My daughter found a CPO Ford escape that she was interested in so we made an appointment to test drive. We arrived at the agreed to time and were immediately greeted at the dealership and took the car out. She liked the car so we proceeded to the negotiating process. We were given a fair price and fair trade for her car, consummated the deal all in about 2hrs. Very friendly staff and very transparent process.
I had a great experience at Kelly Ford, trading in for a newer vehicle. The staff was very accommodating and worked with me to find the right vehicle for my situation. They helped tremendously with getting me in a payment schedule that would work well for me.

First I have to say I have always been nervous to go into a dealership and we all know why but I have to honestly say that this was not the case here. Kelly Ford truly made me feel like one of them. They were very professional and I was very comfortable, didn't feel pressured at all. The walked me through everything! I worked with Ambrose Orlando and he was truly amazing. Answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I'm very thankful for Kelly Ford and Adam Hoyt who along with Ambrose are the reason while I will be a customer for life!
Unfortunately I will not bring my service here again. I've been out my car for almost 2 weeks due to water in the gas tank. I had to keep calling and pestering to get the job done. Not reliable and never called back when they said they would.
Extremely disappointed the only person that was helpful was Sabrina the saleswomen I was working with her from last week and contacted dealer yesterday and she was off and I spoke to the sales manager John and he assured me they would get back to me ASAP He needed to run the deal past the general sales manager AL at that point John was going to call me back and I called in 3 times today starting at 1030am to discuss the purchase and at my last call at 450pm AL the General Sales Manager had told me the vehicle was on a test drive and he was sure it was going to sell but would call me back if it didn't. Amazingly all the attempts I had made all day got over looked as I was nothing PLEASE BE CAREFUL AS THEY ARE NOT TRUTHFUL TO THERE WORD OR PROMISES

Our visit was great! The Service Dept. opened early for a few of us that were there before 7:30 am. We were planning to drive the car for a 7-hour trip that afternoon, and I mentioned that. The car was ready by 11:15 am , all service done AND all fluids topped off and the car washed for our trip! Super nice and very friendly staff! Thank you!
I was referred to Adam at Kelly Ford and he and his associate Nick more than satisfied my needs. They listened to what my goals were and put me in a red carpet lease to own program on a F150 XLT. I take delivery tomorrow and will recommend the program and guys to everyone that asks about the vehicle and more. Five star and they DID Make it Easy!

I don t go anywhere else for my service. I ve been using Kelly Ford for many years particularly because of Brian s knowledge. He tells me what I need; what I don t need, but more importantly when I will need something changing
Made an appointment to get my door latches replaced due to a recall. I had also requested a new dipstick and a check over of my vehicle. The car was dropped off at 8am (the appointment was scheduled for 8:45am). When I called at 2:50 pm (scheduled pick up time was 3) they had not even begin working on my car. I agreed to bring it back at a further date. Upon arriving at the dealership at 3 they had decided that they would work on one of my door latches even though I informed them I was on the way to pick up the car. An hour later they pulled my car around said I was able to take my car. Upon trying to enter my car the door would not open due to the fact that they had messed up installing the door latch. I went back inside and waited for them to fix their mistake. They never did any of the other services I had specifically requested for my appointment.
A great car buying experience at Kelly Ford. My father was on the "hunt" for a mustang convertible - we live on the Cape, but we found the car on the internet at Kelly Ford. The internet staff was super responsive and couldn't have been more helpful in facilitating this seamless transaction! They held the car for us for 24 hours - when we arrived this week we were introduced to the staff, manager and our salesman Lee. We both test drove the mustang, completed the paperwork, met with F&I manager and before we knew it, the car was registered and inspected and we were on our way home in a super clean, new car! I have purchased everything from Jeeps to Mercedes... this was a really top notch experience!
Once again, Kelly Ford has exceeded my expectations. I brought my F-150 in for service today and was greeted by Melvin the Service Manager by name. Melvin is a true professional as are the other members of the service department. They are quick, very pleasant and excellent at communicating with customers. I recently purchased a used vehicle for my grandmother from John Celesk and Wes MacMaster. The vehicle was to be registered out of state and they made the process for me seem like a walk in the park. They delivered the car to me so clean and took care of me so well, I thought a was purchasing a brand new vehicle not a used one. I strongly suggest going and visiting them for any of your car needs, I know I will be seeing them again in the future.

At Kelly Ford they are very knowledgeable and polite .
At the Collision center they are very polite and took 49 minutes while we waited to find my car that they sent out for mechanical work and do not know the status at any one point without a 30 minute search while I'm waiting on the phine.
Took two weeks to replace a fender. They said they were waiting for a supoement which i had goiten notice of 2 days prior.
Wentvto get the car the mirror mechanism was not fixed ( i had specifically pointed our because the insurnce adjuster told me to). They did not replace the whell which rhay had in thw shoo. The had white dusty fingerprint on the inside driver doir.
I had called about thus and ended up talking to someone from Kelly Audi. He has been the only one to express concern about my experience.
At the colloision center they serm satisfied they ate folliwing some process or they are now just numb to customers.
Helpful, friendly, didn't feel pressured. Good place to buy.

They claimed I was never there on Sept 26th, when in fact they had my car the whole day looking at it. The Rep Brendon told me that they were going to fix it and scheduled it for today Oct 7th. I even got a reminder for it, via text. so if I wasn't there. How did I get the reminder on my phone. This was an error that Kelly Ford in Beverly did while they were fixing the issue with my recall. And Brendon realized it and told me to come bring my car and they will fix which modular to fix out of the 3 problems there machine told then it was. He believed it was only one of them and he said they will figure out which one it is. I go in today and they telling me Brendon doesn't work there anymore and they no of no conversation we had . No notes in the system. Nothing. Well then how did I get a text and a reminder to come in today. They just don't want to pay for what they did wrong. They are lousy and no one should go to them or by a car from them.

I first went to Kelly Ford back in 2011. I haven't gone anywhere since. My girlfriend recently bought a car from them as well. All of my service has been excellent and I am always taken care of by Brian and his team. I would recommend them over any dealership I've ever been to.
After months of going to Danvers Ford with no results I decided to make an appointment with Kelly Ford in Beverly. The experience between the two dealerships was like night and day. After just one appointment Kelly Ford is already 5 steps ahead of where I left off with Danvers Ford. We have purchased many vehicles over the years. We went into Kelly Ford (formerly Thomas Ford) in 2013. Our salesman was Ambrose. He was extremely professional yet understanding of our wants and needs. Gary, in the finance department was just as wonderful. Needless to say, we are on our fourth vehicle from them in the short six years. Couldn t ask for better guys! We highly recommend seeing them for your needs. New or used, they get the job done!!
3 hours for an oil change and a state inspection. I didn't even get the printout of the multi-point inspection that they normally give. I try to give them my business because i bought my truck there, but they continue to be the slowest by far

I had a very good experience at Kelly Ford, they gave me their best price on the first go around and beat all other quotes I had already received. Dave Labrecque our salesperson was friendly and very knowledgeable. So far we are happy with the sales experience and hoping the service is just as good as I plan on also bringing my Ford E-450 chassis to them for service in the future.
Customer service was horrible. The guy who was taking care of the customers and their cars at the service area provided me a horrible experience. He wanted to impose his views on me. He was arrogant and he lacked listening skills.
The only person nice there was Melvin.
I really like my Ford F-350. It is a great work truck. I don t like that it can be recalled for two separate issues while still under warranty and although it takes a full day to get serviced they do not offer a rental car.

Local and convenient,Typical dealership, but. Quick Lube is difficult to get in for service. A appointment is a must, but still doesn't guarantee on time service.

I have been a loyal customer for 11 years, Thomas Ford is a great local dealership. They are not a "factory" dealership as one encounters so much these days. They provide personalized service at a fair cost.
John Celesk helped me have my car serviced for rear wheel bearings on my 2003 Explorer. He gave me a quick run down of the process and left me with no questions to ask, very helpful. He introduced me to Barbie who handled my drop off. Barbie was very welcoming as well and my car was ready with service complete at the time specified.

I recently bought a 2012 Ford Fusion at Thomas Ford. The sales staff there worked hard to make me happy. Hey, they even bought me, my wife and a friend lunch while they did paperwork. The service folks were very helpful in tweaking an issue for me. This is not my first vehicle from Thomas Ford and, I would buy a car there again.

I had my oil changed and tires rotated, but than had a tire that was leaking and they took off all of the tires and re-sealed the tires onto the rim. But I wished that they cleaned the rims once they put them back on the car.
Great attention to detail even when you just go in for an oil change. They only recommend things that should actually be done. I had a leaking tire stem that kept causing my low tire pressure warning to come on. When I took it in for an oil change, they quickly diagnose the problem and the fix cost $20. Great shop.
I'm a new mechanic here in the truck center...the techs here are very knowledgeable and meticulous about the worked performed. I never been big on dealerships but I do gutta say they are trustworthy and honest, atleast in the truck center. Very honest and caring for customer needs

Best customer service at this Ford Dealer- I won t go anywhere else even though it s a half hour from my house. I had my two year old with me while getting my oil changed and he was given a balloon and was able to sit in a few cars in the showroom. The gentleman at the service desk even took a few minutes to toss the balloon to my son whole it was slow. My son had so much fun- who knew a morning at the ford dealer would be such a good time!

I was very impressed with the service. As a previous employee of a Ford dealership in Connecticut (where I bought and serviced my car for many years), I have an insider's view of how the service department works. I went to Thomas Ford for the first time last week and they were able to service my car and plug my tire for a very fair price. They also paid attention to some of my other concerns (that I didn't officially request since I didn't want to pay a diagnostic fee) However, they kept my questions in the back of their minds and were able to give me a good idea of what I was looking at price wise to fix these extra "vibrations and rattles" at a later service. Anyway, they also went out of their way to wash and vacuum my car which they did not do at my old Ford dealership. Thanks Thomas Ford!
I brought my 2018 Explorer in for a noise. After 4 days in the shop, the noise is still there. The service writer assured me that the noise was gone. I've owned Fords my whole life. First experience at Kelly Ford and I'm very disappointed.
Express lube was good. The wait a little over an hour, not bad considering it is vacation week. I am very upset I have to travel to Lynnfield for regular Rogue work. This is an inconvenience. I purchased my Rogue from Kelly in Cabot Street for the convenience. Having a 2 year extended warranty means I should have maintenance performed by Nissan. Not the way to do business.
