I purchased my new Ford Fusion Hybrid at Thomas Ford because some months earlier when I began shopping for a new car, I received the best information and the most courteous treatment (Ambrose Orlando) of all the dealerships I'd visited. Once I was ready to buy, I went back to Thomas Ford and to Orlando where all of my questions were answered and there was zero pressure to buy. I'm 66 year old and have owned many cars (this is my first American car since 1978) and can honestly say that this was the most pleasant automobile buying experience I've ever had.
