My parents and I came to Keith Pierson Toyota to replace my Honda, and we purchased a 2013 Toyota Corolla. The sales staff, Marcus & Bryan, were absolutely awesome! They were completely accommodating, patient, and answered all of our questions. They even helped me with the back and forth color choice dilemma! It was a great experience, and not only does my family recommend Toyota vehicles to everyone, but now we will definitely be recommending Keith Pierson.

The finance person who helped us, Shawn, was great. He was very patient with our questions, explained all the options to us, and was even super accommodating when our original payment method didn't pan out!

I'm super happy with my new car, and the warranty that came with it - but also was impressed that Marcus & Bryan even set up the Bluetooth for me! Thanks again for a great experience, guys!

I arrived a few minutes early and was taken right in to set up my regular service appointment with Sherry Raulerson, who was welcoming, informative, kind, and efficient. The service, atmosphere, and sense of confidence imparted always makes me feel glad I kept my regularly scheduled date for maintenance. I've come to look forward to it as a nice break in my daily routine. Bonus: my 2016 Camry, (Lily), gets pampered and bathed and always feels perky afterwards. Seriously. She loves it.

Marcus was outstanding, I originally came into get my 2007 Toyota Camry serviced and the mechanic noticed there was a repair that would have cost me at least $1500. After being shocked with that news I went around the corner and noticed my first Sales Manager Chris Jordan (Keith needs to make sure to keep his talent!!!) and told him what had happened. He said have you thought about trading it in, and at the time I really never thought about it. He introduced me to Marcus Ratcliff and I was quickly impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle. After speaking to Marcus and test driving the 2013 Camry SE I had to have it.

I would definitely recommend Keith Pierson Toyota and especially Marcus Ratcliff & Chris Jordan.

Thank you for turning a potential nightmare into a wonderful experience...

Please do not buy a vechicle from this dealership. The commercials they put on TV are misleading. They do anything to make a sell. My daughter is a graduating class of 2020 college student and we decided to come to this location after seeing the commercials and hearing from a friend of the awesome experience they had purchasing their first car. Our experience was the total opposite. We contacted dealership several times to find out about first payment and etc and was told we would recieve payment information in mail. After almost 1 month of what we thought of purchasing a car we're being toldto come in and 1000 for a down payment. This is ridiculous. Please go to coggin at the avenues and not these people.

I brought my 4Runner into Keith Pierson when the transmission went out. Great decision! Not only was the repair area unbelievably clean and organized but the customer service was also excellent and got me back on the road quickly. Now, my 4Runner is running great, and I would definitely come back to Keith Pierson in the future!

Got our Rav4 serviced for free again using the Toyotacare or whatever it is that came with the car. Came with an oil change, tire rotation, and a wash! Service was still quick and easy, and they also fixed another problem we were having with the backup camera. Plus, I walked down to Splitz and had a drink and played some games while I waited. Great experience

My husband and I went to get an oil change on our 2008 Toyota Tundra and decided to kill time and go look at the new Tundras. We immediately fell in love with the 2020 Toyota Tundra TRD PRO 4X4 in army green. Kyle French was our salesman and he was absolutely amazing. If you are in the market for a new vehicle you have to go see Kyle French at Keith Pierson. He is knowledgeable, very nice and made sure that my husband and I were well taken care of. Definitely a experience.

I have seen other reviews on here for people who had simmilar experiences with these crooks. I came in to look at a used vehicle, told them all about my finances, budget, etc., and asked them to help me pick a car that would accomplish what I needed to do. They selected a 2020 Highlander. I agreed to payment, traded my car and took delivery of the Highlander, only to be called the next day and told I needed a co-signer or $10k more down payment or they would repo the car! Claimed I had not actually been approved by Toyota and it was only a "conditional" approval. Emilio in Finance even told me that, when this happens, people just usually come up with the extra $10k! I took the Highlander back and got my Corolla back. And, even though they processed a refund of my down payment, I STILL do not have it 3 days later! Stay away from these crooks!

Daniel and Vic went out of their way to help me out ! Customer service that was above and beyond. I will be back to make another purchase one day . Well I need to be at was monthly payment what I was looking for and they made it happen when many other places wouldn t even give us a chance. Thank you so much !!

UPDATE-
The service I received before and during the sale was above and beyond but since then it has been horrible . I have no heard a word from my salesperson Victor . I m still waiting for my trade on to be picked up and I m also still waiting to hear about the tint on the windows . I finally got my car mats after me contacting Daniel is always go above and beyond for me but I m very disappointed in Victor though.

On Friday, May 6, 2016, my husband and I visited Keith Pierson Toyota with a view to purchasing a Truck. The dealership was immaculate and the associates were attentive and professional. We were assisted by Sales Associate, Austin Baker, a most courteous, knowledgeable young man. Austin listened carefully to our specifications for a truck and presented a vehicle that exceeded our expectations.

Although we had previously obtained financing through our credit union, the Finance Manager, Mike Shoemake, with no pressure, offered us an excellent rate and we closed the deal on a new Tundra in a very pleasant manner.

Since the purchase, we have received follow-up calls from Austin, the Executive Assistant to Mr. Pierson, and the service department, all keen to assure that we were completely satisfied and check that we had no further questions.

Our experience with Keith Pierson Toyota is unmatched in our car-buying history. We would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I have had excellence service with all employees when I come to get my car service at Keith Pierson. I want to give a special praise to Mr. Woodard he took the extra step at looking at my car due to a paint issue without me saying a word and jump into action to have it done. Even though it had been discuss several years earlier and less than two months ago. I was in to get service for cleaning of the cov19 to ease my mind. Way to go Mr. Woodard again for go the extra mile!!!

DON'T buy from Keith Pierson Toyota. If there were a choice for a 0 Star, I would choose that instead of 1. They ripped me off and sold me a "new/used" car without the features I asked for, among many other issues. There is too much to write here, however, trust me when I tell you that they will do the same thing to you if they want. They lied to me and cheated me. Now, no one will call me back, not even Keith Pierson, after leaving many messages for several different people. No customer service here! I trusted them to help me, but they took advantage of me instead. DON'T BUY FROM KEITH PIERSON TOYOTA!!

The service department at keith Pierson is terrible. Please dont purchase used vehicle from them. I believe the service department do not do service on the vehicle before it's put out for sale. I'm extremely upset at the level of treatment I've gotten after purchasing a used vehicle in less than a month my brakes been squeaking. Dylan told me he is not replacing it when i first complain about it. Now i go to Keith person and go on a test drive with a technician who claim he didnt hear the squeaking. then i got in with another technician who heard the squeaking. After the test drive they told me that it's not the break its the pads and I would need to go to Nissan because it's covered under warranty. I think they know this vehicle had this squeaking issue and ignore that. The sales team is wonderful but i will never purchase another vechicle due to the laziness and lack of service from the Technician. Now im taking this vehicle to get inspected by 2 different dealerships because i don't Trust Keith Pierson in the vehicle I'm driving if it's safe.

Keith Pierson Toyota has been great in the past, but now, not so much. Tried for two days to have Service return my call and nothing. My car still sits in the driveway stuck in Park. On the third day I finally got to speak to a person. The service lady passed me to a service writer, and he was a jerk with an attitude problem. I won't be driving clear across town for that kind of service anymore.

If I could not leave a star, I would. My daughter...

If I could not leave a star, I would. My daughter is now the owner of the car, however it was mine and we were taking it to Keith Pierson to have it serviced since I purchased it in 2009. It is a 2007 Toyota Corolla, that was obviously used when I bought it. When my daughter took it in for the last oil change, and believe me it will never go there again, she was told that the 140K mile car had a head gasket leak and that it would take $850 to fix it. She didn't have it, it didn't get fixed. A few months later the check engine light came on with a transmission failure code. The repair shop we took it to first ran a transmission test, nothing. Then because of what Pierson had told us they ran a pressure test on the head gasket and guess what, nothing again. Nothing absolutely wrong with the head gasket at all. I was floored, so much for all their advertising about service. Let it be known that they will scam you, and rip you off. I wish they would pay for that 130$ test, they should. Then again that is only what a decent and reputable business would do, not anyone trying to take your money.

When referred to Service to have the running boards installed, I was again treated with respect and very quick service. They told me one price for the car the first day I went and also stated that they offer great trade in prices. When I went back the next day they didn't stand by the original price (they started with an offer 7K higher). They also would not offer a fair trade in price and went by black book instead of blue book value. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!! They lie and they try to cheat people out of their hard earned money by putting up so many smoke screens that they fool people into believing they are getting a good deal when they offer you $1000 off when they are actually still WAY higher than they should be.

I will never go back to a place that won't honor a quoted price on service. If it had been a quote where they were off by $50 I wouldn't be nearly as upset. My quote was off by $300 and they will not honor it. I work in retail and when we miss quote we honor that price. The manager contacted me and told me he would talk to his employee then call me back. Instead of the manager calling me back it was the employee. I find this to be highly unproffessional. I am disgusted with the customer service and now the management crew at keith Pierson. I would not recommend any service be done here. They are also higher than most in the area. The guy who helped me admitted the local average for my service is $168 and they charge $229. Terrible service

We were interested in a 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid. Another dealer was rushing us to buy a car, we do not care for that. Then we went to Keith Pierson Toyota. Paul Harney introduced himself and we told him what we were looking for. We fell in love with a new blue metallic that the 2018 Camry just came up with. However, they did not have that color in a Hybrid. Paul managed to find the car at another dealer with the color we wanted, and had it ready for us in three days. We feel that is "going above and beyond"...... Life time warranty was icing on the cake.

I m always very pleased with the service dept. Sherry, in service is very helpful, is knowledgeable on all vehicles, friendly, etc.
I wanted to note that when I called to make the appt, I left a phone msg and never heard back. I called days later and wasn t put through to my service writer as requested, instead a receptionist made my appt when I had wanted to discuss my car with service.

Terrible service department. They treat you great when you go to buy but once you have to go in for service they are terrible. Just today we took our car for a tire rotation and right after we left the car started making a noise on passenger side. We turned around and returned for them to check it and the "answer" they gave us is that one of my tires was defective. These tires are pretty much new and were not making no sounds before we took the car in. Once they rotated them again the noise went away. Its funny how they blame your vehicle when it was their mistake. I got to say that out of 7 service visits that i have come here 7 were terrible customer service. Usually most of the reps have an attitude. After today im jist going to go another Toyota dealer.

By the way there seems to be a lot of fake reviews here to boost their score on google maps. Watch out...

They lost a customer today. I had the best experience when I bought my 2017 rav4. Someone called me last week about their loyalty program and told me that I could upgrade to a new 2019 rav4 for the same payment or even lower. What a joke! The first time he came out with numbers it was $300 more a month!! He came back again with $200 more a month. I literally got up and walked out. So frustrated that my time was wasted!! I will not be back.

I came in to look. The employee didn't care to even show me. Just wanted my info so he could call me 10+ times a day. Only let me see the show room truck before he was asking for my social. I made up an excuse to leave after he asked when my husband would be coming in. Despite the fact that I would be the one paying. I won't give them my business any longer. I'll be having my services and purchases elsewhere.
