Komplett's customer service has changed drasticall...

Komplett's customer service has changed drastically in the recent past, at least in my opinion. I have advertised on a mobile phone (top model from Samsung), but I just experience being ignored and overlooked.

I do not get answers to my inquiries, and unfortunately I had to take the case to the legal process (first through the Consumer Council).
