I have been a customer here with you since I was a little boy and had to buy my first gaming PC, until now 8 years later. Never again!



Have a number of cases that I can go up, but then I can sit here and write a whole book. Can I then mention that I have not received pre-ordered items until the release date and had coupons that have been deactivated before the deadline where customer service has refused and fixed this. just to name a few.



Here I must unfortunately say that you have lost a loyal customer who has shopped with and sworn to you over the last 8 years.

Absolutely lousy customer service. Missing 1 out of 2 packages and no one can answer anything. All they win is NO NO NO or WE CAN'T. What I get out of the customer service is: I DON'T WANT TO HELP YOU OR I DRIVE YOU AND YOUR GOODS YOU PAID FOR AND DON'T GET !!!

I have been a customer of complete for many years and left many 10 thousand if not 100 thousand plus, but now it is enough.

I would definitely recommend complete to anyone who is going to shop electronics o appliances online. I have for many years ordered from complete and always been satisfied with customer service and delivery times.
I have sent back 2 products due to errors or the like, they have always returned either money or new products without blinking.
10/10, will never shop anywhere else!

Absolutely fantastic customer service and guarantees / open purchase !! These have never been difficult to make money like other companies I have experienced and do what they can to help you as long as you keep the deadlines.

For example, I was about to return a defective cable, and then 3 days later got a free new cable (on a guarantee I did not know existed) in the mail with a nice message from customer service.

do not shop here anymore, I have been happy with complete for a long time, but now you have lost. submitted one product for too long over a month page with errors, not yet received product back or time it should take and when it should be repaired. You just say it has been sent on to the workshop and do not know how long it will take. Sad that such a good store should have such poor customer service.

They have slightly more expensive prices than other sites maybe, but I shop here anyway due to the fantastic service. They know what they are doing and I feel much more confident about shopping here than anywhere else. I also don't get stressed over defective products when they come from Komplett.no 5/5

Have always had great service before, but now when I contacted them for the item did not arrive, I never heard from them. They don't care about customers anymore. I stop shopping from complete after this experience.

Lousy customer service. Ordered a car seat which turned out to be defective when I installed it in the car, was recommended by customer service to order (and pay!) For another chair and at the same time send it defective in return with shipping note from complete, I should get the money back for this returned the chair. This would be the fastest way to solve this.

Turned out that a mistake was made by those who received the parcel I sent back, and now it takes up to three months for the parcel to complete its warehouse. They will not repay the money for the car seat until they have received the return. Really poorly resolved by the store.

Good online store with good product selection. Unfortunately, the return process is miserable. Low customer follow-up, and if you buy one product with a physical defect then you have to wait for weeks for new product. Normal practice so close to the time of purchase is for many other serious companies to provide the customer with similar product promptly, and run repair / resale of the product as a demo product.

I ordered a PC here. Ordered 12.02 and it says that the expected delivery time is 1-5 working days. Now it is 23.02 and it has not been sent, but is being processed. It's disappointing since I have good experience with complete from before ... they should have been much clearer that it takes a long time.

I wrote this in February.

Now it's October and I have used this PC which has completely built. It costs over 20,000 so it should work well, but it did not take more than half a year before it stopped charging. This is too bad and when I send it in I get the wrong box sent and the customer service is lousy. It's almost "difficult" to submit it ... I thought complete was good, but this is too bad.

Watch out!!! In December 2013 I bought a demo PC, which was not good enough, and they then sold successor new cheaper. The item was delivered in the same PHYSICAL state. I added linux and windows 10, by arrangement this was fine. I was told to just return the PC as well as order a new one. In April, a sudden PC appeared in the mail, demanding payment. NOTE; now the repentance period had expired.

Then they thought they should have paid for this one too, because it was added linux. They claim on the web that they are linux friendly, this is rain lie! So if you are a researcher, stay away from these freemasons.

Now the case has been going on for 2 years and is going to the district court. They just lie, send the PC back several times. Then refuse that you have sent it back, and even if they have it in their ERP systems, they require you to prove that it is returned, so take care of everything from the mail.

In addition, I bought another laptop for my mother and stepfather, it did not work, they could not get a new one. So then we bought at Lefdal instead, which is safe.

They continued to send this and demo the PC and were unable to talk to. They just lie like Freemasons do. As they say; "Ordinary people are just like toilet paper, it's just cheating in throwing away"

So far there has been a 2 year long fight with terrorism from this "company" driven by Freemasons in Sandefjord with branches then to other countries.

They should now have me pay for THIN AIR. DVS they have the soft DEMO PC, which they have had since December 2013 and then require in addition over 16000 kroner, for thin air.

Have used at least 40,000 with you on pc parts and screens, and built for 50,000 to others. Have only experienced factory faults once on a motherboard, this arranged complete with, in no time. Delivery is fast, unless you order items they do not have in stock, the service is good! Pick up points in Sandefjord are brilliant! Complete chat helps you with everything you need to wonder! Their prices are competitively competitive and if you are on guard you can clap things in between!

Have used Komplett for many years now and still have nothing to complain about! Return and warranty issues have always been dealt with promptly and without discussion. To date: / new item must be ordered after the old one was found defective, and have to wait for weeks for new product ,,, have you become so heavy-handed and bureaucratic? Or is it just as a customer and finding a new place to shop the networks?
As a customer I only relate to Komplett but it is no longer the reality as the product you buy may be from a partner who sells the goods via Komplett's web portal (and thus takes the warranty case) NOT GOOD!

Deserves 0 stars. Ordered an expensive product from those who, when it finally came, was defective. This defect caused the product to be damaged during use. Contacted customer service, explained the case and sent pictures of the damage. It was probably no problem to return the item, so it was done. Once they had processed the return it turned out that it was suddenly not approved anyway. In addition, customer service was arrogant and not helpful. So there were a few thousand dollars out of the window there ... Never going to shop again, thanks to incompetent customer service.
PS: They use postnord as supplier, also a reason to shade away

Updated by answer: It may not be so strange that the product is physically damaged when it happened as a result of the defect. That was exactly what I submitted for a return request as well. I also asked to have the case taken up again, but was then told that the decision had already been taken and that the case could not be reopened.

Have previously recommended complete to others. This I have now finished. They've got a whole different culture lately. The customer has the wrong opinion complete. My PC was in repair due to dead screen. Got it back and then smoked the motherboard. Clearly a connection here, but complete refusal of course for this.

Have been a regular customer since inception, but they have become too big and can take the liberty of being arrogant towards the customer. Great shop with good selection. Have not had any significant problems with customer service that many here criticize. Sometimes takes some time to chat, but then we talk maybe 10 minutes waiting unless something special happens.

They have a price match that works well and if something is broken, they send a new one (at least with my computer mouse that was broken). Things are mostly sent quickly by mail, which I appreciate.
