After months of going to Danvers Ford with no results I decided to make an appointment with Kelly Ford in Beverly. The experience between the two dealerships was like night and day. After just one appointment Kelly Ford is already 5 steps ahead of where I left off with Danvers Ford. The service manager Brenden at Kelly Ford was extremely helpful and provided great customer service. Will definitely be using Kelly Ford for my future purchases and services!
