We ordered home appliances and computer equipment for over $ 30,000 and have now had to wait for over a month for the order. Komplett.no thinks they could not deliver the goods because it was a mouse pad that was not in stock. We asked if they could drop the mouse pad, or cancel it from the delivery, which was not possible - despite the right of withdrawal. We were told that the delivery had to be delivered in full. When we got the goods yesterday, only two of the items came! We also had to help carry the appliances when they had sent the goods with one person! Despite paying for home delivery with learning! The rest have no idea we, PostNord or complete.no, when we get! And we basically didn't get the opportunity to split the delivery ?! $ 500 compensation is what they thought they could provide ... It's amazing that an e-commerce company has so little leeway, is completely out of control and customer service is not like anything else I've been around. Feel free to sell that gift card ... really don't want to go this round again!
