First, I pre-ordered the PS5. As the PS5 launch day approached, I was sent an email stating that I most likely would not get the PS5 in the spring of 2021. This despite the fact that it completely announced the pre-sale that if you pre-ordered, you should be secured PS5 at launch.

When I then had to realize that I would not get the PS5 until the spring of 2021, I chose to pre-order Oculus Quest 2 VR headsets.

So I and a friend ordered this at the same time, when this was to be sent to us yesterday, the headset for my friend will be sent at 10 o'clock yesterday, the day before launch. My headset was sent 20. This means that my friend gets his headset today at launch, while I have to wait until tomorrow.

Those at customer service always assume that you are lying about absolutely everything you say, and it will be your job as a customer to constantly disprove it. They also enter into agreements that they often change their minds about if they want to. Miserable service.

Taken over a month to get a defective screen fixed. Had to quarrel to get a loan screen that appeared a few days before Komplett's warranty period for repair expires. Also, does not provide information on what they need to speed up. Been in contact several times and was told to send e-mail, which is not happening.
Complete is not as it once was.

Place an order for an item 30.12.19, which was expected on 21.12. So I expected the TV to come pretty quickly, where I was greedily mistaken. It has not yet arrived. When I called in the week after New Year, I was told the TV was delayed, and expected in 16.01. Contacting again and will be notified of new date 18.01. Still not shipped from stock today. 20.01 .. are also not notified of delays and must contact on their own initiative. Poor service and not a place I will shop again.

Never had problems with neither goods nor service. The problem is that the company doesn't keep what they promise. 1-2 days delivery time has not been the case in recent times. Here one must count at least 3-6 days. Last item I bought took 2 business days (45 hours) to ship at all. If you cannot deliver on the time you are advertising, you may need to change this.

It's amazing that so many have given a complete 5 ...

It's amazing that so many have given a complete 5 stars. I have spent over $ 10,000 on buying parts at this store. Personally I have an ok understanding of pc, but need help now and then, as pc can be complicated at times.

I have therefore contacted customer service by phone and chat for help. This has resulted in me sitting with parts to a value of 3000 kroner I do not spend as this was entirely on dry purchases.

Another item. I asked if they had an article in stock. Sent over article no and wished they double checked that there were 3 pieces left in stock. The answer I got was, "What does it say on our website?"

Unfortunately for me and everyone else is completely inexpensive, so I check these first. But you have to do the job yourself and can't trust them.

Generally good prices, great deals and very good service. The vast majority of things in the house now come from Komplett. The only thing that draws down is that it is no longer possible to choose to receive parcels through Posten / Bring. PostNord only.

Thanks to MPX / Komplett who saves the day. Had an urgent need for some workstations, and of course just after 15.this is the deadline for delivery late the next day at most. Tried many distributors, suppliers, dealers, and others who could have something.
Finally, order at MPX for pickup pick up point. Then it was 18 o'clock. It was a lot of goods, so it stopped of course on credit check. Long after office hours. Be afraid this would delay delivery, so I sent an email. At 21.34 at night I received an answer. It was approved. Could see that more people had been involved in this far into the evening. This is how the scolding is seen in large companies, but here it is still service.

Have after a very bad experience ifm errors on a phone now have had so many good experiences both with fast delivery and good solution for return of defective product, that I feel right to change the rating back to 5 stars. Orders always go smoothly and super fast.

Always fast service, both with orders, return and complaint.

Have been shopping with complete and mtx since the complete was a small store in Oslo to have always been satisfied, super service.

In case of malfunction and hardware problems that I have had to return because, for example, bios in hp does not work with prossesor, I have been called by incredibly skilled people who have explained everything, to update the product and send it back.
No problems afterwards.

Has over the past few years traded here for over 200,000, - so have experienced some complaints too.

However, it is a good idea that they sell goods from other online stores, with separate shipping charges and other taxes.

So now, the decline of trade at the complete, is too annoying that not the entire product range is at a lifeline.

Complete can be combined with finn.no or qxl

Now it was a bit slower to return a gas grill, it took 2 weeks before they responded, the last time we used it, it started to burn, probably because of gas leak under side burns, this was a 9-week-old Landmann Triton.
Were some fingers without hair, never landman again.

INCORPORATE customer care for defective delivered product. Shifts responsibility to the buyer. Handled a very expensive product. Much back and forth, employees at pick-up points laugh at how defective the product is, even they would not raise the purchase. Taken into service several times without detecting errors. The desktop PC that was purchased should be of top grade, but the computer that was delivered was miles behind goals. A complete customer handler promises over the phone that the computer could be sent back and get a new product / money back, but this blew on later occasions. After much, though, sales were raised from the seller when it was taken for even further inspection a service. Weak to no customer support. Super hard to do, gone from specialists to capitalists. For information: the purchase act was for this purchase.
Shopping at Komplett took a lot of energy and time. It took many months to raise the purchase.
Good luck to something is wrong.

Most of what I've had with Complete to do has been fine. Some of the customer managers are actually very ok. (Nicholas and Nicholas S.)
BUT .... when one does NOT come through to Komplett on the phone over several hours of search, then this is actually poor customer care ...
And when one tries to reach 'anyone' via chat ...
and then one gets a response that one is No. 19 in line ....?!
Yes, this will be almost complete idiot ...
Here YOU MUST GET THANK YOU ... this does not deserve our customers to trade for thousands of dollars ...

Recommend everyone and buy later paid so you do not spend any money until you're happy with them, never been so unhappy. Shame

Purchased computer from complete with a fan that broke, bought it privately, but should have it in the office, did not get change or new when I complained.

It may be that you have inferior rights as a business, so it was bad luck for me to completely sell crawler machines, which sounds like a plane engine, which you should keep listening to the day in the office.

Must see me need to update here: Not a big help to get in writing, but once I called in, it was all resolved in a matter of minutes.
Very pleased with the result, but basically believes that the solution that can be solved on the phone should be solved by mail.

Have used complete for several years. Fortunately, have had very good experiences and good experiences. But now I have to say I am very disappointed. Bought TV on Black Friday. Check the order on Saturday. Everything worked well was a product that did not come before December 2nd but no stress it. Checking on Sundays, suddenly I see that what was reserved suddenly does not come before January 24th. When a product that is stocked in stock suddenly receives 2 months of delivery I will be properly disappointed. Sent mail to customer service and was told that the item was sold tonight and a blank "Sorry the inconvenience this causes." Then I'll be in the box office and have to be Christmas and far out in the New Year without TV.

Have been incredibly happy over the years, but the last few times I have ordered from them, it has been a lot of nonsense. Items that should have arrived in stock the next day have been postponed time and time again, and customer service could not change the item (to a different color) so that it could be sent the same day. Not much help and get!

Pre-ordered an Xbox Series X via one of the advertisements on social media, this advertisement gave the impression that it would still be possible to secure a console at launch if you pre-ordered, this was on 13.08.2020. When it started to approach launch I contacted completely to check the status of my pre-order, only then I am informed that I will not get the console on launch date. When contacting customer service, the only excuse is that the demand has been great, this is of course true, but they market with something they can not deliver, and also do not relate to the information obligation they have, cf. the Consumer Purchase Act to inform customers about delays as soon as they are ready over it. I would also characterize the marketing as misleading when they have not withdrawn the marketing when they have more pre-orders than they can deliver.
It is a way of providing customer service that appears to be cynical and dishonest.
As soon as I get what I have ordered, I will probably never shop at completely again, and I would not recommend anyone else to do so either.

Really bad servicce. They dont have any control of what they have inhouse, and what they are going to receive. So basically you order something that is supposed to be in stock and it is not. Then they set up a date for when stock is received, and postpone it week after week. Really bad experience, never buying again here

I had a Philips TV that took evening, Philips would send repairman but he never showed up.
Then the Complete matters into their own hands to send me a new TV.
So here's all safe, cheap and sure of things are fikksa if something goes galt

Ordered a PC and a good many other things that didn't arrive at the time they were supposed to. When we contacted the customer center to hear what had happened, since it said it was not sent and the tracking link was not updated, we received the same standard response regardless of the day we asked. "Oops, sorry, there was a mistake here. We contacted the warehouse and fixed it up!" Okay answer the first time, if it had been an honest answer, but when you ask other days of the week and get the same answer, you stutter a bit .. What kind of mistake was that? Was it really a mistake or would they not say what is actually true?

I don't know if it is relevant, but I know that PostNORD had a delay of 30k packages. Whether it "hit" our package, I do not know, no doubt, but if that was the reason, it is a little frustrating to not just get that answer right away. "Sorry, wrong with PostNORD, they rectify it, but will be another delay"

Not only that, but obviously the package had arrived before the weekend without Komplett mentioning this when we asked when the PC should be delivered. They just said that an error had occurred and that the warehouse should fix it.
Which ended up being pretty disappointed that the PC did not come this week / before the weekend this time either, but we managed.
Though it was bitter to know that the PC could actually be picked up before the weekend.

The problem was that there were two pages on the tracking link. One was the PC and the other was "other" items that were ordered. We probably only saw one side of the tracking link (one of the packages) and we should put that on our robe, but Komplett still couldn't look at the tracking link after asking 4 times, checking up where the PC actually was and saying "Oi, this one is actually delivered! Or this one will be delivered to you before the weekend! " is what makes me write this here. Because I am left with the feeling that they were not trying to help us with our problem at all, but would rather just "get rid" of the problem, so they just said something that would be "satisfactory" to us who could hear, something it was the first time, but not the third and fourth time.

Sorry Complete. I dig you, but right here I was very disappointed with the experience I had!

Komplett is a great place with the selection I need at the best price. But the customer service here makes me annoyed and frustrated. And that every time I have had a mistake, lack or like now where Post Nord has messed up a package. After being patient about a product that has been stolen and still after 13 days, no one has managed to clean up the case. I have called in 3 times and waited patiently but they do not do what they promise to do.

By all means, everyone must order from complete but remember lousy service if something happens.

Regards, a frustrated customer who would rather pay a little extra in a store from now on.

Poor customer service, as they do not arrange complaints themselves, but only provided a phone number to the customer and loads the entire responsibility and burden to the customer. They also ask to send in small items such as SD cards that are the effect with RMA number in the hope that the customer does not bother to spend time so they do not have to pay the 200 note.

They have also taken a totalitarian stand against freedom of speech lately by choosing not to advertise with selected media.

Had this been only 4 months ago I would have given 5 stars. But Komplett has unfortunately worsened ... Prices are sky high compared to the competition (to give an example, I was going to buy a google home 1-2 months ago. Netonnet, Power, electricity purchases and almost all except Complete had them for NOK 590. Complete had it for NOK 1090. What I was going to buy now was G.skill trident Z neo 32gb CL16 3600mhz ram chips, complete had them for around NOK 2370, pro shop had them for NOK 2213. Kingston A 2000 1tb costs NOK 1790 at complete while it costs NOK 1298 at proshop. So the competitors have significantly lower prices, it would only have been NOK 50 more expensive if I had bought at complete because I am satisfied with the customer service. price match is not what it used to be. Before, you could send in a request by email to get a gift card back with the sum for how cheaper the other place was, you can no longer reach that. Now you either have to call in, send an email or chat with them to get the so-called "immediate price cut" BEFORE you buy the item, but here you also get a problem if you have a normal job or go to school. Because the chat is not open from 08 to 20 anymore, they are only open from 09 to 16, which means that no one who has a normal job or school can talk to the chat or call in after they have come home from work. You can send in an email (again, you must now do it BEFORE you have completed a purchase), but now I have waited for 3 days and have not received a response to my inquiry about price match, it simply seems that complete not is interested in business longer as it has become now, which is quite sad. The old system worked really well for the customers, it may have been more expensive to complete with that system, but the new system here has made customers who have been loyal to the complete for several years have started looking for alternative websites.

EDIT: Sees the answer from complete here about why price match change.
"We are constantly working to adapt to our customers' wishes, and therefore changes were made to the conditions for price matching."

I have to answer this back, because this is just nonsense. No customer would ever say
"Know what, the 60 day price match is complete. I think it's way too long, maybe you should do it for 14 days instead? And when you first do it again, maybe you should do so I have to send an email to complete "To get the products at the same price as the competition, so wait 3 days for a response. I think it sounds much better than being able to get a gift card from customer service up to 60 days after I bought the item."

Had trouble with a TV and was asked to contact the TV provider directly. It ended up with well over a month of waiting and purring. Eventually, they chose to return the TV and refund the full purchase price.

Slightly long turnaround time on something that is a guarantee issue but otherwise good service.

Shameful poor customer service!

Wondering if the management has an employee interview with their employees from customer service at all?
The way I was treated by one of their client therapists was so rude and rude that I would rather choose to be infected with corona than talk to that person again.
This is so disappointing when complete once had such great customer service to drop at this level.
We have spent quite a lot of money in their store, but this will not happen again.
Would like to warmly welcome amazon to Norway. Someone needs to jack you down a bit to the level where it is possible to talk to normal people with you.

They don't update anything, and if you call, none of them have a clue when it comes. Had I shown this, I'd rather have paid 10,000 more and bought somewhere else .....
If I do not receive the item within the next week, I cancel the whole shit.

Not possible to get information about when an order will be delivered, even in case of large items like a fridge. Next time will definitely choose competition, even if it means paying a bit extra.

Last purchase I received a damaged / defective motherboard from dems warehouse and they say that it is me who inflicted damage and that dems goods come flawlessly. I have pictures that have documented this. Completely on busy customer service. And they do not quality assure their goods that they ship out of their own stock.

Wery good service. Company gave me free products and out of the world discounts. Was gonna buy a PC for 15,000kr but when i talked a bit with support about compatibility stuff they wanted to give me a 4000kr discount.

Company got free deliver over 1,000kr and one of the fastest shipping i've seen. I got my PC two days after ordering it. The complains you see about slow shipping is only in those scenarios where komplett got to order the product from the manufacturer. This can make shipping a week. Still not bad!

Website got a really nice look to it, Norways biggest PC part reseller, Nice staff and good prices!

I asked komplett where i can get those Komplett stressballs they make and they gave 6 straight away. No payment and no shipping fees. I'm totally never leaving Komplett anytime soon.

Nothing really to complain about! give this company a try!

Worst service ever. Haven't ever experienced your husband. They dry their hands and push the supplier in front of them. Will never use them again. Have bought a PC that has only been a problem and Komplett has constantly tried to avoid taking the matter and asks me to send to supplier in Germany. Now after 3 rounds and a lot of waiting and frustration, the warranty period is out. The same mistakes reappear, and they just dry their hands.

As long as the product a buyer is in stock, and there are no challenges with what you have bought afterwards, the experience is completely straightforward.

Complaints / returns and possible re-delivery are worse. It has now been ten days since I sent an item in return. It should take another 2-4 days before the return is processed. The replacement item is apparently not in stock, so it is currently unknown how long it will take before everything is in order again. In the meantime, I'm sitting here without a working product I've paid for after all.

Please note that the Komplett store belongs to a larger usury company that is basically just looking to trick new customers into not reading small print deals. That's THE most they earn. Remember to read ALL appointments. Talking to customer service afterwards is like talking to the wall with eg. Eastern European employees at minimum wage struggling with Norwegian grammar. Komplett's customer service has changed drastically in the recent past, at least in my opinion. I have advertised on a mobile phone (top model from Samsung), but I just experience being ignored and overlooked.

I do not get answers to my inquiries, and unfortunately I had to take the case to the legal process (first through the Consumer Council).

We bought a new HP laptop. When unpacked, there are several indications that the product is used ... We are asked to submit images in response to an email we receive. Having been told that there has been a mistake and that we most likely have had a demo PC, we are promised that Komplett will clean up and we will of course get a similar or better product. One with the name Joachim P, will look at the pictures and send us some alternative pc`r we can evaluate. We receive an alternative and the strange thing is that both the processor is weaker and the display is of poorer quality. When the "new" PC was ordered, it was important with the IPS display ... now it's suddenly not so dangerous anymore ... When Joachim P does not agree to call the upgrade as soon as he has looked at the pictures, we will come in contact with a Jakub who will address the matter. After Jakub talks with Joachim, it appears that Joachim has been working on the case throughout the day and all guilt is written off Komplett. Dust, scratches and missing plastic is now a production failure from HP, we are told when Komplett could not have opened the box.
We will be offered two different alternative gaming pcs with red and green colors, which certainly had caught us 20 years ago. As the next option becomes an HP Pro Book, it's suddenly just 200kr in profit and all possible explanations that it's going to be annoying. But we agree that Jacub will look into the matter together with the team leader and then call back to us tomorrow. The following day it becomes clear that the case is not resolved and we are offered that they can generate a gift card that can be used for a PC purchase, but withdrawing the amount directly from the PC is in no way. We agree on an appointment to order a new PC where we use gift certificates on the order and receive an invoice for the remaining amount. During the 14 days, the "new" PC will be returned and the money for the purchase will be credited so that payment of the invoice will be made using the same funds as at the first purchase. I ask repeatedly if everything is 100% in order before the conversation with Jakub ends. As well, it is still the case that now it was not possible to use gift cards against invoice ... We give up and decide to go somewhere else ...
Finally, I just want to include that in order to get in touch with Komplett (Chaos). No, you can count on sitting in the phone for a long time. The wait music will be heard repeatedly. I see that in a review here Komplett.no does not recognize itself in relation to the waiting time. I would like to show you the phone log which confirms 39min, 1t10min, 57min and 47min.

I have ordered items from complete since 10.01.2006. before i got pc and pc parts the day after ordering. This time it takes 5 days before I get the item which I think is quite lateral.We talk 5 days from Sandefjord to Sandvika !. when I order goods for so much money I also expect fast delivery !. I don't know if it's because they switched from post north to bring, but they should have nothing to say. The website is good. they have good products 5 stars. 1 star / zero for delivery. therefore they get 3 stars from me

We ordered home appliances and computer equipment for over $ 30,000 and have now had to wait for over a month for the order. Komplett.no thinks they could not deliver the goods because it was a mouse pad that was not in stock. We asked if they could drop the mouse pad, or cancel it from the delivery, which was not possible - despite the right of withdrawal. We were told that the delivery had to be delivered in full. When we got the goods yesterday, only two of the items came! We also had to help carry the appliances when they had sent the goods with one person! Despite paying for home delivery with learning! The rest have no idea we, PostNord or complete.no, when we get! And we basically didn't get the opportunity to split the delivery ?! $ 500 compensation is what they thought they could provide ... It's amazing that an e-commerce company has so little leeway, is completely out of control and customer service is not like anything else I've been around. Feel free to sell that gift card ... really don't want to go this round again!

* When I called you and finally came through, I was sent offers on the item lines that could not be sent and the remaining items were sent the same day. This was after I had spent 1 hour on the slow and ineffective chat you operate. Which had no solution at all other than to misunderstand and come up with swear words.

Like a few comments below, I think the prices have increased dramatically and compared to the competition they are too high (for an online store). In addition, customer service is getting worse in my eyes.
Long waiting time for repairs, although there is information on the website that the repair takes a maximum of 2 weeks. When I returned the screen for repair, I received information from the service (pickup point Sandefjord) that the repair will take 2 weeks, but after talking to customer support (after about 1.5 weeks after), I was told that the repair would take 4-6 weeks. Bought appliance package where the dishwasher was not working. Are instructed to contact the vendor for ordering service. Wanted to return the item and get a new machine but the weeks are still waiting for the service person. Seems this is too bad. Disclaims responsibility.
