Ordered a PC and a good many other things that did...
Ordered a PC and a good many other things that didn't arrive at the time they were supposed to. When we contacted the customer center to hear what had happened, since it said it was not sent and the tracking link was not updated, we received the same standard response regardless of the day we asked. "Oops, sorry, there was a mistake here. We contacted the warehouse and fixed it up!" Okay answer the first time, if it had been an honest answer, but when you ask other days of the week and get the same answer, you stutter a bit .. What kind of mistake was that? Was it really a mistake or would they not say what is actually true?
I don't know if it is relevant, but I know that PostNORD had a delay of 30k packages. Whether it "hit" our package, I do not know, no doubt, but if that was the reason, it is a little frustrating to not just get that answer right away. "Sorry, wrong with PostNORD, they rectify it, but will be another delay"
Not only that, but obviously the package had arrived before the weekend without Komplett mentioning this when we asked when the PC should be delivered. They just said that an error had occurred and that the warehouse should fix it.
Which ended up being pretty disappointed that the PC did not come this week / before the weekend this time either, but we managed.
Though it was bitter to know that the PC could actually be picked up before the weekend.
The problem was that there were two pages on the tracking link. One was the PC and the other was "other" items that were ordered. We probably only saw one side of the tracking link (one of the packages) and we should put that on our robe, but Komplett still couldn't look at the tracking link after asking 4 times, checking up where the PC actually was and saying "Oi, this one is actually delivered! Or this one will be delivered to you before the weekend! " is what makes me write this here. Because I am left with the feeling that they were not trying to help us with our problem at all, but would rather just "get rid" of the problem, so they just said something that would be "satisfactory" to us who could hear, something it was the first time, but not the third and fourth time.
Sorry Complete. I dig you, but right here I was very disappointed with the experience I had!
