I dont know about the integrity of their sales department, but I can certainly comment on their service and professionalism. If I could give less stars, I would. My boyfriend and I brought our truck in to be serviced for an airbag replacement due to a recall last week. The appointment was made almost two weeks in advance, giving them plenty of time to order the parts they would need. Due to this, he was told this would easily be a one-day procedure. Instead, he received a call at 5:30PM that evening saying that the correct part actually had not been ordered. He was told that by Friday the truck would be set. So now we are three days into a "one day procedure." Another call on Friday - Oh, oops, we still havent placed the order for your airbag. Truck will be done on Monday. Well you can probably guess what happened on Monday! This time, we were given the excuse that the guy who was supposed to be working on the truck "had left work early because he was sick." However, it was also said that the PART STILL WASNT IN, so I'm going to go ahead and guess that it hadn't been ordered, AGAIN. Lovely. So here we are today, Tuesday morning, and lo and behold we get another phone call to let us know that the part still isn't in. Zero stars, folks, because we are picking up the truck today, after SIX DAYS, and literally no work done. Thanks for all the "hard work" guys. Really stellar service.
