I've requested an oil change at the same period as my last repair. Unfortunately it was not done and now I will have spend extra time and effort to get it done. Every time when I arrive at the service, it has been extremely slow to get helped. It seems the service department is under staffed and difficult to get things done at a timely manner.

Even with the Covid19 precautions the staff was friendly and efficient. I was a bit early, and they were still able to take me as soon as they could. They made the repairs needed and notified me of them beforehand, clarifying what had to be done, and why. I appreciated their loner car and that was a nice experience too! My husband thought the price for the repair was fair.

Mistakes were made in customer service, however after I posted my situation and review I quickly got a call back from the service department. I appreciate the recognition of the mistake and they are working to remedy it. I believe the issue I had was a one off situation and I will continue to take my car to Kuni Lexus. Thank you!

They did a good job in fixing the recall of the ai...

They did a good job in fixing the recall of the airbag sensor. However I asked them to replace the air in the tires with nitrogen and they did not put green dust covers on the valve stems to indicate that nitrogen was now being used.

Also they told me that an aftermarket air filter was installed and it needed to be changed out as it was "very dirty". This is a K&N filter that I installed, so I declined the change out, went home and took the filter out. It was clean.

Lastly, they did a "70 point" inspection and missed the fact that the front brake pads were down to 3/32nds. The critical wear amount for replacent is 2/32nds and they should have alerted me to this fact

My service representative, Jason Burkhart, not only sent me pictures of what was wrong with my vehicle, but he kept me in the loop with every step. Got me pricing and then I was pleasantly surprised that the bill was less than originally estimated. Kuni provided me with a brand new Lexus ES 350 as a loaner and my family would love to have this as our next family car. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I saw an RX 350 that was a shiny red and wished my car looked like that. I was so happy when I found out that it was my car that shined so brightly. My car works great now and there are no funny "Grudge" noises coming from it any longer. I trust Kuni and love the accomodations while I wait. If you want the Royal treatment, please ask for Jason Burkhart in the service department and he will ensure that you and your vehicle are well taken care of. Thanks Jason and technicians at Kuni Lexus. Great Job!!!

Been a customer for over 10 years, wanted to lease again, spoke to the leasing team, prefer not to throw people under the bus by naming, the offers I was presented with were awful. I asked to speak live, gave examples, guess Kuni is too busy. Time to find another brand, loyalty, apparently means nothing to Kuni, good riddance!!

Jeff was great and very communicative from the beginning of the appointment to completion of the work . Very pleasant and professional.

Where you fall short is in your systems . Your phone router is confusing and doesn t provide the same experience when I wait on the line compare to pushing the button for the service I needed. In fact every time I hit the number it hung up on me . I was unable to make an appointment on line as well -nothing I tried would allow me to book on line which you boast about when calling in. Your systems are your first exposure to your customer and need to be aligned and operational . They aren t . As a technology person it was very frustrating that I had to punk your system to get to a live body to make an appointment and had to call back 3 times. Everything up to the actual appointment was a nightmare . Your staff are great your tech not so much.

Kuni Lexus is an incredible place. They are in a class of their own and if you are looking to buy a car, this is where you should go. Everyone from the receptionist, to the barista, to the general sales manager goes above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of. It felt like I was doing business with long time friends rather than the horrible experiences of the past. If you want superior service by amazing people, stop searching and go to Kuni Lexus.

We have been long time customers of Kuni Lexus. By far, this experience has been our best. Pierre Emann was our specialist. He paid attention to every detail, my wants and desires. He worked with me to answer all questions about our lease-end options, financing for the new vehicle and more. Every time I called, he answered or returned my call immediately. We corresponded through email, in-person and over the phone. He never actied like he didn't have the time for me. I was his priority. We ended up getting a great deal on our new NX 200t F-Sport. We love it. Everything from the buying experience to the services provided and the personnel, no matter which dept. we dealt with, were always courteous and welcoming and willing to help in any way.

We had a minor service performed on our new 450h and had to get a loaner vehicle. When we returned the loaner, we accidentally left our son s lacrosse gear in the trunk and he needed it for a tournament out of state! I called the dealership and ANDREW in the service department came to our rescue and reached out to the people that had the loaner at that point and he drove to pick up the bag and personally delivered the bag back to us! We are so impressed by his superior customer service and kindness! Thank you Andrew!

If I could leave zero Stars I would. I purchased a 2008 RX350 from Flatirons Subaru, with a warranty.

Directly after purchasing this car I took it to Kuni Lexus in Centennial to have them completely go over my car to make sure there was nothing that would need to be addressed, and to make sure that there were no known issues.

Lexus looked at my car and said everything was fine. About a year-and-a-half later I was driving down the highway and my oil cooler line burst dumping all of the oil out of the motor, completely ruining it!
Because we had the warranty, I took it into Kuni Lexus to see if the warranty would cover the fail. Lexus told me it would not. I called Flatiron Subaru to talk to them about the warranty, and unfortunately the warranty was not going to cover the work.

However in doing some research the service manager found that oil cooler line bursting was a known issue in that year make and model. So much so that they created an extended warranty to cover that known fail on certain cars.

Given that this was a known fail with that year make and model, Kuni Lexus should have told me about that when I took the car in. Had they done so it would have been an inexpensive and easy repair.

However by not letting me know that that was an issue, it led to a ruined motor. Flatirons Subaru offered to pay for half if Lexus would pay for the other half which I felt was very generous of flatiron Subaru.
Unfortunately even though Kuni Lexus claims they are a leader in customer service, they left me high and dry with a blown motor and did not offer a penny up to help for repairs.

Fortunately for me the general manager at Flatirons Subaru decided to take care of us because they know how to take care of their customers, and understand that when you do, customers come back!!

Clearly kunai Lexus has not figured this out. If you're looking for a great dealership check out Flatirons Subaru in Boulder! And if you're still attached to Lexus that's okay just know that the only way to guarantee good customer service through that company has to spend a lot of money on the front end!

Went to look at a used bmw.

Went to look at a used bmw.
Asked him to get me a quote for a specific down payment and 36-48months took 3 times before he brought me what I asked for he kept bringing me 0 down 60 month paperwork.
Sales man wasn t very professional car smelled like a barn and was well overpriced in comparison to kbb and market.
Wouldn t budge on price sure I get it used car prices are inflated right now but was very persistent on me filling out a credit app when the numbers where not where I wanted them.
On top of it all he calls me I proceed to tell him I m not going to be doing business with them and try to give him some pointers on how he should deal with clients and what they ask he hangs up on me.

I can only base my experience on this but based on this I would never buy a car from them.

I have been loyal to Kuni Lexus since my first purchase with them. 3 cars later, I really won't even look anywhere else. The staff, professionalism, and overall satisfaction can not be beat! And it's like a resort if you need to work while getting your car serviced.

Just got home from the dealership and wanted to relate my experience.
Worked with Ray Belanger in sales. Ray spent over 2 hours with me test driving and looking at several cars. I normally hate shopping for cars, but I cannot begin to describe how pleasant the experience was. Ray was very knowledgeable, patient and asked a lot of questions to ensure that he understood exactly what I was looking for. The atmosphere was relaxed with no pressure at all. He seemed genuinely concerned with the wishes of the customer over simply making a sale. What a contrast to my experience yesterday at another Denver area Lexus dealership.

I came in Saturday 3/23 around 3pm. Trying to figure out where to park as a customer is very difficult, I am sure there is signage but I did not see it. After driving around a couple of minutes in a very tight, confusing parking lot, I finally just parked somewhere, not sure if it was sales parking, service, inventory or whatever! I was interested in the 2019 ES and I could not find one to look at. Up on the second floor, I found an area with a group of people who appeared to be customers and there, happened to be 1 single ES but I could not tell if it was a car pending delivery or a display car...still confused I did not dare touch it and there was nobody to ask. I left very frustrated after about 30min of wandering around. Nobody spoke to me. On my way out, I decided to try a different door and there I noticed a check-in desk but for me it was too late; I was out of patience and by the look of things I was going to wait a long time to get to talk to a sales person; the place appeared overwhelmingly busy. I am probably not going back. There are less frustrating options to buy a Lexus. Having said that, this place was one of the cleanest and nicest sales building I have ever seen. Just too busy, too confusing inside and out. All around very frustrating.

I had a great experience! My sales person was Angela Drake, she really takes care of her customers. She's very knowledgeable, doesn't pressure you in something you don't want to do. She tried doing everything in her knowledge finding me the right car in my budget! Loving my new IS!!! :) Highly recommend this dealership and Angela!!

Can't go wrong with Sal (sales) & Tony (User Experience/Tech -- for learning all the features of your car). Hands down the best buying experience I've ever had.

Sal went above and beyond and stays in contact with me months after I bought the car just to make sure I'm still as happy as I was on day one.

From the moment I walked into the dealership, Sal treated me like a long-time friend and top client (mind you, I had never spoken with him or met him and he didn't know my buying power, etc. either) -- he listened to what I wanted and found it (even though they didn't have it at the dealership that day) -- he earned my business!

I appreciated him explaining the pro's and con's of leasing vs. buying and giving me advice on what was best for me; turns out, it was the same advice my Dad gave me -- that says a lot.

I would recommend this dealership (and esp. Sal) to anyone interested in buying/leasing a car. Sal cares more about the experience you have than making a sale. Trust me.

For two months I've been shopping for my perfect car encountering many dealerships with pushy, old-school tactics. Thankfully my search took me to Kuni Lexus where everything fell into place. It was like a breath of fresh air. Sean assisted me. He was patient, accommodating and wasn't belittling.

The car I purchased was already at a "haggled-down" price without all that archaic haggling (I checked comps). I was thrilled to be getting a vehicle with all my wish list items at an amazing price and to be in and out within hours.

My son has a Lexus 250 IS AWD I told him that when he's ready for a newer car he needs to look to Kuni Lexus.

Very disappointed with a number of experiences at Kuni Lexus. 1) The salesperson who sold me my car promised a full detail of my old car ("It'll be the cleanest it's ever been!!!") as I was selling it to my daughter on her 16th birthday. This was a condition of sale because I was going to make my purchase from the Costco Auto Program dealership in Colorado Springs and Kuni wanted my business. After I purchased my new car and dropped off the old one for "detailing" they simply ran it through their car wash without any semblance of a deep clean. When I asked about it, I was shrugged off. 2) I brought my new car in for its first 6 month service and was told it would take an hour and 45 minutes max to change the oil and check it out. Over 8 hours later, and many follow up calls from me to the dealership, they "moved it up in priority" and got the service completed, but only because I kept calling every 2 hours. 3) If you buy a car from Kuni, you get free car washes for the first 3 years. They have an app you can use on your phone to see when it is open and available but this information is not accurate. I drove through traffic to get to the car wash after it opened and once I arrived, the service department told me the car wash wouldn't be open for another hour and a half and offered to have me wait.

Bottom line is be leery of honest messaging from this dealership. Stated expectations are not met in sales and service.

Really great service department: they never try to up-sell you and they never try to convince you your car needs major work when it doesn t (unlike some independent shops in Denver)

Very easy to work with and they deliver exactly what you ask for. Oh, also their waiting area is super nice.

Now it takes everything outside of tricks to get 5 stars from me. But these guys here aim to please. I wasn't in here for hours, I got what I wanted and drove out pleased. Idk if this was the purchase of the car or window tinting, which is neither here nor there because everything about both experiences were great.

From the moment I walked into the place until the moment I walked out, I felt like I had checked into a five star hotel. Exceptional attention, service, amenities, waiting areas. And I didn't even purchase the 450h from them! I am looking forward to, and planning, my next service visit because the experience of hanging out there was so pleasant. I am looking forward to sitting out on the balcony/terrace overlooking the front range on a warm spring day with a coffee, newspaper/laptop, and a muffin/cookie. Unlike any dealership I have ever been in!

This dealership was great to deal with. I spent about two weeks shopping around for a used car and probably went to 15 different dealerships. These guys were far and away the best people to work with. The lot is clean, the inventory is good, and everybody I dealt with seemed to try their hardest to make me happy. I decided on an Infinity G35 and as I was signing the papers, I decided it would maybe be a good idea to have a third party mechanic look at the car......NO PROBLEM. They let me take the car out for the night, have it looked at by my own mechanic the next day, and come back to finish the paperwork if I still wanted the car....which I did.

These guys price their used car inventory aggressively, strive to please the customer and if I ever need a lexus or used car again they will surely be getting my business.

I was driving to Denver on 1-25 . A semi truck flat tire went into pieces and hit our car. Our front bumper is damaged. We have been a Lexus customer for a very long time. We went into Kuni Lexus to get some help. The front bumper piece needed to be removed so we can drive home. They did not help at all! They were very rude and refused to help us. We have a warranty on our car and insurance. We bought this car from Stevenson Lexus not from Kuni Lexus. However, Lexus dealerships are supposed to help Lexus customers. But, this is not the case with Kuni Lexus. I hope that I never have to return to this dealership!

I took my vehicle to Lexus of Greenwood Village because of a tire pressure light that would not go off and I asked them to look at my cooled seats because they didn't seem to be working. I received a call that my tire sensor was going out on one tire and that it would be $400 to fix it and I should replace the other three as they were likely on their way out as well. As for the cooled seats the service manager told me that my cooled/vented seats were working fine but my heated seats were completely broken. I had just used my heated seats which were working fine and I took my car for a second opinion and they said that my spare tire was low and the PSI was set too high for the remaining tires. SO... Greenwood Village lied to me about everything that was "wrong" with my car and all I truly needed was air in my spare tire. I do not recommend them to anyone.

We have owned our Lexus for 2 years and until now ...

We have owned our Lexus for 2 years and until now all we have ever required was routine scheduled visits and the awesome unlimited car washes while we enjoyed the view with a latte. We always had a great experience with consistently friendly and efficient staff. Last week we discovered what it truly means to be a customer at Kuni Lexus; we blew out our tire during rush hour on I 225 leaving us stranded on the side of the highway. One call to Kuni and within 10 minutes, the Service Manager himself, Kelly Kennedy, was there expertly changing the tire. He took the damaged tire and processed the claim overnight and the next day we had a loaner vehicle while the service department checked out the car for any further damage and replaced the new tire. It's just like health insurance: you don't realize what your policy means until you need it. Now we know: Customer service at Kuni truly exceeds all expectations.

Great Service! - new to Kuni and Bill Vogel, senior service consultant was quick, efficient, professional and knew what he was doing.
Location much more convenient, and beautiful - and looking into the actual service bays / shop, it was very clean... I think you could have eaten off the floors - I love that!
It beats Stevenson where I have had my service done on 4 Lexus vehicles for the last 18 years. 85K service plus full detail. They are really proud of their detail (price) and the car really needs to stay overnight for floor and mats to dry. Detail could have been a bit stronger on mirrors, dash, and nothing done detail wise under the hood, etc.
During my service they found a few minor problems. Bill set expectations properly, communicated on a timely basis, and guided without selling. I will definitely return again. Was pleased and I'm a tough sell. Left with a diet drink/water that Bill volunteered.
As a long time Lexus owner of several vehicles, I strongly recommend you check this out for a better service experience!

Think it's time for Kuni Lexus to change to a 10 star system because 5 star doesn't cut it anymore. I have never had anything but first class service in my 11+ year association with the dealership. How often can you buy several cars over a 11 year period and deal with the same salesperson? Bill Owens is that person and I have no doubt when I buy my next Lexus (which I hope is next spring) he'll be there to put together the deal that makes both of us happy. From the moment your drive into the dealership until they hand the keys back to you, you are dealing with a first class operation. How many can say that when they have their "car guy" friends come into town to visit, you say, "Let me take you to my car dealership?" We do!! Of course, we also show them the Colorado mountains.

I just had my 150K mile mtce on my Lexus GX470 and I have never missed a recommended maintenance with Lexus since we purchased the vehicle. Every single mtce appointment been an extremely positive experience and Kevin is awesome!! I also LOVE the new Lexus facility in Greenwood Village!!

We went here a couple of months ago looking for a more compact SUV. We met a sales person who truly made us feel like we did not look wealthy enough and we weren't worth his time.

He showed us the biggest car they have, where a normal sized person couldn't even fit into the back row of seats. We kept asking about the cars upstairs but he just would not go up there with us to look at more appropriate vehicles for us.

This turned us off Lexus for good. We recieved thoughtful and outstanding service at the Audi dealership in Littleton and were not treated like we were unfit for their brand.

Lexus only showed us models I'll suited to us and showed us that apparently we weren't good enough to purchase a car from them.

I took my car in, due to a recall, on the passenger side airbag. The next thing I know my windshield wipers are not working properly. So, I took it back and they said it wasn't anything they did(Even though I had just used my wipers the day before). I'm like whatever... Then a day ago, while driving, I notice my battery light is flickering. So, I called and they came and got it. Now, what do you know, I need a new alternator!! Even though I just bought the alternator(with a lifetime warranty) in 2016.

Oh I also forgot to mention that, they told me I needed new spark plugs, because the spark plugs, are the original spark plugs! Get this, I replaced my spark plugs in Sept of 2017!!! So, needless to say, I believe they did something to my car(but I can't prove it) and now it's gonna cost me more money to get my car fixed! I wish I would've never went here!

********Jared, I received your response to my review and like I said, I purchased (and changed)my spark plugs in 2017(see pic below). Therefore, the spark plugs are not from 2007!! I don't have any idea what y'all did to my car, (nor do I have proof) and I realize it's old, but it's my car, that I paid a lot of money for.

Not to mention, when I tried to tow my car home, there were 2 cars parked in front of mine. So, we had to wait an extra 30 minutes, for somebody to come and move the cars. After the cars were moved, the 3 men walked away, without an apology. The loaners were awesome, but my overall experience here was awful...

PS: yes, I declined getting my car repaired by your facility, because honestly I don't trust your facility... You know since you all lied about the spark plugs******

Nate was so accommodating. Not only did he take care of loading our Lexus snow tires into my car, but he went the extra mile and checked a problem I was having with my car. He was also upbeat and delightful to talk to and made being at Kuni Lexus a very pleasant experience.
