As long as the product a buyer is in stock, and there are no challenges with what you have bought afterwards, the experience is completely straightforward.

Complaints / returns and possible re-delivery are worse. It has now been ten days since I sent an item in return. It should take another 2-4 days before the return is processed. The replacement item is apparently not in stock, so it is currently unknown how long it will take before everything is in order again. In the meantime, I'm sitting here without a working product I've paid for after all.
