INCORPORATE customer care for defective delivered product. Shifts responsibility to the buyer. Handled a very expensive product. Much back and forth, employees at pick-up points laugh at how defective the product is, even they would not raise the purchase. Taken into service several times without detecting errors. The desktop PC that was purchased should be of top grade, but the computer that was delivered was miles behind goals. A complete customer handler promises over the phone that the computer could be sent back and get a new product / money back, but this blew on later occasions. After much, though, sales were raised from the seller when it was taken for even further inspection a service. Weak to no customer support. Super hard to do, gone from specialists to capitalists. For information: the purchase act was for this purchase.
Shopping at Komplett took a lot of energy and time. It took many months to raise the purchase.
