Went to this dealership on 6/23/2020 to get lease on 2020 gx 460. Worked with Esaya for over a hour to get some numbers on car.
Deal for that car on lexus.com was 499 with 4000 down , without fees or taxes.
What they offered me instead was 200$ over deal prices with same down number.
Called lexus headquarters to ask why their dealer is not honoring their official regional offer and their thay said that dealer is private owned.
Total scam from this dealer and lexus for false advertisements these deals

My wife Kathy and I took our new Lexus RX350 with only 5000 miles on it to Kuni with an over heating problem. After further inspection, a small rock had gone through the grill and hit one of the cooling tubes in the radiator causing a pinhole leak of coolant. Michael Slattery was our service adviser and did an amazing job orchestrating our repairs at Kuni. Kelly Kennedy, the service manager and Mike Cuzzo the General Manager were involved with our repair because it required a new engine. With only 5000 miles on the car, they made sure every part was replaced with factory Lexus parts. Thank you Mike, Kelly, and Michael for making our car like brand new again. Thank you to the entire staff at Kuni for amazing customer service experience. We are customers for life.

Kuni has effective "pandemic" service procedures in place now. I visited in April and employees were not wearing masks while I WAS wearing a mask. The coffee/snack service is now closed compared to April, regrettably, but logically! No paper passed between us. I had a loaner vehicle, which was also handled with NO TOUCH. The service itself was handled without flaw, as usual, but it did take approx. EIGHT hours versus the previous 1.5 hours it would have taken pre-pandemic. My car was returned clean AND sanitized! Service employees handle a TON of customers every day and never lose their cool. True professionals and best service anywhere!

I have had Kuni Lexus service my ES300 for 10+ years and have loved them. Recently had the opportunity to work with Danny Tyson at Kuni Lexus as I am looking for a new car..Danny did an excellent job for myself and was a pleasure to deal. He was extremely professional, helpful, and courteous throughout the entire process event.
I would highly recommend utilizing the services of Kuni when you're needing service or looking for a new car.

The best service dealers around. I have been going to Kuni since 2014 for service. I have dealt with Chris k and now Donnie. Chris always makes sure to make a point to say hi, and check-in with me when I am there. Donnie is another great guy to do service with very communicative. both Chris and Donnie are my go-to guys for everything, they very knowledgeable of Lexus cars and the service they need. I had an issue from a previous service, and they both made sure the car was well taken care, and the issue was rectified. I like to get the interior detail service every time I go in. It is worth it, and so is the headlight restore. I will say I already have recommend Kuni, I will continue to recommend them to family and friends.

Tried to sell my car to them. The manager CHRIS NEIRA has the worst attitude I've ever seen. Unreasonable price and bad attitude. He doesn't care about the customers, only wants to rip them off.

I'm pretty surprised Lexus is having someone like him as a sales manager. Really impressive.

It s my first time here I got my lexus rx350 30k service done here ,will this place it s very beautiful the only reason I m give 3 stars I have 2 reasons the first one is because they are not provide any drink not even just bottles water they might have bottle water but i couldn t find it ,I know we all fighting the COVID but I don t think drink is a problem , and the second reasons i compared kuni lexus and Stevenson lexus , Stevenson lexus has more discounts for the service to compare with kuni lexus , I m living castle rock so kuni Lexus IS so close to me I don t want go to far for service it will cost lots times ,I hope kuni lexus could provide some strong discounts for people that want get service done here !

Who doesn't like free car washes for the life of my car, an Espresso Bar, a computer station, a top-of-the-line massage chair, a movie theater room, pool tables, games, a mini Library, a mini Museum, a lounge with a view of the mountains, and bathrooms with heated seats! What's not to love? Oh yeah, the cars are pretty sweet too

I purchased a fully loaded 2020 Lexus NX300 a coup...

I purchased a fully loaded 2020 Lexus NX300 a couple months ago from Kuni Lexus. Within a week I noticed that not only did the car not have power lifegate but also did not have a button on the key fob or a button on the inside of the vehicle to release open the rear door. How is possible that base 2009 Honda Accord along with any other car I ve ever driven for past 10 years has at a minimum a latch/button on the inside of the vehicle and a button on the key to release the trunk or hatch but a fully loaded Lexus doesn t even have a mechanism to release the rear door hatch?

So I called the sales manager Jared and left multiple voicemails before finally receiving a call back. He insisted I come into the dealership so I immediately drove to the dealership and was told that I just missed him. So I drop by the next day and began speaking with Jared at which point he hands me off to another sales person. The sales person confirms that I do not have power lift gate, no release button on the key fob or in the car and the only way to open the rear door is by manually opening the door. So we return back to Jared with this information and he doesn t even bother getting up from his computer to speak with me. After 15 minutes of waiting he tells there is nothing he can do for me. So I decide to speak with salesmen that sold me this car and he actually accepted responsibility and apologized for rushing to turn over the car to me after the dealership was technically closed and also stated that there is nothing he can do now. Also found it odd that when speaking with the service department, the service rep mentioned that he has never service a car with no tailgate button on the key fob in the 10 years he s worked there.

In conclusion, beware of bait and switch as the new car that I agreed to purchase was not the car that was sold to me. Spend the extra time to meticulously inspect your new car before and after delivery.

As always, Donnie K was outstanding to work with. He is an asset to your service dept. Donnie is always professional and extremely hard working. His communication regarding my vehicle and new procedures for Covid safety were excellent. I enjoy our brief chats and he treats me as an equal, never demeaning or insulting. Previous relations with other service dept's treated me like poorly because I am woman and their discussion patterns and content were observed undeniably less than that with male customers. Thank you Donnie!!

Our experience purchasing a used Lexus RX350 at Kuni was exceptional. Our salesperson, Cindy, was very knowledgeable and professional. The dealership was beautiful (it felt like we were at a resort) and made the waiting go by very quickly. There was none of that back and forth haggling that we hate--they offered us a fair price for our trade-in almost immediately. Our new used SUV came with all the bells and whistles (and tech support) and a 3 year/100,000 mile warranty. We will gladly drive up from Colorado Springs again just to deal with Kuni of Greenwood Village!

Mark very knowledgeable and got us through the delivery process as quickly as possible. At one point he noticed the front license plate holder had broken. The next thing I knew he was walking by with a screwdriver and a new holder. Did a great job of explaining how to use the technical features of the car of which there are many.

This was my first time buying a Lexus and going to Kuni. the first time I went to Kuni I told them that I wasn't buying a car I just wanted to test drive. The gentleman didn't pressure us to buy. I knew after driving the car that I wanted to buy a Lexus and not an Infinity. We went back a few days later and the sales man and the manager made the process an actual positive transaction and they kept their word, which you hardly find when trying to buy a car.
It was really nice at the end of the buying process that they have some set up your phone and show you how to use the technology in car.
I had to go back to get the Lux package and again I had two people meet me when I drove up, they told me to go up and have a latte and come back down and they'll have my loaner car ready and papers to sign. I wen't upstairs got the latte and went down and the gentleman was done. Truly amazing service and the staff is amazing. I will go back when it's time to buy my husband new SUV and would highly recommend buying a car from Kuni Lexus if you want a stress free transaction.

I think it shows exactly what Lexus stands for and I have become a fan and I do not even own a Lexus (yet!) but very strongly considering getting one now. I hope this experience helps other buyers. :)

I cannot express how disappointed I am in the level of customer service I experienced last night at your dealership. I was asked to wait for over 20 minutes with no updates, while your group was occupied in your manager's room just yapping & laughing away which was clearly visible through the glass! I was the only customer there at that moment. Not valuing your potential customers and their time shows complete lack of respect and professionalism. I am usually a very patient person but I do not appreciate my time being wasted. I decided to just get up and leave as you may have noticed. I suppose it is very fortunate that BMW is a brand otherwise the experience from last night would certainly not sell even a tire so that's definitely working in your dealership's favor.

I happened to visit Kuni Lexus dealership in Greenwood Village just day before and I was so impressed with the way they treat their customers that I am certainly tempted to go with them based on their excellent customer service quality and professionalism. Maybe you guys are selling a lot due to just the brand name advantage so your dealership does not care about it but needless to say, I would not be going with BMW for sure. Neither was I impressed with the vehicle nor with the cold customer handling. Truly disappointing and I am shocked that this is BMW's way of doing business. You (as in your dealership) are representing a brand name and I find it surprising that this is the level of quality a potential buyer can face. You lost a very good customer. I was really looking forward to a BMW and my expectation was quite high.

I would have appreciated even a phone call to check why I abruptly left the dealership but what I get is an email with numbers in them... nice! This would be my first and last time to a BMW dealership. In this last week I have visited Nissan, Honda, Lexus, Mercedes, Audi, Acura and finally BMW and I can tell you it comes NO WHERE close to the pleasant experience I had with all of those places. Out of them Lexus really went above and beyond! That's called keeping up the brand name flag! I did not even have a prior appointment with Lexus so I was just a walk-in, yet the experience was amazing! I knew walking in that it was a bit on the late side and that they were going to be closing soon for the night but their representative showed no sign of rushing, he was more than patient and really spoke about the cars with passion. Nothing short of impeccable. For BMW, instead of being 'The Ultimate Driving Machine'... it became 'The Ultimate Driving-ME-AWAY machine" for me.

Here's a free suggestion, a visit to your nearby Lexus showroom would be enlightening to experience the special care and welcome they give their potential customers so perhaps your dealership should plan a visit...it'll be a good learning experience.

As a previous Lexus owner, I was interested in trading in my current Lexus. I went to one Lexus (south of Denver) and did not find the treatment the same as where I found my original Lexus (in another state). In fact, as I was waiting for someone to help me decide on a vehicle when I found Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village on my smart phone. It was very easy for me to say let me check out this other dealership in Denver. I wasn't given a reason to do business with the other dealership but as soon as I emailed Kuni of Greenwood Village I was online chatting with someone then was connected to Van Saukam. He is very attentive and probably one of the most knowledge car enthusiasts I have ever met. He respected my time and cut straight to the chase - the way I do business. I would highly recommend this dealership and Van Saukam to anyone looking for a new or resale vehicle. You can spend 10 hours on the internet trying to find the best deal. Well if you live in Denver or close by, they price their products based on the Market which we know may not be MSRP. The vehicle I selected was a resale sold through the certified pre-own program and it was listed with a great price to begin with - no headaches & no haggling. The moral of the story - dealership matters. Start with Kuni of Greenwood Village first and LAST.

All the cars we looked at were in outstanding condition; Jeshum, our sales associate, was a pleasure to work with. No pressure and he was genuine. This was my last Lexus purchase with this dealership. They've misrepresented the vehicle and refused to offer support after purchase. Please reach out to Lexus and verify the information for your coverage/warranty/service prior to purchase or you may end up like me - paying extra for promised features that don't exist. Hopefully you don't have the displeasure of being yelled at by their sales manager as well - he has quite a nasty attitude.

We agreed on a price for the 2001 Ls 430, I applied my initials. We agreed on a price for my trade-in. They made me wait and wait while they prepared the closing documents. I was the last customer on a Saturday night and the doors were closing.

In my rush to get out the door for a long drive home in my newly acquired LS 430, I initialed and signed everything at the places indicated, after-all, we had agreed to a price and a trade-in price. I wrote them a check.

Only the next day, did I realize they had cheated me. We agreed on a $10,100 purchase price, total. They offered me $1,200 from my trade-in. On the papers, buried in the stack, they instead inflated the purchase price to $11,300 and then took out the trade-in. This is wrong

They orchestrated this misunderstanding in their favor. I did not catch this mistake buried in the fast-talking ritual of closing. They must have done this before and I am sure they will do it again if given a chance. They pulled a fast-one and I was a trusting, gullible buyer. I feel swindled out of my trade-in amount.

This is my fault for assuming they were going to treat me as a valued customer, not an easy mark with a checkbook. It is not about the money, it is about feeling cheated and how they take money from customers unfairly. It is a valuable lesson to my kids and the readers of this review. Was it worth it to their reputation? I would expect this from a dealership on Colfax (the ones surrounded by razor wire), but not an established Lexus dealer with a reputable name.

Steer-clear of Kuni Lexus.

Exceptional experience buying a 2016 NX 300 H. Bryson Gardell was a fabulous consultant with a professional demeanor, deep knowledge and no pressure approach. He was genuinely interested in making sure I found a car that met my needs and then understood all my finance options. I made three visits and communicated via phone, text and email. He was responsive, transparent and impartial - a rarity in the car sales business. The dealership is beautiful, spacious and designed for an optimal customer experience (work space, cafe, coffee bar, quiet space, etc). The new pricing model takes into account all the sources a smart buyer will use to negotiate and then pulls the MSRP down to avoid the need to haggle. I could go on and on, if you are looking for a Lexus, hate the typical sales experience and want to have a pressure-free experience, go to Kuni and ask for Bryson.

I am not a customer, nor did I buy my Lexus at Kuni but needed it towed to Kuni last Saturday to get a new key/remote made. Although they had 50 cars on the schedule that day, and I asked if they could get it done in the same day, I was not expecting it to get done - but they called me at 4:30 PM to let me know the vehicle was washed and ready to go. Thank you Don in Service Dept for all your help and communication! The experience will go a long way in my decision making when looking at a new Lexus to purchase. Beautiful showroom as well!

I purchased tires from your dealership and was told future rotations would be included. When I came in today I was told that was not the case and I would have to pay unless I had the paperwork. I distinctly remember having that conversation, but now being told that I was not told that which is frustrating as I would have purchased them elsewhere. So, just wanted to let your dealership know and I'll never be coming back or go to any Kuni dealership and letting other people know about my experience with your dealership. Also, as I got online to send this I noticed there's currently a discount for service over $100. Would have been good customer service to say we have this coupon which will wash out the tire rotation, but obviously not looking out for your customers. Finally, tried to post a review on their site, but they won't process the review if it's one star which is pretty funny. Should have read the reviews below, seems like this dealership is constantly failing.

My service advisor, Jenna Malone is the most exemplary staff member I have ever encountered at Kuni Lexus. She is helpful, friendly, and professional and makes me feel like a valued customer.
I'm not so sure about the technician who worked on my car though. Zachary Barber left my car running while he worked on it. I can tell by the fact that my MPG went down from where it was when I brought it in - and also the fact that a loud country station was playing on the radio when I got my car back. I'm sure he left the car on to play the radio while he worked on my door handle recall. Also, the battery (on my hybrid) was at one bar - which indicates a long idling period with no actual driving. This didn't do any long term damage to the car but it shows a lack of respect for me and my car.
I did not bring this to anyone's attention because there's nothing that can be done about it after the fact.
All in all, having Jenna Malone as my service advisor outweighs everything else. And I greatly appreciate all the safety precautions the dealership put in place for the pandemic.

Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village is nothing but superb. They have a high quality of customer service that is unmatched. They have helped solve any car problems I have, keep up with maintenance on my vehicle, and the staff has gone above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and needs to ensure they are met. I thoroughly enjoy the luxurious waiting area that is fully stocked with snacks, drinks, wifi, tv, pool and comfortable chairs. I can't imagine going anywhere else for service after receiving the high quality that is the standard at this dealership. I would highly recommend anyone to their business.

I was in a hurry as usual and did not want to be late to my 7:45am service appt. so I did not stop at Starbucks to get coffee thinking I will just get it at the dealership. Well, when I get into the waiting room I realize that there is no coffee, COVID-19. So, I walked across the street to the gas station for my morning coffee. As I was looking around the dealership at all the busy employees I thought, "they cannot go into the breakroom and get coffee either". Thank you for being open during this unforeseen time. Paying $268 for an oil change, Tire rotation and cabin air filter is quite lavish. When I made the appointment, the gal on the phone Told me it would cost $134.00. When I arrived the service advisor told me it was a double that price. I started to leave but after I told him I was a veteran they gave me $40 off. I think you might ve gotten the last penny out of me for service. Because of your high prices, no more repeat business.

Great Cars, Great Facility, Great Service. Five Star is an understatement...
I purchased (leased) Lexus GS F-Sport from Mr. Jack Chung at Kuni Lexus. Mr. Jack Chung treated us with an exceptional respect and provided an unbelieveable service. He had extensive knowledge of all the models of Lexus which made it easier for us to make the right decision. I highly recommend Lexus over BMW or Mercedes. But I recommend even higher dealing with Mr. Jack Chung. Thanks Jack. I love my Lexus GS...it is fun to drive.

Great experience buying a new Lexus RX 350

We recently bought a Lexus RX 350 from Kuni Lexus. It has been 11 years since we bought our last new vehicle, so there were many new capabilities available. We were blown away by how people at Kuni took their time with us, how well they knew the product, and how well they did their jobs, including the sales person (Mike Parmakian), the person who went over the car's features in detail (Reana), and the business manager (Richi Carni). We have purchased new vehicles from Ford, Buick, Pontiac, Cadillac, and Toyota dealerships in the past, and this was, by far, the easiest and most enjoyable purchase. We are old enough to remember the old days, when the customer was always right, was treated with respect, and their business was really valued. It is obvious that this dealership fits that mold, including such things as unlimited free car washes, and free loaner cars while your Lexus is being serviced. I highly recommend this dealership as the place to buy your next vehicle.

I used to think used car dealers were a stereotype, but my experience dealing with Kuni lexus proved me wrong!. Crooks!!..very shady sales managers, especially the one named Jesum. I wrote to complain to his General Mngr and that guy never responded. After working for days to finalize a deal, I got a call that the car was sold.!

I'm blown away by the excellent service at Kuni Lexus. They could not be more courteous and helpful and the facility is amazing. Thanks to Kuni Lexus of Greenwood village, I'll never own anything but a Lexus. I only wished I lived a little closer so I could spend more time there just hanging out. Plus I love the way my car looks, feels, performs. I guess that's important, as well.

Let me begin this review by saying that I completely agree with what Mike Jones, Nick S., and Amanda Hamilton said in previous comments, if you are young KUNI will provide you with significantly less customer service than they will provide to their typical clientele, namely older white people. My wife and I have been consistently overlooked and mistreated since moving our long-standing Lexus business to KUNI.

When my wife and I moved from Texas to Colorado we were excited to see a Lexus dealership in our new neighborhood of Greenwood Village, KUNI LEXUS.

Prior to moving to Denver, Colorado, we had experienced exceptional customer service at PARK PLACE LEXUS OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS. PARK PLACE LEXUS was a pleasure to deal with no matter the occasion or business that we had with them at the time (In fact their customer service was what lead my wife and I s families to purchase a total of eight vehicles from PARK PLACE LEXUS over a period of thirteen years.) KUNI LEXUS however has been anything but a pleasure to deal with. They have hassled us about getting car washes, lied to my wife about work that she needed done on her vehicle, and generally mistreated us to the point that we are seriously considering no longer being loyal Lexus drivers.

My wife and I look young, I am sure we are not KUNI S typical clientele, but KUNI is mistaken if they believe that we aren t a couple that would spend money on vehicles and vehicle service. And they are mistaken if they believe that we will continue to spend money with a dealership who does not respect their young customers. We appreciate our vehicles, and we are finically capable of and do spend money to have nice vehicles that run well. We value customer service.

I very much hope to find another Lexus Dealership that will appreciate our families business the way that PARK PLACE LEXUS has in the past, because KUNI LEXUS certainly has not. The taste that KUNI LEXUS has left in my mouth frankly has me considering becoming a loyal BMW, Audi, or Infinity driver as opposed to Lexus.

This was the most pleasant car buying purchase I have ever had. Cindy Holter was extremely helpful and professional. She had the car ready at our agreed upon meeting time and was knowledgeable and helpful in describing the features and attributes of the car. I would recommend Kuni and Cindy to anyone looking for a new or used Lexus.

Kuni Lexus does it right! They make you feel valued as a customer and treat you with respect. Their service representatives are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. And they have great facilities for you to enjoy while your car is being serviced. Kuni employees definitely know how to deliver a great customer experience!

Ever since the moment I walked into Kuni Lexus, even before I became a Lexus owner, I was treated with much respect and insight on how they did business. Now was a owner, taking advantage of the many perks that comes with doing business with Kuni is unlike any other dealer I've done business with. About 2 months into owning my brand new Lexus, I noticed a couple flaws that were on the car from the factory. I called the service manager with my concerns, to which he promptly returned the favor by getting me a quick appointment with a loaner car instead of pointing fingers on what happened to the vehicle. I got my vehicle back within a week (both issues were complicated to address) and was very happy with the results. If you plan on purchasing a Lexus in the Denver area or anywhere in Colorado, for that matter...look no further, I will be returning here in the future for more business.

Stopped by this location and tried to talking to the managers about an issue with a vehicle I was trying to purchase that I felt like only managers could answer I was treated with disrespect and when I asked them why they weren t wearing a mask they said were employees we don t need one and I replied with employees need one more than anyone then they pointed to the door and said there s the door walk out the same way you walked in I m sorry I thought wearing masks was a requirement so that s exactly what I did I walked out and guess what I will not be coming back and when I spoke with another gentleman who is an employee about their behavior he said tell me about it I already lost two deals today because of their attitude they are impossible to work with I feel like these people have no business being in the position that they are in and something needs to change these are the two big guys that were sitting at the end of the managers desk to the left side

I've had my Lexus for about 7 years, and I've visited Kuni's parts department for several minor parts I have needed for my vehicle. The parts folks always do an outstanding job. I just had to get a new gas cap, so I went in, and Scott and Grant at the desk were both absolutely fantastic- friendly, quick, responsive, informative. Scott especially has gone above-and-beyond for me on several occasions, that guy rocks!

Impressive dealership! Best experience I've ever had buying a car. Bryson was my salesperson and he was very knowledgable, patient and just wonderful to work with overall. The Lexus Plus Upfront Pricing also added a lot to the positive experience.
