Must see me need to update here: Not a big help to get in writing, but once I called in, it was all resolved in a matter of minutes.
Very pleased with the result, but basically believes that the solution that can be solved on the phone should be solved by mail.

Have used complete for several years. Fortunately, have had very good experiences and good experiences. But now I have to say I am very disappointed. Bought TV on Black Friday. Check the order on Saturday. Everything worked well was a product that did not come before December 2nd but no stress it. Checking on Sundays, suddenly I see that what was reserved suddenly does not come before January 24th. When a product that is stocked in stock suddenly receives 2 months of delivery I will be properly disappointed. Sent mail to customer service and was told that the item was sold tonight and a blank "Sorry the inconvenience this causes." Then I'll be in the box office and have to be Christmas and far out in the New Year without TV.
