Like a few comments below, I think the prices have increased dramatically and compared to the competition they are too high (for an online store). In addition, customer service is getting worse in my eyes.
Long waiting time for repairs, although there is information on the website that the repair takes a maximum of 2 weeks. When I returned the screen for repair, I received information from the service (pickup point Sandefjord) that the repair will take 2 weeks, but after talking to customer support (after about 1.5 weeks after), I was told that the repair would take 4-6 weeks. My screen is in line for complete stock 2 weeks before you can send it to the Infocare Workshop in Kongsvinger). I did not receive an on-screen replacement offer during the repair. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed
