First off. My salesman was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Now for the bad. This sales team honestly tried to sell me a vehicle for 7.5k over what was listed online and even 3.5 over sticker (same stock # online and on sticker on the window of the vehicle) as if they were giving me a good deal. Please be careful when dealing with this company and check the numbers. I know I will never deal with them again.

AWFUL!!! My parents purchased 8 vehicles from this dealership over the last 10 years or so. And my parents were even in a Keith Pierson Toyota commercial. When my Dad died suddenly just 4 months after buying a brand new Tundra, my Mom couldn't afford his truck payment. We asked Keith Pierson to help our Mom out and buy the truck back for what the payoff was (or close to the payoff amount). They bought the truck back, but made my Mom pay a $14,000 difference. They were absolutely NO help at all!!!!! Money hungry that's it!!!! Our family will NEVER buy from this dealership again!!!

Keith Pierson Toyota does everything in their power to try and make their customers happy and comfortable while at their service department. My service advisor took care of a minor problem to my satisfaction and I sooo appreciated that..after I had my service completed I remembered I needed wiper blades. Went to parts and the nice gentleman behind the counter actually came out to my car to see what I actually needed and then came back out to my car and installed them!! I like that he went the extra mile so thank you!

went through Costco auto program. met with Charles and went over all fine points of sienna. went back few days later and Jackie did the final sale. both sales people were excellent. Asif showed me the difference between financing through them and the preapproved loan I got from my bank. there was never any pressure, which is what I wanted.

I bought a 2020 RAV4 XLE Hybrid here with my Mother In Law helping The dealership is alright, but they have our paperwork all messed up and we went there twice to get it straightened out too. Maintenance Service is great here though & Kenney is an excellent salesman. Minus 1 star for the paperwork fiasco which is still messed up. even the insurance is messed up, and the warranty. Our finance even has the name mispelled. We are still trying to get everything corrected. Noticed four things on the RAV4 I do not like so far. 1 the panel in front of the hood has already scratched, 2 the rear wheels throw mud/dirt into the back inside edges of the rear doors. 3 The navi only works when you hook up a phone, and it depends on cell connection; so it 4 crashes and sometimes blacks out.

I'm extremely happy with Kieth Pierson Toyota. My credit sucks but I need a new truck. I tried several Toyota dealerships and seriously got a runaround finally ending in several hours wasted and disappointment. Ernie Palmer even gave me a written deal that was awesome got my hopes up then refused to honor it. Feeling pretty pessimistic a friend told me to try Kieth Pierson, so I did and was blown away. The sales staff worked their butts off and got me a great deal on the truck I really wanted. Then about a week later the finance guy called me up and asked me to come back in that we needed to do some More work on the deal and got $100.00 knocked off my payment. WOW!!! Mind blown. I will be a customer forever with the type a service I Recived. Thank you and I would be proud to be a happy story in your commercials

The dealership has nice people but i had to take two stars because i took my tire to get patched and 2 days after my TPMS light came on and i found out the same tire had low pressure. I sprayed it and it was leaking air through the patch. I take it back and they fixed it. A few days later i noticed the tire was leaking air through the same patch they put on the 2nd time. I fully inspected my tire to see if i had any other causes for leaks and it turns out that the bad patch was the only source. I was so disappointed with this outcome that i am not even gonna bother to take it to Kieth Pierson Toyota Anymore. Their Salesman and Cashiers / Greeters are pretty great people to talk too, but its very upsetting that they put my patch / plug in wrong twice.

I am not impressed with the Service Center at Keit...

I am not impressed with the Service Center at Keith Pierson. I brought in my 2014 Toyota Sienna because the battery was already bad and ended up having to leave it with them because they bent my hood. They actually tried to close the hood with the brace still holding it up. So, instead of a 1 hour warranty item, I now have be put into a rental. Instead of bending over backwards to get it repaired and back to me within a couple of days before Easter weekend, I now have to wait until next week for them to complete. Most likely because they want to enjoy the Weekend so there is no rush. I have to wonder if there is any place you can trust with a vehicle anymore. Total incompetence!

John Bowens salesmen, provided my wife, Michelle, and I with excellent service during our recent visit to your dealership. It is rare that you get a salesperson that really listens to the customer and has great follow up. In fact, is was John s follow-up that caused us to go to Keith Pierson instead of the competition as planned. John was poised and answered all our questions and helped us get a great car at a fair price.
We made the right decision to work with both John and Cole. Hat s off to the team!!!

We went 3 weeks ago to look at the new highlander, my husband testdrove it and we told Jacki who was and I say today unfortunately our salesperson. My husband and I sitting down and he told specific what he will. Last week he went and made some changes from charcoal to hulala ruge and made a appointment for saturday to get the car. She (Mrs.Jacki) even called on Wednesday to confirm the appointment and made sure he is coming on saturday. I went on friday because there is a issue with the title of our trade in and the title and tax clerks helped me with it. So Mrs. Jacki was sitting in a chair in the lobby and i went up to her , she didnt even stand up to greet me, during the whole conversation she sits in her chair. I ask her can I see the car... her answer was she has to order it , I thought this was art. Coming home I told my husband your car isn't even ordered. He called her that evening she didn't mentioned ,that she didn't has a car at all!!So he went on saturday they sit down with the assistant manager mr.A to go over the final details , and this was the moment Jacki said the car isn't there!!! The Sales Manager and my husband are in disbelief " what you mean the car isn't there?" It should be in detailing right now! So they gave him the run around to the overstock lot, because the inventory sheet said there is one. After running the whole lot, Mrs. Jacki finally ask someone and got told the car was sold 3 Days ago.( remember she called on Wednesday to confirm the appointment, so she could have that car ready) Long story short she had 3 weeks to get the car and have it ready for Saturday, what she did was nothing. A over 40.000 dollar sale gone. Mr.A tried his best to stop the bleeding and he was really upset how this went. A inventory Manager who isnt able to keep is list up- to date. And a sales person who did nothing what she supposed to do. Not to say how upset my husband was. It took me one call to another dealer and around 1 hour sit down to purchase the car yesterday ,with a better deal no hustle over the military discount and we get it on Monday evening. This is how a car sale has to be done.

As usual, my experience was Top Notch!
Sherry, my service advisor always keeps me updated on my vehicle while it is being serviced and the service team does outstanding work on whatever is being done with my car.
The work is done in a timely manner and the prices are fair and reasonable.
I always come to this dealership for service and that is not always a small feat because I live 65 miles away.

It was an easy transaction since the manager Eddy took over the negotiation process right away. I would like to buy out next vehicle from this dealership again.

Parts dept very rude and inept.
I called parts dept on Saturday 12/7/2013 and after holding for quite a while, the guy I spoke to was outright rude. I was attempting to locate 2 little $30.00 parts but their guy started quoting me a wiring harness costing over 1000.00. I tried to explain that he was misunderstanding what I wanted but he cut me off and insisted that was what the computer showed and I can come down to look at the diagram and then he slammed the phone on me.
I called back and requested to speak to a manager. Whoever came on the line said the matter would be reported to the parts manager who would call me on Monday following. They never contacted me but I was able to order the parts from Arlington Toyota who had no problem identifying what I wanted right away
Pierson Toyota should hire people with basic knowledge of cars so they are not held hostage by computers. Some basic critical thinking skills and a little courtesy might be helpful too.

Every fascist of my dealer experience from the greeting at the door, salesperson Ms. Toya Jones knowing her Toyota vehicles to the financing was great!
My experience was so great that I had my wife purchase a 2015 Camry and nothing changed for her experience.
Our son-in-law was told of our experience and recommended Ms. Toya Jones, Salesperson that he and our daughter came into the dealership the following day and purchased a 2015 Corolla for their daughter for college.
As you read we all love Keith Pierson Toyota because it is what you see on television commercials of owners testimony.

I recently decided to buy a larger vehicle for comfort, and I did a lot of research. It came down to a Rav4. I went to Keith Pierson because my daughter worked there for a short time and and insisted I would get a great deal. I did! Thank you Darryl for your patience and professionalism. Even though I did not choose Toyota financing I know that they can offer anyone a great deal at a fair price.
They are also the only dealer in the area that offers the lifetime powertrain warranty. How can you say no to that.

Also Myeed, service member, had been amazing and hands on caring for the needs of my vehicle and communicating quickly with quotes and accuracy of service. I met my sister in law here because she was getting some scheduled service. During the conversation with the service rep, I asked for a breakdown of the exact description of the work to be preformed. It turned out that an oil change and two air filters, along with a handful of extremely simple "inspections" was going to cost nearly $300. This seemed rather excessive but she was willing to pay and asked two questions. How long was the expected wait? Did they still wash the cars after service? He replied, "a couple hours at most and yes, of course." We left for 4 hours and returned to her vehicle still parked and unserviced. We went inside and asked how much longer and just got narrowed eyes from some lady at the payment counter. We left again and she received a phone call over 2 hours later stating the work was completed. When we returned, the truck was still dirty. They didn't not wash it, it hadn't rained, they offered no explanation or discount for the inconvenience. I would not recommend this location for service based on what I experienced.

My wife recently took her Toyota Corolla to Kieth Pierson Toyota for routine maintenance. While waiting for her car she went in to the showroom to look at a Toyota Supra. The car was locked. When she asked a dealer to unlock it so she could see the interior of the car the dealer refused, stating that the car was over $60000. I m not sure if the dealer assumed that we couldn t afford it or not, but this assured me that this will be my last visit to this dealership.

Went to Keith Pearson on 8/10/19 and talked to the sales associate Jackie Pierre and explained to her I wanted to look at a 4Runner night shade but was going to wait for the 1920 model because I wanted apple play and all the new safety sensors. She said ok but instead come back with the sales manager.He would not let me see it and was very rude. He wanted me to buy a 2019 that was on his lot. I live in St. Augustine and been drive over 30 miles for many a years getting my two Toyota s served, Never again will they get any of my business sales nor service . Beaver Toyota here I come.

My experience has been very disappointing, the Sales rep that sold my husband his car by the name of JOSE REYNALDO is the most rude and unprofessional sales rep. The car that was sold to my husband "new vehicle" had a scratch, we took the car back so they can fix it, twice they tell us someone will call to schedule. After several attempts in trying to resolve this issue, we had to go back again and this time we spoke to the sales rep Jose that sold the car. He was not helpful at all, instead he was very rude , disrespectful and argumentative. It seems the sales reps are great when selling you the car but trying getting them to help after and you will see a big difference in their customer service skills. I will NEVER do business with Keith Pierson, Jose should not be working with them, he does not put his customers first instead he argues with you , very very unprofessional person to deal with.
