We are currently in the middle of the worst service experience possible. We dropped a vehicle off on Monday August 1st and have been told each day that the vehicle will be ready for pickup and each time we drive over to pick it up, they give us a different excuse that the vehicle is not ready. Today is August 10th, I have made countless calls and trips to the dealer and now I am being avoided by the service department ( Barb and Brian) when I am only trying to get info on the vehicle. This is by far the worst experience I have witnessed in my life. Not once has anyone from the dealer called to tell us that they have encountered delays, which could've given our business the ability to plan accordingly. Your UNPROFESSIONALISM shows.
