I feel like I am dealing with Wells Fargo. We had attempted to make a windshield replacement through Progressive. Progressive apparently dropped the ball. Kuni did not have an appointment on the books, although the windshield people did. In any event, I dealt with Marcos who I found to be lacking in bedside manner. Then, when I got there to pick up my car at end of day, it couldn't be found. I had set a tech appointment and he couldn't be found either. (Needed some help/ education.) So, I burned up 30 minutes trying to get out of there. Also of note, often when I call the main number I get voicemail, and when a human answers - I'd do a little more training there to. I have not enjoyed the feeling I get.
