Very pleased with my service! They were very patient and understanding.

In the beginning after my accident, everything was going well, although I had to reach out to them to get any kind of update which I would do about every 2-3 weeks as I did not want to annoy them. Right after the accident, the insurance company offered me $1,600 for my neck issues that I sustained from being rear-ended. I had to visit the chiropractor every day for several weeks for physical therapy. After waiting 7 months, my attorney finally called and said he received their first offer of $8,000. I was not expecting millions or even anything over $100k but that seemed really low for now having a bulging disk in my neck due to the accident. He said they should have the final offer back in a week or two. I called 5 weeks later after not hearing anything from them and he said that "the offer just came in". He told me it was $9500 and he also felt that was extremely low but the insurance company said that was all they had. This company claims to be the "Strong Arm" but that didn't sound like they were living up to their claim. When I expressed my displeasure about the low offer saying I that the disk will be much softer than it should be and if I get into another accident, it could really mess my neck up, he said "well at your age, you probably had that issue already". He is my attorney but is trying to defend the insurance company? That is pretty messed up in my opinion. I reluctantly accepted the offer to then be told after attorney fees and medical bills, I would only be getting $2,500. 7 months of waiting to only get $900 over what I offered by the insurance company. I was told the check would probably be cut in a week. 5 weeks later, still no call from them so I once again had to reach out and was told the check had been cut and I could go pick it up. Once I got there and saw the check, it had a print day of 2 days after I had last spoken with him which means my check sat in their office for 5 weeks and no one called to tell me it was available for me to come pick up. Hopefully I will not need an accident attorney again, but if I do, I will go with someone else who will hopefully treat me right.

My attorney was awful. Only time I spoke with him was when he told me one month and a week after my accident (and referred medical treatments) that they were dropping my case. He didn't listen. He didn't follow-up and didn't return my calls when the medical provider billed me almost $2,000. Worst and lazy attorneys.

At first they were super nice to us. Called back in a timely manner. Then I started asking more and more questions and surpise no response. Never once did any attorney call me or advise me anything. I started with them in May 2019 and 3 months later fired them because at that point I was just a check or money to this firm. The Durham firm which took over my case had better Customer serivce and the attorney Called the same day before I even signed with them. Hmmm Showed me who cared more about my accident.

I remember after I contacted John Foy & Associates, I started to read the reviews and there were a few negative reviews so I became very skeptical and thought it was too late to go back now. I figure I should just continue to let them represent me and see what happens.

I can honestly say that Larisa and Rado
(Radoslav Bachev) kept me up to date throughout the whole process. I didn't have to worry about whether or not they were working on my case. They contacted me just to check in on me and assured me that they were doing their due diligence to get the most out of my accident. This was a very easy and pain-free experience (outside of the actual accident).

When you email asking about the status of the check that you were told was being mailed to you two weeks ago or more.... you get ignored too.

John Foy and his staff didn't do anything for me. After agreeing to represent me they held my case for almost 9 months and then dropped me. The doctors they referred me to are still CALLING me, they were never paid!!!! BE VERY CAREFUL THIS FIRM IS NOT HONEST AT ALL. I SUGGEST YOU FIND A HONEST FIRM. Even with winning the case. I ll never use them again. I ll never refer them to anyone. Poor communication. The only way to reach my lawyer was to call his supervisor and put pressure on him. It s been almost 2 months and I still haven t received my check.

I was in a accident last month. I called John Foy in hopes of having great representation. I was not disappointed at all. I was able to work with Duncan Harle and his legal assistant Steven Campo - and I must say, they make an amazing team. Don't bother calling "The " so here's my exp... I go in Wal-Mart and slip and fall in a puddle of nasty black water..busting my knee and possibly cracked my wrist...i reached out to John foy and was told that there's no proof of where the water came from... Um how's that my problem... So Wal-Mart can leave water on the floor and someone slip fall and break their neck.... And because we don't know how the water got there...there's no help...

Things started off great. They were all on top of things. Then I noticed contact stopped and when I reached out, I was told my case was never assigned to an attorney. Once I got an attorney and provided all needed information, I was told I would be receiving biweekly follow ups until my case was settled. I NEVER hear from my attorney unless I reach out (usually via email) and he seems aggravated when I do, as if me following up once or twice a month is a bother to him. Its been close to a month since our last contact. :( Oh yea, this case has been going on for close to a year now. I'm very patient but do not appreciate the lack of communication.

Update: 100% positive my case was forgotten about. I called and spoke to a supervisor and my case was settled a week later (go figure). Not to mention the case was settled for $20,000 less than the estimated settlement provided by my attorney when my case was taken. My lawyer notified that I would be receiving payment no later than today. And guess what? Haven't heard from him! This company is a joke!!!! Please do not waste your time! Very unprofessional! My lawyer was George French.

Stay away from Jon Foy and Associates, I contacted them in October after a car accident in which I was rear-ended at a stoplight and had back injuries, I called them and told them what happened told them that my car had minimal damage, several thousand dollars worth but that I was hurt and had went to the hospital, they told me I had a definite good case and they would take it. Over the next 6 to 8 months I was sent to chiropractors, Orthopedics, MRI, CAT scans, multiple x-rays, every time they wanted to do all these tests on me I would tell him are you sure the insurance company of the girl that hit me has to pay these bills because I do not have insurance and I am retired. every single time Julie, Lysette, Edie, any others I talked to told me absolutely definitely yes the insurance company had to pay because the girl was at fault, several months after the first MRI showed that I had two bulging disc caused by the accident, the discs ruptured and inflamed my right sciatic nerve, it went into my knee and ripped my knee which means now I have to have surgery, I was told by both the lawyer and the doctor that it was still due to the original accident because it was caused by the original injury even though it happened at the later date. Well fast forward 10 months into it I get a call that Jon Foy is dropping my case because State Farm is refusing to pay for the medical bills because they don't believe I'm that hurt and they said that the knee injury did not happen at the time of accident and Jon Foy said that it was not worth their while to take it to court there wasn't enough in it for them so now I'm stuck finding another attorney after 10 months almost 11 and 22- $25,000 in medical bills. Not at any time was I ever told that if it ended up going to court I had to qualify to meet their criteria to go to litigation not ever was that ever brought up, I did exactly what they told me to and all they did was rack up a whole lot of medical bills and then throw me out to sea,
I also forgot to mention that I have three doctors, two MRIs, a cat-scan and multiple x-rays to prove in writing that the accident was 100% the cause of all injuries. The fact that Jon Foy cannot win my case with all of this provable just does not make any sense to me.

Nobody should have to bury a child . When a devastating life event smacks your world into a spin , as a father and husband you have to put on your business hat to manage all the drama while protecting your wife from it 100% .
You need an attorney to both navigate the legal swamp and represent your pain with the same gusto, sympathy and determination for justice that your heart begs for.
I went to John Foy not because i didn't know any but because i wanted the guilty to know muscle was coming and his brand name does that. So he assigned Dierdre Williams who was tenacious , caring , efficient and for 18 months she wrestled with the companies involved ( along with my constant swings from tirade to tears ) and found a way to beat extreme odds in a very tricky scenario driven by her sharing my own philosophy of DO THE RIGHT THING , no excuses , and we prevailed valiantly .
A big win for the little guys !

I could tell this staff is not truly genuine. Did not choose to move forward with letting them handle my case after reading the reviews. First thing they were concerned about was getting me locked into a contract. Do your research before trusting these ritzy law firms! This really isn't a good look on a firm. Why would the senior partner need to reply for his clients to get some type of response. I was referred to this firm from a former attorney I used in my area, but since my accident was out of state I asked them to refer me to someone. I just got off the phone with them and told them they shouldn't give Foy and Associates because it may hurt their great reputation. I am not a happy client and plan to find another firm.

I was extremely pleased with my experience with this firm. The attorney assigned to my case was easy to talk to and took the time to give me periodic updates on where the case stood. Honestly I would NOT recommend this firm to anyone. My attorney was George french. Every time I call he's never in the office or not picking up calls I was told he was I'm his office but just not anwsanswe calls by the front desk. When we spoked at 10 am he promised to call me back giving an update on my case time passed around to 5 pm and I call only to find out he has left the office for today !!! I have been given the run around. And I'm highly upset with his unpleasant doings towards my case.

On February 24th 2015, I was headed home from work and approaching a hill when all of a sudden the driver pulled in front of me in a drive way. I struck the SUV in on the passengers side. My car spun around and ended up facing oncoming traffic. The fire department was called and had to extract me from my car. I was immediately rushed to Grady Hospital in critical condition. I had broken both legs, ankle, wrist and had a punctured lung and had lost a considerable amount of blood. I had five surgeries in a week with rods, screws, and plates in my legs. My husband called and spoke to Aaron Michelman who came to the hospital to get the specifics of my accident. Aaron proceeded with my case and did a great job On the day that we met with the other drivers attorney, we were able to settle our claim for 2.5 million dollars. My experience was not bad it s just there fee s where not mentioned until after the case was coming to a close. I didn t really have a time to budge. Being that most lawyers usually charge a 33% rate that was not there case at all. I m not going to expose there rate but I suggest you definitely do your research. It seems a little odd that your lawyer will be receiving more compensation then you. No one deals with the aftermath of a accident but yourself for the rest of your life.

My experience with Foy and Associates was good, but not great. It started off great with updates and direction as this was my first time going through this process. However, then my attorney was changed once, then again, then a final time. During this time communications broke down and was reduced to merely introduction letters and promises to move forward with my case. Finally, my final attorney Ms. Patty Kim followed through and settled my case. I was very happy with the way the settlement was worked out, as I got to take home over 50% of my settlement. Overall when the communication was present times were great, when it wasn't (didn't hear from my attorney for over 2 months despite leaving voicemails and sending emails), the service wasn't good. About 80 percent of the time (took 12 months to settle my case) communication was present and available. Thanks again

If I could get away with pissing in their office space I would!!!! We handed the firm a head-on collision case, the driver of the other vehicle was ticketed. This was November 8th 2015, we just got the last of what was a poor excuse of a settlement. $1353. and change. The attorney of record literally disappeared, when we called for an update because it had be so long since we had heard anything we were told someone else is handling our case and they would be in touch. When we heard from the new attorney his attitude was "there is no value in this case", "if you had some broken bones or had a surgery it would yield more". It took nearly 4years for this to be their response!!! We had a deposition in April but no one said anything about anything since. The new attorney said and I quote "you're more than welcome to take your case somewhere else". After three and a half years, this is what you say to us??? Why didn't you say that when your firm took our case 3 1/2 years ago?? I DON'T AND WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND FOY AND ASSOCIATES FOR ANY TYPE OF LEGAL ISSUES. NEVER!!!!

Don t even know where to begin but I would NOT recommend this firm to no one it s clearly no communication at all from my attorney Erin Sussman and then when it is I always have to refresh her memory of what she she was supposed to be doing. I have even contacted her supervisor Tamika three days in a row and still with no prevail she don t respond back either been waiting three weeks to a month now on answers and have not got anything.... their slogan the strong arm is correct because they will strong arm you the client and will not CARE !!!!!! BE AWARE
