When I purchased the car, he delivered it and again explained all the operating systems and features. His attention to detail was excellent. His customer service was exemplary. He was professional and courteous. In addition, Kifah Thout in financing was invaluable. She explained the "in's and out's" of the financing process. She also showed implicit attention to detail and made the experience pleasant.
