I was pleasantly surprised with the service, especially the customer service. I previously had a sub par experience at Kelley Ford; however, this time it was a complete 180. Customer service kept me abreast during the day. It was a major service appointment and everything got done. Finally, the drive home was great and it felt like I was driving a new vehicle.
