Mike Walsh made our experience at Kelly Ford pleasant and enjoyable. We called ahead to look at a used vehicle. Mike greeted us at the door; he was friendly and courteous. He brought the vehicle to us, and even though it wasn t a Ford, he was very knowledgeable about it. We were impressed with that. We were able to smoothly negotiate the terms we were looking for with both Mike and then Gary in finance. We will be recommending this dealership to our family and friends for certain.
