I bought my truck in 2011 at Keith Pierson Toyota and have always serviced it at a Toyota dealer. Recently, I've had the pleasure to meet the fantastic Dan Gambler. He's helped me in purchasing parts as well as deescalating situations that arose due to how I was treated by other employees. He is a well-rounded professional with immense knowledge, I'm grateful Keith Pierson Toyota has an employee such as Dan Gambler.

Why in the hell would you put used cars on show ro...

Why in the hell would you put used cars on show room floor. Then put a Corolla with driver side body damage. The one in front on sale Manager windows. My guess is they did not want to fix it or it will show up on carfax. KP is a very sceptical place. From service to sales.

I came into the Keith Pierson dealership with the expectation that I needed to brace myself and prepare for the stereotypical car salesman experience. Not only was I entirely wrong but I was get genuinely amazed, satisfied, and impressed with how everything went. I truly believe that my sales person, Jonathan Defee, did EVERYTHING possible to make me happy. He bent over backwards through the whole process to ensure everything was how I wanted it and that I didn't have to compromise with anything! I mean it through and through when I say that the consideration, respect, and no-nonsense business practices I witnessed with Jonathan D. has ensured that I'll be a customer FOR LIFE! i can't stress it enough when I say that Mr. Defee has just blown me away on every front and I truly can't wait to come back and get my next car from him! I called to see about a cost estimate they told me...

I called to see about a cost estimate they told me to bring it in for a diagnostic test. They said it was $69.95. I brought it in a week later when I came in they told me the diagnosis was going to cost $119. And some change. I dropped off my car they called me a couple hours later quoted me $2200 worth of work. I declined. Came and picked up my car they charged me $140.35 for the diagnostic. Twice what I was originally told on the phone. Oh I called another mechanic they quoted me $500 for same work Toyota quoted me $2200 on

Wow and amazing!! Anybody in the market for a car...

Wow and amazing!! Anybody in the market for a car go to Keith Pierson Toyota! Everyone has seen the twins grow up ad they were right the entire time! I was in a very bad situation up side down in a gas hog just waiting to break down again. I decided to go here first. Best decision I ever made. They got me out of a bad spot and put me in a New 2016 Toyota. Everyone was great and I want to give a special thanks and shout out to Johanna Parden, you know your stuff and made this experience the best and will be back anytime I need anything, you are the definition of awesome. Eric Lowe thank you for all your help over the internet and phone your a bit of awesome to as well as Daniel. And Chris with your number crunching skills your on the genius level! I went to 4 different dealerships yesterday and NO...

I went to 4 different dealerships yesterday and NO ONE was willing to help me keep under amount I was financed for. So after a hot tiresome day I decided to try Kieth Peirson Toyota. The gentleman Blaise Wadner and the management team did everything they could to help me get into my 2019 Hyundai Elantra. Blaise made sure I was comfortable. Blaise and a manager talked to my bank and made the deal. Before I left Blaise made sure that everything was connected correctly and made sure I was ok with how everything worked. Blaise answered all my questions. Blaise is very professional and VERY HELPFUL. Blaise explained everything to me about the car itself and told me I am getting a great car. Blaise new what he was doing and talking about. Blaise treated me with respect and I felt that he took my well being and safety to heart. Thank you Blaise Wadner for Everything yesterday.

Only down side is the 2.5- 3 hour wait.
I had an appt for 2:30. I did not walk out until 5:00pm.

Every one was friendly and the staff followed the social distancing protocol-common areas were kept very clean.

I went in expecting the forced sale game that I've experience at so many other dealerships. I'll even admit that I am the type to be suspicious of sales people of any kind but Vincent was very friendly, helpful, and honest. He took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy even with finishing the deal after closing hours. I ended up getting a brand new truck that I LOVE and can afford. After I decided on a truck the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Keith Pierson ( Vincent in particular) to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the Bluetooth with my phone, etc. Definitely an experience to remember. It was worth the hour drive to get there

On May 18, 2018 my husband and I went to buy the 2018 Camry. With less than perfect credit they sold us the car. With the contract we made it a point to get gap insurance. On Sept 21, 2018 the Camry was totaled due to being rear ended at a stop light. It was not until October 30, 2018 did gap insurance settle the claim. I than get a bill from SE Toyota stating I have a balance of $3300.00. for a car that had gap insurance. According to the gap company they did not have to pay the car off in full because the cost of the car was 120% over the MSRP/NAPA value. Now because Keith Pierson salesman where so happy to help me get in my dream car they stuck it to me in the end. The understanding is if you buy gap insurance and something should happen to the car the gap pays off the balance. Is it legal for a dealership to sell a cars/trucks to consumers 120% over the MSRP/NADA value? I feel Keith Pierson should pay the outstanding balance on the car I bought from his dealership!!!

Service wise they have good service . I did have some issues this last visit which was disappointing. First, the sales person pounced on me before I even checked in for my service appointment. Annoying . Then I waited in the service advisor office for a long time before I flagged someone down to find the advisor. That has never happened before. I saw so many employees wearing masks improperly. In fact the cashier took her mask completely off while processing my transaction. I am not sure if I will go back during the pandemic . I may have to service elsewhere for a while .

Finance horrible, I purchased a 2018 corolla car had 1200 miles finance lied in said it had 7. Also vend numbers was mixed up. I purchased August 7th with 8,000 down, I was advised the deal was done and that my car trade would be paid off in 24 day's. I had to come in and sign a different installment contract almost a month later because the vins was switched up missed first day of college. Not to mention it is now September 18th my credit score has drop my car trade is not paid. I don't even have a finance company. Kieth Pearson's finance company is still running my credit trying to make a deal. I have called for a month straight in get lied to each time. Today the finance guy advised me that if I didn't lower my voice he would hang up on me which was a lie that I raised my voice I was on blue tooth. I have every right to be upset you took 8,000 and have already sent my trade off without deal being finalized. I will be getting an Attorney have cost me to much just to purchase a 2018 with over 1,000 miles.

Just bought a truck there. Was told it was a V8 and could tow 10,000 pounds. Get home with it and start more thoroughly checking out the engine and trying to find spark plugs to verify size of engine to finally figure out they sold me a V6. After being told twice it was a V8 and could tow 10k. Lies and tricks, avoid the place if you can!

I went to the dealer to buy my car couple of years ago and I was going through a very bad personal situation so i didnt check things propertly. They sold me a brand new toyota camry with 900 miles on it and 2000 dollars more expensive that any other dealer. I would never recomend this dealer anybody. They are scammers. Also, in one of the oil change services I forgot my bank card in the chair and when i was checking my statement my card was charged at that time in a Chinese restaurant near by. Very sad I didnt see that at that moment. Run away from that place!

I arrived at the dealership at 10:25 a for a 10:30 appointment. I was greeted by a well mannered well dressed masked technician. He immediately prepared my car for servicing. My one year service was performed in 30 minutes and I was out of there. My steering wheel was covered with a plastic covering, floor mats were covered with paper mats and the seats were also covered with disposable plastic covering. I was impressed with the care taken to keep me safe.

Went there to possibly trade my 2015 Corolla in for something a little newer. The monthly payment they gave me was outrageous, and none of the numbers were adding up. It was some very creative math, I'll give them that. When I challenged what the salesman was telling me, their solution was to bring the sales director, Karen, over. She talked to me like a stupid child, implied that I was poor, and told me "maybe I should just keep the car I have, due to my personal situation." Excuse me? What personal situation? She was even looking at the contract for my current car and went "that interest is crazy, WHERE did you buy this car?!" My reply was "...um. here." Then she yelled at my mother as we were leaving, because she almost exited the wrong door. I have honestly never been treated like that anywhere else, and I won't return.

Dropped in the next morning and was able to get worked in for an oil change and tire rotation right away. Tom delivered within the time frame promised and I was on my way quickly.

My vehicle had a recall and Toyota called to have me scheduled to have it repaired and they scheduled me with Keith Pierson Toyota 2 to 3 weeks in advance. So I show up for my schedule appointment to find out they don't even have the part in stock and when I ask the service rep why when I made my appointment three weeks prior did they not make sure they had the part he said they didn't have my VIN number so they didn't know why I was coming but yet I was required to give my VIN number in order to make sure that they had the right vehicle for the recall so now I have to wait another week and a half to drive back up there which is 20 to 30 minutes from my house to have it repaired and oh by the way the recall is for airbags so I'm driving a vehicle that if I were an accident may or may not work with the airbags or it may spray pieces of metal towards my body or my passengers so I am not pleased at all that I drove all the way up there to an appointment that had been made 3 weeks prior and they didn't even have the part in stock

After purchasing, we have continued to live with our mistake. We will never buy another Toyota again, especially from Keith Pierson Toyota. On a side note the issues with our vehicle at time of purchase were never corrected, largely due to scheduling conflicts. The purpose for us buying a new vehicle were to not have issues with a vehicle. Also, the features are incredibly lacking for a "limited" vehicle. Really missed the mark. We should have purchased a Honda. After creative math at the time of sale and "extras" at the finance office we are now about 10000 upside down in a vehicle, after about 4000 down payment and almost a year worth of payments. That uneasy feeling you have at a dealership, listen to it. Don't buy into the hype or commercials. When being pressured, especially with repeated requests for positive survey reviews, remember this post, and run as far and fast as you can. Please do not make the same mistake as we did. We had previously leased a vehicle, and falling for the "lifetime warranty" we purchased one this time. The warranty is only good for specific things, and only if all maintenance is performed at the right times, miss one and you are done. We have not missed one, and will not, but we cannot wait to unload this outdated, overpriced, underpowered, and fuel consuming vehicle quick enough. Save your money, save some stress, and save some heartache. Buy anything else.

We spent about 3 hours on Memorial Day negotiating...

We spent about 3 hours on Memorial Day negotiating a deal on a van. We came to an agreement, signed the paperwork, and drove off. The next evening, we are notified by phone that we needed to come back in and sign new paperwork as we had to go with a different bank. Having been through this before, I knew that meant that we weren t getting the original deal. I asked over the phone if the rate had changed, but Lucious told me he couldn t discuss it over the phone. So we came back in to discover that the rate was now 4.5% higher. We said no. We asked for more time to get our own financing which they agreed to. We decided later in the day to take our time getting the right financing and called to tell Lucious we were returning the van since they couldn t honor the contract. Came in and he tried to lower the rate and was able to lower it another 2%, however this was still 2.3% higher than the agreement. He then tried to swap warranty companies to bring down the total. We declined his efforts as we just wanted what was already agreed to. He tried to strong arm me saying we couldn t just get out of the contract. This is false and is unlawful. They cannot change terms and force you to resign. I knew my rights, but am fearful that others do not and will be taken advantage of. It took about 90 mins but we left in our original van and are looking elsewhere. This yo-yo financing should be illegal and it s a terrible way to do business. Please do not do business with a place that would engage in this manner. He even tried to tell me that they were losing money on this deal anyway and I did them a favor. Seriously? We live here and will obviously be buying more cars in the future so I don t understand the attitude. Moral of the story is know your rights and say no to yo-yo financing tactics.

Awesome experience Eddie the salesman with great he listen to us and got us a great deal highly recommended company compared to what the experience we had at Avenue Toyota which was terrible they tried to take advantage of my daughter and her friend that went didn't show any ideal situation until I got to the phone tell her to leave was telling her what car and only what car she qualify before he even ready credit check we got the totally opposite experience at Keith Pierson Toyota they went above and aboard made his friends fun was straight up with us and listen to us and got it when my daughter wanted and she's totally happy don't go anywhere else go to them

I just bought a new car this weekend. Initially I had planned on walking in there with a poker face thinking I would not receive a lot of help. I have never been so happy in my life to admit that I was wrong. Kenny & Claudia treated me like family. They both made my decision to switch cars so much easier than I was expecting. The process was smooth and fast. It was a very wonderful and exciting experience since this is my very first new car all the help was very appreciated. Kenny made sure all my needs and expectations were met. At the end of the day I left this place worry free. I cant thank them enough for everything they did for me.

Went in for service today. Great service department.
Was walking around looking at the highlander 2018. Was going to trading my 4 runner for one. Going back to a highlander.
Sat down to talk price and deal. The sale person took our information. Step away came back and said there nothing we can do for you today. Have a nice day. Under 15min. And walk away. I guess she didn t need to trade and sale a new car today.
We went back into the service department sat and waited for the 4 runner to get done and left.
Poor sale department.
We are now working with another Toyota who is making us a deal.
If I was a manager or owner I would be upset with this sale person treating customers this way
And saying no deal didn t even come back with a price to talk about. Said financial said no.
This would been our three car from them.

Horrible experience with it starting with a gang of sales people with poor English greeting you basically at the car door. I actually expected more from a national brand but i felt like my wife and i were treated at children when the salesman kept going over a down payment and payments. All i wanted to do was write a check for the total. I wanted a total drive out price and this salesman couldn t understand or wasn t allowed to give us the total. We had enough and left and went straight to coggin and bought. Asked for s price wrote a check and drove away. It was that easy.

This is my family s 6th vehicle from this dealer and there s a reason we continue to purchase our vehicles here. First of all you can t go wrong with Toyota vehicles, they re the most dependable vehicle on he road and I know that from experiencing e. My first car was a brand new Corolla in 1989, it had almost 300,000 miles on it when I traded it, I had no issues with it, it was stick shift and even had original clutch; only routine maintenance performed on it, including battery and tires; very reliable!
Keith Pierson is the third dealership my family has used but due to their superior lifetime warranty, excellent service, excellent customer service, and great deals on the vehicles we purchased, we have chosen them for our last 6 vehicles.
Shout-out to the dealer I dealt with this go around, Joey, he was so helpful and willing to work with me, along with the other staff, to get the vehicle I wanted price down to my desire! I love my new Rav 4, it s truly sweet!

We brought a 2016 Toyota Highlander and Darryl Car...

We brought a 2016 Toyota Highlander and Darryl Carter was the absolute best. I have brought many cars but I have never had such a friendly and personable sales person as Darryl. He listened to what we wanted out of a vehicle and put us into the right vehicle. We drove the Highlander for our annual trip to the Keys and the ride was smooth and comfortable. While in the keys we were able to get 7 adults into the SUV to avoid taking two cars. Even though it was little tight in the 3rd row seating we all were comfortable. Thank you Darryl for putting us into the right vehicle for our needs.
