Mr. Marcus Llanes set up my appointment expeditiously.
Once there I was provided with a loaner vehicle, and told to expect a quote for needed repairs the following day. To my delight, Marcus called me with the quote that same day!!
Since I am selling this vehicle, it does not make sense to pour more money into it.
I still have another Lexus which you will be servicing in the future.

Also Raymond, was one of the best sales man I have ever met he was completely honest with me about everything! Great place in general. If I could give 10 stars I would. God bless this company.

I feel like they went rogue on me and would not recommend this location at all.

I bought my IS 300 on mar. 12 and when we completed the transaction, the sale Agent Jesum gave me one key.
On that day, I was told that I will just have to call KuniLexus to have the second key made.

During my first service on Aug 19, I requested the 2nd key but the service consultant Matt was not able to see any information about it in the system.
I then sent an email to my sales agent and never got a reply back.

I called the office and was advised to reach out to a sales manager.
The Manager told me their delivery checklist shows I received two keys and said they could get me a new one at lesser cost than normal.

My wife and I were planning to buy a Lexus SUV by the end of the year but we will definitely go to a different local Lexus dealership.

I wasn't thinking or looking at Lexus till a friend of mine (Will James) referred us to check it out. He talked about how outstanding Kuni's service is and Lexus quality so we included Lexus to our choices. Volvo and BMW sales people were unfriendly. Jared Heilmann was very helpful and accommodating. He made the buying process easy and was prompt to reply with any questions we had. We're happy we chose Lexus. Thank you!

Bryson G. helped us out by looking at a few different models, telling us the pros/cons of each and showing all the new tech features. He made me feel really comfortable and if you are shopping there I highly recommend asking for him!!

In the past, having to go to a dealership for service was something I put off as long as I could. However, for the past year I have gone to Kuni for service on my Toyota
and actually look forward to the trip even though it is quite a bit farther than the old dealership. Aside from the most beautiful dealership I've ever seen, the staff could not be more accommodating. Whoever I have dealt with is very up front regarding costs, time it will take and making me feel like a valued customer. The final plus is the beautiful job they do making the car look like it is new with their thorough wash and cleaning. I hope to continue the relationship for a long time.

As my first experience at this dealership, it was not how I felt Lexus customers (especially long-time Lexus customers like myself) should be treated. I called and spoke to someone who was not in the service department (it was closed at the time) about my issue, he estimated it would cost $700 to fix. I took this with a grain of salt since I was describing my issue over the phone and he was not in the service department. Once they got my car in, it became a $1,200 fix. A few days later it was a $1,700 fix, I asked specifically if this was $1,700 for everything and he said yes. Then the day I was going to pick it up, I owed $1,900 instead because he forgot/neglected to mention the diagnostics test cost. I was highly frustrated and expressed this to my consultant. He explained there is no wiggle room to roll the diagnostics test cost in. This is simply outrageous to tack on last minute (or at all), especially with my service bill approaching $2k. When I went to pick up my car, I asked to speak to a service manager but he had left for the day. My consultant was able to knock half of the price off for me which was a step in the right direction. My car was not washed or pulled up for me (something I've experienced at every other Lexus dealership) after waiting in the service line for about 1/2 an hour. To be fair, part of this time my consultant was working on the diagnostics test cost issue. I called that following week to speak to the service manager, Kelly Kennedy, and we had a great conversation in which he promised to look into the details and get back to me with a resolution. That was over a week ago and haven't heard a peep. Left a message for him as well a few days ago. No response. Very disappointing customer service and not up to the Lexus standard.

I agree with the person who said make sure you are old and look like you have lots of money.
I was just there looking at there trade-ins, way over-priced and high miliage.
Robert Lee came to help. The fist thing I was told by Robert Lee was how was a speech about how honest, and great he is to everyone.
Then proceeded to show me cars with 150,000 + miles for $14,000......all were above the blue-book value. When showing me the cars, Robert would quickly scroll up on the computer to avoid us seeing multiple accidents on carfax reports.......buy your Lexus directly from the manufacturer or from FL

After making the drive up to this dealership from Colorado Springs to purchase a new car and trade in my old vehicle, all I can say is that this dealership has no care for customer service, and is only interested in making the most money possible, just like the stereotypical car dealerships of the past.

After test driving the car I was interested in (which admittedly did go well, and our sales representative was helpful and pleasant), it came down to discuss the numbers of trading in my old car. We went straight to the trade-in due to Kuni Lexus' "no negotiation" pricing strategy, because that's the easiest way to prevent anyone from infringing on their profit margin. Just train your salespeople to say there's no negotiation.

Prior to visiting the dealership, I knew how much my car was worth upon trade-in as I called into the dealership and was told to check my vehicle's evaluation on NADA trade-in. After answering some questions about my car, I received a KBB-based trade-in offer which was $8,000 lower than the NADA value. Upon mentioning that "I was told your trade-in estimates were based upon NADA, so why are we using KBB for my vehicle?" My sales associate informed me that "we run estimates with both KBB and NADA for trade-ins, and review each offer to determine which evaluation we would like to follow." In other words, it would have been easier for them to tell me "We run estimates with two companies to see whichever is lower, and then that's what we'll offer you."

After requesting to see the NADA estimate our sales associate ran, the paper showed an acceptable, but low, initial value, but then had 4 or 5 price reductions after that, lowering the value by $6,000. The first reduction was to have the FRONT BUMPER REPAINTED. Confused, I asked why it would need to be repainted. (Side note: the vehicle I was trying to trade was in pristine condition. I'm not trying to over-exaggerate it for this review; it is in pristine condition. I am the first owner of the vehicle, and it has lived a pampered life of only 18k miles. It needs nothing). I was told by the sales manager that the front bumper had been repainted in the past, and was showing signs of surface cracks throughout most of the paint. After telling the sales manager that I was the first owner of the car and assured him that the vehicle has never had the front bumper repainted, I also mentioned that the front bumper has a clear bra on it to protect the paint, and that might be developing some surface cracks in it, but the paint does not have any defects. I was then responded to by the sales manager saying, "Let me go run out and check to see if there is actually a clear bra so I know you're telling the truth."

1.) If you were inspecting a front bumper closely enough on a vehicle where you noticed supposed surface cracks, do you think that perhaps you might notice a clear bra on it? Considering the edges of the clear bra are clearly visible from several angles?
2.) If you did happen to miss the clear bra upon inspection, rather than apologizing for the error you made, under what circumstance would it be acceptable for a sales manager to tell a customer, "Let me go double check so I know you're telling the truth".

After this, I was offended to the point that I didn't even care to hear justification for the several other ridiculous "value reductions" that I was presented with. I let him finish, shook the sales manager's hand, and told him to have a good day.

The unfortunate thing is that I really was interested in making a cash deal, as I truly wanted the vehicle Kuni Lexus had for sale. I truly believed that dealerships had progressed quite a ways from the old-fashioned, rude, and nickel-and-diming ways of the past.

Oh well, because once I purchase the vehicle I want at another dealership which is actually interested in doing business, whenever one of my friends or clients asks about my new car, I will gladly tell them where I got it from and have a story prepared of where I most-certainly would NOT purchase a vehicle.

This was the best car buying experience of my life! Bryson Gardell is the most knowledgeable sales person I've ever encountered. The sales people at the other car dealerships I visited knew less than I did about their own product. Not only was Bryson knowledgeable, but he was an utter pleasure to work with. The actual sale was completely pressure-free and there was no need to haggle because Kuni gives you their bottom line price upfront. I highly recommend this dealership! And if you go, be sure to ask for Bryson!

I bought a used car from them and it turned out to be a "lemon" with a list of problems. I had to replace the rear breaks and rotors first week I had the car. The front bumper was falling off, the heater didn't work, then 2 weeks into my having the car the service hybrid system light came on. Costing almost $8000.00 to fix. Of course none of it was covered. They offered to get me another car from them but I was going to have to take a $3000.00 loss on the car I just bought from them a month ago...... they had a smile and polite the whole time they were robbing me. And I'm still stuck with a car that i can't drive. Overall it was a horrible experience and I felt.... still fell like I was robbed by kuni.

This place is as lavish as they come. Streamline service. I took my car in for a recall item, and was greeted promptly. A very nice facility. From the moment I placed my phone call, they were able to bring up my entire Lexus History within about 30- seconds. This is one of the most efficient places of business I have ever visited. I have worked at Mercedes in California, and it did not even compare to this as a customer. Lots of amenities for the customer as well, which is always appreciated.

I took my 2010 Lexus 350 in to fix some minor scratches in the rear bumper. I was told the price which was more than fair and to bring in on a Thursday, two days later at 9:00 AM. I took the car in and was waited on right away. They had all my information and was told I could pick it up that night. And email and call told me the car was ready that afternoon. When I picked up the car the scratch were gone and it looked as good as new. The price was what I was quoted. Great service and great work.

My salesperson, Scott Bakay, was incredibly kind, patient and helpful in the decision process of my purchase. Not only did I walk away with an amazing car, but I can actually say the entire process from test-driving to driving off the lot in my new vehicle was actually "fun"! After all, whats the point in getting a new car if the WHOLE experience isn't enjoyable?

The service dealers around. I have been going to Kuni since 2014 for service. I have dealt with Chris k and now Donnie. Chris always makes sure to make a point to say hi, and check-in with me when I am there. Donnie is another great guy to do service with very communicative. both Chris and Donnie are my go-to guys for everything, they very knowledgeable of Lexus cars and the service they need. I appreciate the top-notch service since day one and I have never been serviced anywhere due to the service there. The loaner cars. and the flexibility here is the best around. I know I ask a lot of questions during my services here, but they always make sure my service needs are met. I have and will continue to recommend Kuni Lexus to my friends and family.

I ve been a customer at this dealership for years, their sales team is not the best. I haven t had a pleasant experience with them in a long time. Their service department, however, are Rock Stars! They take customer service to a whole different level. I got used to it for years and didn t know the difference until I visited another Lexus dealership for my first scheduled maintenance. I immediately noticed the difference right at the door. It was completely different from the luxury service I was used to getting from Kuni. Next service I brought it back to Kuni and Charles was my service consultant. He went above and beyond to make my experience truly exceptional. Even after coming here for years I m still amazed by their dedicated, professional, friendly and courteous service team and they continue to exceed all expectations!

Called the sales person the very next day, it's been two days and didn't receive a call back. I guess they don't want to sell me a car. I should also say that the last car that I bought was from Kuni 5 years ago and has been serviced exclusively there, so they not only lost a sale, but also a lot of service work

Nice place as a lexus dealership. Professional and courteous. On price angle they are very expensive as compared to other mechanics. The dealership has done amenities that other mechanics do not have. I recommend them to get issues identified but go to my normal mechanic for major items. I do recommend them for limited service needs.

Mark Olegario was my sales representative and took very good care of me. It was a longer than expected appointment as I had not planned to purchase a car but to gather information for possible future purchase.
I changed my mind when Mark was able to secure a better deal for me than my bank.
Also, Kifah Thaut in finance was very efficient and patient as we closed our transaction late in the day.
I applaud this kind of service as it is what I expect from Lexus and it was delivered.

Great service, friendly staff. I took an RX350 in to repair a tire that had a small nail in it. Instead of repairing it the technician got me 4 new Michelins under warranty and saved me $650 in the process. I doubt it gets any better than that.

My internet search led me to call Lexus of Greenwood Village from California about a used car. Bryson Gardell was the salesperson that spoke with me. He was very polite and professional and quickly sent pictures of the car to me by text because none were on line yet. When I received the pictures Bryson made sure they included up-close imperfections as well as the 10 away car shots. As a local and long distance buyer of cars this type of full disclosure is VERY RARE. He sent A LOT of pics showing all kinds of views. Over a few days we discussed the car by phone, text, and email with all being a pleasant experience so I went ahead and purchased the car. My finance needs and an extended warranty were also taken care of by Lexus of Greenwood Village. I highly recommend Archer Goodman in the finance department to get a Lexus backed extended warranty and a competitive rate for lending. He was great in answering all my questions. My only regret is that I didn t get to meet them in person or check out the lot. I give this dealership THE INTEGRITY AWARD. Look these guys up, tell em a guy with an orange Jaguar sent you :)

I had an EXCELLENT experience at Kuni Lexus. Norm was my salesman, and Bryson was my delivery specialist. Norm did a great job of making sure I found a car that had everything I was looking for, and worked with me to make sure the price was right. Bryson spent an hour with me going over the car to make sure I understood everything, and even came over to my house the next weekend to help me set up the garage door opener. PHENOMENAL experience with Kuni!

We have purchased 4 Lexus in last 12 years but this was our first at Kuni. Very nice dealership amenity wise. Cars are almost all inside and in the winter months that is a huge plus when you wanna walk thru the selection. Like all Lexus dealers they are accommodating with choices. However, we ended up ordering a car from the factory to get all the options we wanted. I think that disappointed Kuni that they were not selling their instock to us and attitudes changed a bit then All in all good service. They offer car service but once our initial year is over we always begin going to other locations for maintenance. Much more affordable for same car care granted the waiting room is very different.=)

Just purchased a used car from Kuni, and it was a great experience. Everyone there is great to work with. I had financing, but they were able to get me a better rate, and they worked with me on the price of the car even though it was already priced very competitively.

I never felt like I was being hustled, and everything was very transparent from the start. I will be back for future purchases for sure.

The dealership is clean and everyone is helpful and knowledgable, my experience has been primarily with Jessica and she is fantastic !
Jessica has helped me with all my car service needs and has made maintaining my vehicle an easy task, always asking what she can do to make my experience easier, providing a rental car and the best of service on my Lexus !
I love my vehicle but I enjoy taking care of it with Jessica at This Greenwood Village dealership above anywhere else !

I had an excellent experience at Kuni Lexus and by service consultant, Jeff Valley. He kept me updated of the progress of my car's service, and had things done for me knowing that my warranty was expiring soon. For example, I needed my water pump replaced, so he had the timing belt replaced as well since it was due in 30000 miles anyway. He saved me hundreds of dollars by doing that. He was very helpful and courteous. I was happy with the quality of work done. I will definitely be bringing my car back for service. The new Greenwood Village location is amazing!

They have a wonderful lounge area, a children's room, a media room and a business center all to make your wait more enjoyable. My favorite part is the friendly barista ready to make you favorite coffee drink. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership! Everything about it is wonderful!

I had an appointment to get the windshield on my vehicle replaced. I waited inside for quite a long time in my car and was told someone would come to talk with me on my phone - keeping my car window closed due to COVID. Three different individuals came up to talk with me - but no one had a phone. I finally opened my window so I could speak with someone - and asked them to back up a bit from my car - and also asked them to please pull the mask up over their nose - which they did. So I was all checked in - and waited another 20 minutes - and was then told by David that they would not be able to replace my windshield due to the fact that the glass installation company was not going to be available that day. There was a mix-up with that company as far as the installation date. However, we had personally scheduled our appointment with Kuni for that day and time - but no installation company available. So we received a call after returning home - and had to go back and pick up our vehicle - and were asked to schedule another appointment to have the windshield replaced. We were very disappointed - especially after such a long wait when checking in.

I have purchased three separate Lexus vehicles over the years and all of them from Kuni Lexus. I have been impressed with the quality of each vehicle I have purchased along with the knowledge of each of the salesmen utilized to expedite this process.

However, the one constant detail that has brought me back time after time to Kuni Lexus has been their excellent service department which has been well represented by Mr. Jeff Kidwell. Jeff has done a PHENOMENAL job of not only taking care of each car I purchased at Kuni, but also informing me of each step of proactive maintenance required along with explaining each and every unique feature each car represents (i.e. bluetooth abilities, verbal commands in the Lexus Enform system, linking garage door openers within the car operational system, etc.).

It is truly due to Mr. Jeff Kidwell that Lexus can be sure that I have purchased so many cars from Kuni and will continue to do so! I just had my CT200H 15K service completed and was VERY impressed with their new state of the art facility! It is the "eighth wonder of the world" of the car industry - high tech as well as SUPER comfy and relaxing!

The staff really do their best to accommodate your specific needs while you wait. Kuni Lexus is by far the most superior car buying and maintenance experience I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying.

Although all of the amenities are top notch it is the attention to customer service that keeps me coming back to this dealership. If you decide to purchase a vehicle at Kuni Lexus in the future (and I STRONGLY suggest you do) make sure and remember Jeff Kidwell when getting your vehicle serviced - believe me you'll be glad you did!

I have had nothing but top quality service and a high level of professionalism from all the people I have come into contact with at Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village. I appreciate the relaxed sales approach, the efficiency of the service department and the friendliness of the staff who very kindly serve me a snack and cappuccino whilst I wait for my car to be washed. Took a vehicle in for pre-purchase inspection. Everyone there took social distancing very seriously. Was sent a link to a video of the mechanic explaining everything he found wrong and was given a quote to fix what was found wrong and a car wash. I stop by wanted to Purchase certified preowned vehicle. And it was worst experience with car dealers in my life. Car that I was looking was little over 27k which for me it was pricy Decision. But how I felt was I was trying to purchase junk car for parts or something. I did go to other Lexus dealer and better condition Lexus for 1k cheeper on same day. You lost one customer. Keep it up. Never going to any Kuni dealers in my life!
