Once again, Kelly Ford has exceeded my expectation...

Once again, Kelly Ford has exceeded my expectations. I brought my F-150 in for service today and was greeted by Melvin the Service Manager by name. Melvin is a true professional as are the other members of the service department. They are quick, very pleasant and excellent at communicating with customers. It's the only service location I have ever dealt with that I actually look forward to going to. Keep up the great work!!
