Prices are a little high honestly, but the service and staff are top notch. Called me an Uber and picked me up as well, waiting area is fully stocked with drinks which makes the wait times a little more tolerable.

Matt Shields was our advisor. Upon arrival, he checked our mileage and informed us it was way too early for the oil change since we'd not driven the car for months. He replaced key fob batteries, had the tech do a full 75K look over complete with video, and turned us loose for a nominal charge. Quite frankly, we were astounded. He could easily have buried us for the inspection. It was amazing. Thank you!

I would recommend Kuni Lexus. My experience was excellent. Much better than the one price no haggle places. I wanted to think I got a better deal by some negotiation. Who knows if I did but it was much more fun. Our rep was Pierre and he did a great job. He was knowledgable, courteous, confident and also relaxed and affable. We were there a LONG time (4 hours) but no fault of his. Month end I was told and a flush of buyers when we arrived. Still a good job by all we encountered.

I have been a customer of Kuni Lexus for about 2 years. I live nearer to another Lexus dealership but choose my servicing at Kuni. The reason for my choice is the way I am taken care of by my service rep, Kevin Alexander. He is professional, proficient, and always relational in his dealings with me. I have observed him in interactions with other customers, and his efforts are always consistent. Kevin is my reason for staying with Kuni service!

Top quality service and a high level of profession...

Top quality service and a high level of professionalism from all the people I have come into contact with at Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village has brought me back time and time again. I could go to a dealership that is an hour closer, but choose not to because of the excellent treatment I always receive at Greenwood Village. From the relaxed sales approach, the efficiency of the service department, and the friendliness of everyone who go beyond the expected make this my first choice always. The new facility is beautiful, state of the art and most of all, they make me feel good about owning a Lexus. Don in Service, Bill in Sales, Mike, Archer, Richi and Loren don't change a thing you are doing a fantastic job.

I didn't end up buying as the car ended up not being what I was looking for. However, Harold Hines was an amazing salesperson to work with before and after the test drive. He was friendly and knowledgeable - having been a master technician in his past certainly helped him get to my level of engineering detail I was looking for. He wasn't high pressure and truly worked to understand what about the car made it not something I wanted to pursue with, without making me feel like he was pushing me to buy. I also appreciate him not judging a book by it's cover like many other luxury dealerships in the area have - he recognized that just because someone is in their early 30's doesn't mean they can't afford an expensive car, and that equal respect should be paid to everyone who comes in.

Jared Heilman responded to an online query and was quickly able to establish the parameters of the sale. I see no reason why he assigned the Sale to Pierre who seemed completely disinterested in the transaction, possibly because Jared brought it to a point where all was left but the paperwork in Finance. When asked for a printout of the final price and the options, he said Jared 'emailed it to you'. When I pointed out that I don't carry viewed messages on the phone but transfer it to my laptop, he very reluctantly printed me a copy.
He then brought me news that our trade-in was worth $8000 and tried to convince me that given its age (2009 vintage with 42,000 miles) this was the best I could expect. His demeanor and attitude changed when I said no to the trade-in. My read at this point was that given the fact that the sale was made possible by Jared by virtue of various discounts and 'give aways', Pierre stood to make very little to nothing. He then got preoccupied with another customer.
My approval of the lease was held up because of my inability to unlock my credit file at Experian. We all agreed that I would return home and try to unlock the file and return the next day, a Wednesday, to complete the paperwork and take delivery of the car . In a final conversation with Pierre as he emerged from the Manager's kiosk, I told him about my having to return the next day and needing transportation to the dealership. Pierre told me to call him the next day and he would think of something. He neither handed me his card nor warned me that he was off on Wednesdays. Jared had made it very clear that he would NOT be available the next day and that Pierre would take care of the delivery, etc.

The next evening after struggling all day with Experian to get my file unlocked, I took an Uber taxi and arrived at about 6 PM and found that the Finance Manager had completed the credit check and left at the end of her day.

The 'night' Manager Chris, took it upon himself and requested Justin to complete the paperwork and ensure I would be able to leave with the car. This was accomplished at about 7:30 PM and both stayed long enough to see me leave the lot in my new car.

When I hesitated to sign the Delivery Checklist because I needed to know about some of the newer features (ENFORM), Chris assured me that Pierre would call me to arrange a mutually convenient time for me to come in and be tutored appropriately. That call is still awaited (Aug 6).

Barring Jared, Chris and Justin, a very un-Kuni experience.

I drove 4 hours to get to Kuni, coming from rural northwest Colorado. I arrived surprisingly early, due to lack of snow and improvement in the highway construction delays. Despite my being there over an hour early, my Service Advisor, Kyle Vavra, was able to get me into the schedule, and I was able to hit the road home early, too. 3 days later, I had some followup questions, and Preston Willey returned my message for Kyle, with all the details I needed.

I always feel like a special customer at Kuni, and appreciated their adjustments during the pandemic.I felt very safe and secure.

Seriously Glad i bought a Lexus and so glad i found Kuni in Greenwood Village. Every trip is so enjoyable from the people, Manager, and waiting area. They give me a prompt ride to work and pick me up on-time with a enjoyable driver. Yesterday was the best service ever.. It blew me away and i can brag to my co-workers about the Complimentary Road Side Assistance. My car would not start at lunch(left lights on)..I am driving the carpool and i am responsible for other people. I panicked and called Lexus, they patch me through to Josh the dedicated Road Side Service employee.. He came out started my car and was so polite.
It just does not get any better... It made my day

My wife found a used car that was perfect for her. We offered 2,000 less than asking price. This offer was still significantly more than what the car is worth. They turned us away. No deal in sight. I guess they figure they rather wait and gouge the next customer for even more. How much money over book do you need to make a deal ? Stay away unless you wanna walk out the door 5-6k upside down on your loan !

Excellent service and price. I met with Bryson in the sales department and he is very knowledgeable and professional. I also worked with Nate in the service department and he was very helpful. I scheduled a last minute service for my car and they had no loaners available for the day so they paid for my Uber ride. I also worked with the parts department over the summer and they went out of their way to find the part I needed so I did not have to wait. I recently had two encounters with the Audi and Porsche dealers on Broadway and they both leave a lots to be desired. Thank you Kuni Lexus.

A dash light came on this morning on my 2004 GX470. I stopped into this dealership to see if it was something serious. Fortunately, it was an easy fix and the service was outstanding. A gentleman drove my vehicle in to the service bay and had someone else come and look at it. Greg Stanton joined us in the service bay and had the problem corrected within minutes. They even offered to wash my SUV for me. All of this attention didn't cost me a thing but it certainly left a lasting impression on me.

My husband and myself went to Kuni Lexus dealership with the sole purpose of purchasing a RX 350 f sport. We had visited this location before about a year ago. Walked the entire lot, went inside up the elevator and looked around this beautiful dealership. During that visit not one salesperson asked if we needed any assistance. Well I must say we probably didn't have the appearance of affording a vehicle from this dealership. We had been doing some physical work on a couple of our rental properties. But done the less we looked decent. I think.
Fast forward to December 2019 after Christmas. We decided that we're going to purchase the F sport. I called and spoke to a very nice and professional salesman name Pierre. After a couple of visits we did find a vehicle we wanted. We returned on Saturday late afternoon which was the last snow storm in December. Couldn't decide if we wanted to take advantage the December to Remember amazing interest rate or just pay and not have payments. We informed the young lady at the front desk that we have an appointment with Pierre and understand he's finishing up with another sale, we'll just browse around. After a few minutes she finds us and tells us he's busy and I'm gonna have you see another person. We told her no we will wait for him, because we knew we were going to write the deal and purchase the car. She literally insisted we see another person. Finally our salesperson heard the issue and came over and informed the customer service receptionist that he has this taken care of. She angrily walked away. I was a bit taken back by her action, but continue with Pierre. Due to a glitch and Saturday night we had to return Monday. None the less while waiting again for our salesman to finish a deal we decided to have a cup of coffee. When up stairs, and the same customer service lady that had given us problems Saturday was now serving the coffee. I guess they switch duties, because the pervious week a very pleasant lady serve coffee. Again she must have recognized us and had a immediate attitude toward us. That did it for me. I felt like I don't have to do business here. The Customer Service is the FIRST FACE OF THE BUSINESS!!!! She obviously wasn't talked too about how she acted with us Saturday. Unfortunately we left Kuni, Pierre didn't get the sale. I'm sure her great customer service skills were worth it.
We drove to Lexus of Colorado Springs the following Saturday and purchased a beautiful brand new RX350 FSport from a wonderful dealership and salesperson John Brown. Their dealership is not as beautiful as Kuni, but they showed us that they appreciated our business. When you are spending that much money I think appreciation goes a long way. Kuni that was $70,000.00 oversight, TIP.....teach your employees that all people coming into your establishment should be treated with respect. I have since had other people shared with me that Kuni has issues.

Thank you Kuni Management for your response. However looking at your cameras are fine with us, but not only did the salesman Pierre witness her behavior, one of your managers and Pierre came out to my car as I told my husband I wanted to leave. The manager offered to buy me a Starbuck coffee, I declined, he than told me if we decided not to purchase the car we would be hurting Pierre and his family, not her. That was his comeback!!!!! putting it on me. Instead of taking responsibility for her lack of training and being disrespectful. My concern was I don't believe she treats all Kuni customers with that bully attitude, perhaps that special treatment is only for the customers of color.
Not once, but twice she treated us with such disrespect. So yes please check your cameras, and see for yourself that Pierre did witness her behavior. Also I'm willing to bet your cameras will also show, like I said all people visiting your establishment are not treated the same from her. Perhaps not all the Customer Service staff is brazen.
As you update your training please stress, DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY IT'S COVER. We could have afforded any car in thereTWICE.

Kuni Lexus is a top notch dealership with outstanding sales associates, management and executives. I recently bought a pre-owned car and every commitment made was fully honored (and then some). The President (Gregg Stone) and General Sales Manager (Shawn Evans) were personally involved in the transaction to make sure I was a fully satisfied customer. Rob Lee (Sales Associate) did an superb job throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Kuni Lexus (and their entire team) for all your luxury car needs.

I took my car in for service. It was going to take awhile so I took a rental, which, of course, is free. They called me when my car was done and I returned their car and picked up my own all clean and shiny. I love this kind of service!

Most Recent Visit to Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village

The ONLY technicians that do ANYTHING on our Lexus are located at Kuni Lexus, Greenwood Village, Colorado. I get excellent service for our car from the service team. Bill Vogel is the Service Consultant we started with in 2010 and see mostly. Naturally, I have worked with other consultants and they provided excellent service as well. My most recent visit required a 15,000 mile (yes, it has low mileage. I confess, it's really my wife's car) interval service which included an oil and filter change, cabin filter inspection, tire rotation and some other stuff I can't remember. I was mildly disappointed that I was given a loaner car. That means I get to run around town taking care of errands. But, but, but...I get to spend less time at Kuni's awesome dealership. Go see it for yourself!

I did go to their customer lounge (upstairs) and had my favorite cup of delicious coffee and a warm muffin served by a Barista. Then I went to run my errands in a 2013 version of our ES 350. Later, when I returned to check out and to pick up our nicely washed car I learned all the scheduled service had been completed and that the cabin filter only needed to be cleaned. Now come on. I have owned and bought many new cars from dealers in various states and am here to tell you that the cabin filter would have been on my service ticket as a REPLACEMENT.

You see, it doesn't take much to make me happy. Just honest, friendly, excellent service and a cup of coffee. I really enjoy each and every visit to Kuni. This is a long winded review which I wanted to share.

When we scheduled our appointment with Nathalie, she told us that we wouldn't require a loaner vehicle due to the recall replacement taking only 1 hour. My husband arrives and that is not the case. He waited 45 minutes outside for Chris, the manager to find him a loaner. You should educate your staff better. To make matters worse, he was offered a LYFT to go back home? How was it our fault? He didn't arrive in a LYFT. Truly disappointed.

We remain speechless when it comes to the Lexus dealership in Denver. We were met by professional staff and felt we got the best in Jack Chung. At no time did we feel pressured to buy. We have returned for service and it is such a feeling of being "special". We have bought four Lexus from Kuni Lexus and each was a pleasant experience.

I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to purchase a Lexus from Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village. The salesman, Marshall Colston, who has been with Lexus for over 5 years, was wonderful in assisting my family with our needs. The team is unbelievably amazing. The finance team, Richi Carni and Archer Goodman, is spectacular and Bryson Gardell, the technical specialist, thoroughly walks you through every feature in your new car. After I purchased my vehicle, Deb, the receptionist, was thorough and prompt with routing my calls to the individuals who could assist me.

I will not go to another dealership. Kuni Lexus is BY FAR THE BEST!

The waiting area has a ski lodge feel. There's a fireplace, some leather sofas, a pool table and even a coffee bar to hang out at. If you own Lexus you should have your car serviced here .....you will not be disappointed. Their appointment, reservation, waiting system is very organized, very professional, very streamlined. This is Far and Away the nicest dealership and the dealership experience I have ever had.

I was supposed to get my car serviced today! BUT when they called me to tell me they were on their way to pick up my vehicle.......I was told it was going to cost me $498 to get the oil changed and the wheels rotated. REALLY!! I have leased five different Lexus cars and I have always bought them at Stevinson Lexus....till this one. I ve had nothing but problems since I leased my vehicle through them. My lease is up and I will not purchase another one from Kuni. I hate giving them a one star. I called Stevinson and they re doing everything for $69.

I want to take a minute and express my thanks to Jeff Valley and the gang on the recent carpet replacement in my SC430. After being damaged during an airbag recall replacement, your team installed new carpet in my vehicle. It looks fabulous, and I m truly grateful for your generosity.

I bought my first brand new Lexus ( 99 RX300) from Kuni, and you replaced the transmission at 101,000 miles for me. Completely unheard of, and what a blessing to me! Of course, it cost me $50,000 when I game to give Chad a thank you gift for the new transmission, and saw my next car (SC430) sitting in your used car area. :) Sales guy extraordinaire, Bill Owens ("The Gov") helped me make it mine.....and then I had two. When my Great Dane outgrew my RX300 at 160,000, I decided I needed a GX, and purchased Kevin Alexander s lease turn in .you boys should be on the sales payroll there at Kuni!!! To this day, no one has serviced any of my vehicles other than your team. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE all of my rides - and you all have been a joy to work with and get to know. Cheers and BIG thanks!

Currently here at the dealership. I have an appt to have my Lexus serviced. I have been here 30 minutes and noone has greeted me or explained the process. Kuni is providing a vehicle and I figured out, on my own, to wait in this cue where several people have been called. Hope my experience gets better or it may be my first and last visit to this dealership.

I've been looking to buy a used RX350 for weeks and wasn't planning to buy from Kuni as I think Kuni is kind of pricey. I went to test drive your F Sport and wanted to get a 2nd opinion on the trade-in value of my old car. Your Sales Consultant Pierre made me changed my mind and was pleased that they adjusted the trade-in value. Even though I purchased a used car, but Pierre treated me like a VIP. It's the best car buying experience ever!

Great 30K service experience on my RX...The new facility is crazy great, service was perfect, loaner car great. Picked up my car at the end of the day, cleaned and done and the service was 10% LESS than the estimate. Kevin Alexander was my service rep and always takes great care of me and my vehicles.

It is funny but it seems like the COVID situation has made the service experience so much faster and easier. I drove in. My service guy, Donnie, came out and knew what I needed; took my license and insurance for my loaner; then I signed everything on my phone When I returned, I had already received my invoice and paid on-line.

If you are looking for a lexus, an want to help this dealership pay for its new building then this is the place. Now don't get me wrong they do sell one of the best made cars on the market, but they want you to pay more for the car from them then you would at any other lexus dealer. I was shopping for a new car an I could not believe how a sales manager would treat a potential customer who asked for a better deal then what he was offered. I was told "It looks like we won't be able to do business" from a Michelin Massey. His offer was higher than what has been advertised on TV. It was higher then what was even posted on their website for this months specials. So again he was trying to make me put more money out then I should have. He tried to take advantage of someone who did not know any better. When I called him out asking for a better deal, he no longer wanted my business. Why? Because he could not make a bunch of money off of me?

So if you want to pay more than you should for your next car this is the place. You now know who you should even ask for. I even ask my salesman if he could switch sales managers so he could get a deal out (via email) and Michelin answered the email for him. It was not addressed to Michelin, it was addressed to my salesman!

I feel sorry for the sales team because they get paid to sell cars. It's seems that management just wants to make as much as they can on the consumer.

It is a very nice facility and what they have there to offer you but buyer beware. I contacted another lexus dealer and got a totally different experience!

Mr. Tyson was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The sales process was very well organized. This was our second Lexus purchase. I was so impressed with the staff and facility during our first Lexus, I purchased the second Lexus from Kuni Lexus.
