I am not impressed with the Service Center at Keit...

I am not impressed with the Service Center at Keith Pierson. I brought in my 2014 Toyota Sienna because the battery was already bad and ended up having to leave it with them because they bent my hood. They actually tried to close the hood with the brace still holding it up. So, instead of a 1 hour warranty item, I now have be put into a rental. Instead of bending over backwards to get it repaired and back to me within a couple of days before Easter weekend, I now have to wait until next week for them to complete. Most likely because they want to enjoy the Weekend so there is no rush. I have to wonder if there is any place you can trust with a vehicle anymore. Total incompetence!
