I was shocked how horrible the finance guys were, it's like they were from the 90's when buying a car was deceitful. They talked just loud enough so we could heam them, they were really two a#oles. They asked how much money I would put down before they would even consider budging on the sticker price and in the end they low balled my trade by1500 and would not move the sticker price at all so I got up and walked out after 2 agonizing hours. Kelly Ford had the opportunity to earn our dedicated business since my wife has been leasing ford explorers for years from Stoneham Ford who really do treat you right.

This review is nothing against my sales guy, Lee I think his name was, he was a pone like most car sales people.
Advice: Teach your finance team to be professional they sit in the middle in an open evironment if they are going to act like they did today then you should put them in a back sound proof room. Also the dealership is totally run down remodel it.
