Refuses to send items they have in stock. Because 1 of the items in the order does not arrive until in a month! The world's worst and slowest customer service on chat. A shame! Will be mashed by Amazon.

* When I called you and finally came through, I was sent offers on the item lines that could not be sent and the remaining items were sent the same day. This was after I had spent 1 hour on the slow and ineffective chat you operate. Which had no solution at all other than to misunderstand and come up with swear words.
