We bought a new HP laptop. When unpacked, there are several indications that the product is used ... We are asked to submit images in response to an email we receive. Having been told that there has been a mistake and that we most likely have had a demo PC, we are promised that Komplett will clean up and we will of course get a similar or better product. One with the name Joachim P, will look at the pictures and send us some alternative pc`r we can evaluate. We receive an alternative and the strange thing is that both the processor is weaker and the display is of poorer quality. When the "new" PC was ordered, it was important with the IPS display ... now it's suddenly not so dangerous anymore ... When Joachim P does not agree to call the upgrade as soon as he has looked at the pictures, we will come in contact with a Jakub who will address the matter. After Jakub talks with Joachim, it appears that Joachim has been working on the case throughout the day and all guilt is written off Komplett. Dust, scratches and missing plastic is now a production failure from HP, we are told when Komplett could not have opened the box.
We will be offered two different alternative gaming pcs with red and green colors, which certainly had caught us 20 years ago. As the next option becomes an HP Pro Book, it's suddenly just 200kr in profit and all possible explanations that it's going to be annoying. But we agree that Jacub will look into the matter together with the team leader and then call back to us tomorrow. The following day it becomes clear that the case is not resolved and we are offered that they can generate a gift card that can be used for a PC purchase, but withdrawing the amount directly from the PC is in no way. We agree on an appointment to order a new PC where we use gift certificates on the order and receive an invoice for the remaining amount. During the 14 days, the "new" PC will be returned and the money for the purchase will be credited so that payment of the invoice will be made using the same funds as at the first purchase. I ask repeatedly if everything is 100% in order before the conversation with Jakub ends. As well, it is still the case that now it was not possible to use gift cards against invoice ... We give up and decide to go somewhere else ...
Finally, I just want to include that in order to get in touch with Komplett (Chaos). No, you can count on sitting in the phone for a long time. The wait music will be heard repeatedly. I see that in a review here Komplett.no does not recognize itself in relation to the waiting time. I would like to show you the phone log which confirms 39min, 1t10min, 57min and 47min.
