouldn t work anyways!?!? didn t call or notify me when my vehicle was done or respond to the text system they have and wasn t helpful with any further maintenance like pricing for my rear breaks but did quote me $400 more on my timing belt than my regular Lexus friendly mechanic toyauto in Englewood I now know why I don t go anywhere else.

I had my Lexus serviced there and during the drive home there was a low tire pressure indicator lit and I drove to discount tire in Parker. They discovered an industrial staple commonly used in in cardboard boxes that hold heavy products (auto Parts Etc) embedded in the tire. Let service dept know and they called back letting me know staples don t exist at Kuni Lexus in their service dept where they custome make every part they use.

Our just out of factory warranty GX460 went haywire just before the New Year's Holiday. Called Andrew Jan 2nd knowing it was not going to be easy to get the SUV in for service,. He made it work and was even able to get us a loaner on very short notice, and covered the repair under an extended warranty I didn't know we had. I have recently had very poor service experiences at other Denver metro Lexus and Toyota dealers. Kuni and Andrew have reminded me why we are faithful Toyota/ Lexus customers! Thanks Andrew!

Tried talking to someone about an NX300, submitted a request online and never heard back, called and finally got someone from the sales team who was rude, unhelpful, and lied. Luckily there is Stevinson Lexus, where we did purchase a NX300 with no problems and for a much better price.

It was a great experience buying a car at Kuni Lexus. Van Saukam is the best and he is very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about cars. He is very calm person and the best thing I like about him is there will be no pressure to buy a vehicle. He will give you enough guidance for the vehicles and which fits your family needs. We had couple of visits before we bought the vehicle and I would highly recommend Van Suakam and Kuni Lexus to all my friends for buying cars.

15000 mile service for RX450hl took three days, due to other demand I was told. I did not mind this as I had a loaner. However, when I came to pick up the car, despite having texted ahead and informing the concourse staff as soon as I arrived, I was kept waiting for 35-40 minutes with no information about progress or contact with the service advisor. I eventually called direct to get service, despite the fact that I was sitting in the loaner on the concourse. This is unacceptable. One of the reasons we chose Lexus, and Kuni Lexus in particular, was the service experience. I will not be considering this factor again when selecting a vehicle.

We just got NX200t and we love it. The sales person Pierre Essama was great. We test every model that we want. We trade the old car and got a fair deal. Love the service there, and everyone is nice. Car is great and fast. This turbo kick and is good on gas as well. Have to watch the speed because you cannot tell how fast you go. Car is quiet inside.

I am so amazed by my experience at Kuni. In the past year I have done a lot of car shopping and have been to many dealerships. This is by far the best one for many reasons. First thing is that they have a beautiful location and top quality vehicles. I purchased a pre-owned Acura TL and everyone is impressed with how great it looks. Secondly, I went in there with a very specific mission with what I was trying to do with my car purchase. My credit is not the best and I am not a wealthy person. Because of this, and through my past experiences at other dealerships, I really had my doubts that they would even be able to help me or even try to fulfill my requests. But to my surprise, they treated me with respect, they went above and beyond anything that I ever imagined they would, especially at such a glamorous place. Not only that, but the total time it took to go in and do the test drive, credit check, and come up with a proposal for the lenders and then do the final paper work for the car took about 2 hours in total. This has never happened to me and I am so glad that I went there. I would recommend to everyone who is looking to find a high quality pre-owned vehicle at a ridiculously reasonable price to go here. Cherie and the Sales Manager, Gary, will make sure you get what you are looking for! Thanks guys. I will definitely come back and send all m friends your way!

We made the deal over the phone without ever setting foot in the dealership, we came in and signed the papers and picked up the car. Other than that, I feel like I basically did all the work myself. (They also stuck me with 2 different salesmen?? Who apparently couldn t communicate with each other?)

Idk save yourself the time and frustration and just go to a different dealership

I just can't thank Kuni Lexus enough! More so Raymond! He's been helping me from day one I started looking for a new car in February when i met him at the Denver car show!With all the difficulties with my lease with my previous car and my other issues that made my car buying difficult he made it so seamless!! He was always so responsive and willing to help me and reassured me that everything would work out, made me feel at ease with my first buying process! Kuni is the furthest Lexus dealership from me but i went because of the customer service i received from Raymond! Everyone at Kuni who had helped me have been so amazing and so happy with my new purchase!

I love Kuni Lexus! I just purchased another Lexus from Kuni. I keep coming back because of the great experiences I have had with the sales department but their is service department is also top notch! Shawn Evans is the sales manager and he always works hard to make sure the customer is taken care of. As a customer, I always feel respected and that my purchase/service is important. Owning a Lexus means that you are assured great service. Jared Thaut and Chad Smith make sure the service experience is always a good one. In the past, I have sent many friends and business associates to Kuni. They have always reported how pleased they are with their experiences whether they are purchasing a new or used car. My wife and I purchased a new Lexus es h Hybrid on May 31st 2014. From the moment we walked into the showroom we knew this was a very special place. The ambiance, customer lounge, customer service and selection of vehicles was outstanding. We were greeted promptly and first were shown the showroom and all the bells and whistles it had to offer and then we were off on a test drive. All cars are kept indoors in a type of parking garage facility. This prevents weather damage and also the cars stay very clean. Lauren Roybal, our test drive associate explained all of the features of the Lexus es Hybrid and answered all of our questions regarding the operation of the car. After the test drive, we then met our sales specialist Greg Stanton. In a very friendly way, he described the options of the car we wanted to purchase and pricing. After a few back and forth's we agreed on a price. Thom Trumble in Finance was also very friendly and described various payment options and aftermarket warranty packages. In a short amount of time we were signing the papers and own this very beautiful car. Megan Giordano, a Lexus technology expert made sure that we knew most of the features and buttons and accessories that our new car had before we drove off the lot. Not only that, Megan arranged to come to our home and spend another hour and a half going over all the features our car had and believe me, this car has a lot of technology to it. In conclusion, I would gladly refer a friend or family member to Kuni Lexus. I think we got a fair price on the car and also a fair price on our trade in. I couldn't be more happy with their service.

Lexus Certified used cars ... the man to work with is Bob Lucero. He may work with more than Certified cars but my experience with him was to buy a Certified car. We took several test drives in various cars and he gave clear, detailed answers to all my questions. No excess jabber or sales talk was involved. I felt comfortable with Bob. He was like a good friend. My search took several weeks and Bob kept in touch with me every 3-4 days. He'd tell me what was new on the lot and explain the details of each. When I finally made a decision, he provided detailed paperwork about the car I wanted to buy. The next time around, I'm going to ask for Bob Lucero again.

I feel like I am dealing with Wells Fargo. We had attempted to make a windshield replacement through Progressive. Progressive apparently dropped the ball. Kuni did not have an appointment on the books, although the windshield people did. In any event, I dealt with Marcos who I found to be lacking in bedside manner. Then, when I got there to pick up my car at end of day, it couldn't be found. I had set a tech appointment and he couldn't be found either. (Needed some help/ education.) So, I burned up 30 minutes trying to get out of there. Also of note, often when I call the main number I get voicemail, and when a human answers - I'd do a little more training there to. I have not enjoyed the feeling I get.

Terrible. Overrated. After they sell you a car, do...

Terrible. Overrated. After they sell you a car, don't expect anything else above that. I have attempted to get new snow tires from them several different times. I've called service and their response has always been to leave a voicemail with Ed/Ned and he would get right back to me... Which he didn't and apparently he is the ONLY person in the entire department who can help with tires. I have also tried to get in for a detail of my car, over a week wait for a detail and the detail cost almost $300. I made an appointment for technology assistance for setting up my new phone with my car and their "technology specialist" openly admitted he didn't know anything about the 2017 450h model or the iPhone 7, so he couldn't help. They also "lost" my paperwork for my luxe care, not to mention my brand new 450h needed to be fixed due to a brake malfunction and that was just another fiasco.... I was in a POS rental for over a week with no communication from the dealership regarding the timeline of repairs. Go to Stevinson Lexus, WAY better experience.

First it took 45 minutes for me to be checked in e...

First it took 45 minutes for me to be checked in even though I had a 9:45 AM appointment, I was not checked in until 10:30 AM. Next the communication process was quite poor I was notified about 4 PM on Wednesday that the car would not be ready until the next day. I did not have any communication from the service department on Thursday until I called twice to Josh and once to see service manager. I did not reach any of them but left voicemail messages. When I finally heard from Josh How about 4 PM on Thursday letting me know the car was ready. When I went to pick up the car Josh asked me if I knew to open the door that covered the SOS button? I have not because it was not intuitively obvious that I needed to do it. I had spent some time on the phone on The previous week with the 800 number and the gentleman there checkEd some things and said I needed to have a DCM module checked by the dealer.It appears there was nothing wrong with the SOS button just that I did not know there was a door covering the SOS button, when I looked at the SOS button I couldn t tell there was something there and had not taken the time to extensively read the manual to learn about the button. It seems like Josh had my car for two days and nothing was required to solve my issue. Which turned out to be my lack of education to open up the door covering the SOS button. It would seem to me like there should have been a sticker or something covering the SOS button instructing the driver to take the sticker off to be able to open up the door to the SOS button but I guess that s Lexus problem not Kuni s All in all a pretty disappointing situation for me at Kuni.

Typical high pressure dealer. I was very interested in a ES 350, but after being bullied around I decided to buy elsewhere. The sales lady was terrible, all their used cars are wrecked or damaged. Seems like they change the oil and throw their wrecked and rusty cars on the lot. Couldn t be more disappointed in a Lexus dealer. Don t let the fancy waterfall fool you, read the reviews and buy elsewhere.

Great start....disappointing ending. I worked with Ray to buy a used vehicle that the dealership had taken in on trade. After spending the obligatory 2+ hours with the test drive, determining trade-in value of my old car, and negotiation, we agreed on a price. It was only when completing the final sale paperwork that the finance department representative disclosed to me that the vehicle had been in an accident. Although the Carfax report that I looked at during the negotiation did not show the accident, the Kuni trade-in paperwork from the previous owner did show this. Not knowing the extent of the damage, I decided not to purchase the vehicle. Ray and the Kuni dealership could have avoided wasting 2 hours of time (mine and theirs) had they disclosed the damage to the car early in the sales process. I didn't know to ask, but If you are considering a used vehicle that a dealership took on trade, be sure to ask if any damage was disclosed by the prior owner. You may save yourself a few hours and a disappointing sales experience (they do have a beautiful facility though!)

I had Toyota and Acura and service +everything is amazing here..top of the line and I am a woman and service and what not is okay with women in other dealerships but this Lexus dealership will not steer you wrong!! What a great experience at Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village. I can't thank Bryson, Jordan and Brian enough. Yes it took three people just do deal with my crazy! From the first interaction online thru the end of my deal. They answered the thousand questions that I had and never lost their cool. I was looking at getting a used NX but ended up falling in love with a brand new one. Bryson, you got this chick that didn't want to let go of her 18 yr old Lexus LX 470 to buy a new car , now that is "Talent". Thank you all for your help in this transaction and for making it as easy as it could have been! Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village you all ROCK!

Maybe they have a great service dept, but try to make an offer on a used car...they will tell you they are a negotiation free dealership, which means no offers accepted. List price or nothing. Great for the dealership, but crappy for the consumer. Offered $495 less than their list price and they didn t even offer a counter offer?

I've had my RX300 serviced at Kuni Lexus for 11 years, before and after the Greenwood Village location and I've always had outstanding service! And I've NEVER been broke down in those 11 years after having my recommended 5000 mile service checks, except once for an old battery. It still rides and drives just as good as the day I bought it 11 years ago!! Thank you Kuni Lexus!! And as my license plates say, "LUVMYRX"!!!

Oh, and the facility is wonderful. So comfy and cozy with a gorgeous view or our beautiful, majestic, mountains!!

I was extremely disappointed in my experience with this dealership. This was my 1st ever experience with Lexus; I've owed several different brands of cars, but this time I decided to give Lexus a try. Upon my 1st visit, I had an appointment with a sales rep (Don Wood) before I came in; I also spoke to him on the phone the morning before my appointment. When I arrived, I was early so he was still with other clients; however, over an hour after my appointment time I was still wandering around the store without a sales rep. Finally someone else came to help me, but it was not Don who I had the appointment with (I came to find out later, the reason he ditched me was because he was with "Gold level clients" so apparently I wasn't important enough to him). That day, the numbers weren't adding up to where I wanted them so I decided to wait and bring my husband in on a different day to help with the decision. One reason the numbers weren't where I wanted them to be was because they were offering me about $3000 less for my trade in than other dealerships were offering me (I went to several including Jaguar, Jeep, Cadillac, Lincoln, etc before visiting Lexus). Also, the next day or so I was called to be informed that the numbers weren t even correct that they offered me. After thinking about it over the course of a few days, I brought my husband in to look too and spoke with Don again, who again brought another sales rep in to assist (but I did NOT have an appointment this time, so that's understandable). My husband and I found a beautiful new 2017 Lexus that we liked so we decided to buy it. They never did increase our trade in value, but we really liked the car so we decided to go through with the deal anyway. The new Lexus that we chose had scratches on 2 of the rims - the sales rep that was assisting, Pierre, was bound and determined to let us leave the lot with scratched up rims. We literally had to threaten to walk away from the deal (and we would have) if they did not fix the issue. Their solution was to switch them out with another car on the lot - I'm sorry to whoever gets the Blue 2017 RX350; you have scratched rims. So here we are about 2 weeks after the signing of the contract - I get a call from the finance department.... turns out, they made a mistake on the contract on the tax section - ....and expect for us to give them over $700 more on the spot!!! My 1st thought was: isn't this a Lexus dealership - and a "Lexus Plus Dealership" at that, shouldn't they have done it right the 1st time, or at least caught it before now? To fix it they had to re-do the contract by mail because they didn t want a salesperson to waste their day bringing me the new contract. When I received the contract via Fed-Ex, one of the documents were STILL INCORRECT so I called Archer in finance to tell him that I can t sign that section and he had the nerve to have an attitude with me and was rude and unprofessional. When you are spending that much money, I would think a little more respect would be in order, especially when I m just trying to deal with THEIR MISTAKE. By everything that has happened up to this point, I'm beyond frustrated. Additionally, here I am over 2 weeks later and the financing company who financed my trade-in STILL HASN'T BEEN PAID so I am literally responsible for not only my new car payment, but my old one as well at this point. I called the Kuni Lexus finance department and was told that THE PAYOFF HASN T EVEN BEEN SENT YET! I was expecting much more from Lexus, especially from "Lexus Plus". I love my new car, but I will not be dealing with this dealership again; I really hope other Lexus dealers are much more professional.

Great overall experience, very happy with my purch...

Great overall experience, very happy with my purchase. I came in a few months ago, very indecisive. Over the next couple months, the salesman (Bryson) did a fantastic job answering my numerous questions and checked in without being annoying or overbearing. In the end I purchased a a car I'm very happy with and am pleased with the overall experience. Even after the sale, he continues to be helpful.

The dealership itself is very clean and well maintained. Staff is courteous and helpful. Definitely would deal with again, and look forward to servicing my vehicle there in the future!

The slogan says, "Luxury has a name - Lexus". It should say "Luxury has a name - Kuni Lexus". The service I have received here for many years has been amazing. From the moment I drive into the receiving bay, I and my car are given 5 star treatment. It's like walking into luxury hotel. All the staff are courteous, polite, helpful, friendly and treat their customers with the utmost respect. And when I leave, I know that my car has been given the same treatment. Kuni Lexus is second to none.

I purchased a pre-owned Lexus from Melissa Lanini. My entire experience was superb!!! She was extremely knowledgable, and understanding of my needs. I would also like to give a shout out to the Finance department and Richi Carni. Everybody was very nice. Kuni has real assets in their employees

I went from a Mercedes to Lexus and have never been happier. From the moment I started working with Scott at Kuni it was a great experience. The level of detail the emphasis on customer satisfaction and the fact that sell a superior quality product makes the experience second to none.
