Great experience! They got me exactly what I want...

Great experience! They got me exactly what I wanted and then some, at a price far better than I could have imagined. The sales staff was not pushy and were very helpful and knowledgeable.
I also already had a load approved from my bank and they were able to do better at the dealership.
All in all, I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be back and back again. I would highly recommend Carr Chevy to anyone and everyone.

So let me say that the staff here at Carr Chevy are very good and helpful. I drive all the way from Vancouver to come here because of the good service. Always get things done without a huge wait. Prices here are good and you get free coffee.

I had a starter issue with my Escalade and ended up having to have it towed via flat bed to Carr Chevrolet for service.

The service staff, as always, was very helpful and did a great job not only getting the problem resolved but also providing me with transportation while my vehicle was being worked on.

They did a great job, which they always do. This is why any dealership car I purchase or any major service is always done with Carr Chevy.

I bought my 2009 Chevrolet Aveo at this location b...

I bought my 2009 Chevrolet Aveo at this location back in 2008. The car has had a number of issues arise where I had to take it in for repairs. First a broken shifter shaft, then later a spark plug malfunction. Then I had to take it in for a recall that again had to do with the spark plugs. As long as everything was covered by warranty, the repairs were handled quickly and I got to use a rental car for free. No complaints there.
But as soon as the warranty was up, my real problems began. Recently my car had a broken oxygen sensor that was causing it to occasionally lose power, totally at random, sometimes putting me at dangerously low speeds on the highway or threatening to stall out at a stoplight. No engine repair light. I took it into Carr Chevrolet to have the issue diagnosed, not knowing at the time what was causing it. The mechanics there claimed that they drove my car over twenty miles and they had no problem with it, and they hooked it up to their diagnostics computer and found nothing wrong with it at all, so they didn't make any further effort to diagnose the problem. I got my car back and it still had the same problem.
I ended up taking it to Accurate Auto, not far up the road, and it only took them a few hours to diagnose and fix the problem. Their computer apparently can detect problems that Carr's computer could not.

Extremely accommodating! My current vehicle was stuck in the shop and I found a new one online that I liked. I called the dealership and they drove vehicle to my home for me to test drive. I was extremely grateful for their help and I drove off with a new truck by the end of the day - I will definitely return.

I went in not really knowing what I was looking for or to excited to be looking for a new car. However, with the help of Justin, we quickly narrowed down which cars I liked and then we test drove them. What I thought was going to be a long and painful process, turned out to painless and fun experience. Justin and Chuck worked super hard to get me exactly what I wanted without me even knowing I wanted it. It was an amazing experience and I m glad I went there!!

I wasn t planning on purchasing a vehicle anytime soon but the transmission on my previous vehicle went out during a grocery run and left me stranded. This was our first time to Carr Chevrolet and we were greeted by Steven and then he introduced us to Koby and then finished the process with Jesus Martinez. All sales staff that we met today seemed to be genuinely friendly. Our daughter's 19 year old boyfriend was able to walk away buying his first car today because the dealership absorbed $358.00 so he could walk out in his budget with the car he loved and wanted! They have several lots and Steven had Koby take us to one down the road and he was willing and able to take us to their Carr lot in Vancouver if we wanted to go look at another car. This kind of service was above and beyond. Koby was delighted to help us and did not seem bothered to do so. Plus Carr offers a POWERTRAIN LIFETIME WARRANTY. That helped make the deal official as well.. Dupre H. the financial associate that helped us/him was super friendly as well and helped him understand what he was signing and agreeing too. He did not pressure him in any way. Amazing staff here! We will be back to buy another car when we need or want one. Thank you Carr Chevrolet!

I found my service to not be thorough. Items stated as being performed on my invoice were not done. I had to come back, and my service advisor really didn t seem to care.
Also, services that I requested to have done at time of booking were not addressed.

The period of looking at truck and demonstration was very good. Being night they brought it inside the service bay for lighting and inspection prior to test drive. Car was nice and clean as we ended up buying. We used financing services through the department, and I was slightly frustrated that they leveraged the interest rate to get the warranty coverage and extend the terms. I prefer a more up-front approach with added costs and believe in transparency... I never saw what was visible on the computer screen. I know there are sales tactics that get used sometimes, but it is super lame when you lie about lowering interest rates on conditions of extended warranty coverage. Being an inexperienced car buyer, I did not do all of the leg work for financing. I will be doing pre-financing in the future. Overall it was a great experience but I just have major issues with some of the tactics employed to squeak a few more dollars out of an already expensive car sale.

My family has bought 2 cars here in the past so it was a no Brainer to come here, how ever it as the worst buying experience I have ever had, we were pressured from the beginning, after our test drive we explained we had another appointment at another dealer down the street, and we had a 30 minuet window, the sales man Insisted we come in to his office area, we refused 4 times, finally we gave in only because we liked the truck, that s when things got worst . there are way to many people involved I never understood why jaime the sales manager was so upset, the whole time it felt like they were breathing down our necks, at one point my wife felt intimidated by jaime, that s when I said enough! We ran out of there as fast as we could, I would never recommend Carr Chevrolet, instead we went to car max, found a similar truck 1 year newer with way less miles, and 9,000 dollars less, these guys are crooks , save you re time and money!

Jesus Martinez was my sales guy and he was amazing. He spent the time to answer all of my questions, walk me through the lot, and help me test drive. Did I buy a car from him...no. Not yet. Will I be coming back to work with him when the time (very soon I might add) comes to buy? Absolutely. Everything about this experience was relaxed and enjoyable.

I just brought my vehicle in for my 3,000 mile service, oil change , tire rotation, inspection, etc. and all went well as has been all of my previous service updates. This time I conducted a walk around inspection because after my last wheel rotation I lost one of the wheel hub caps, which cost me $127.00 (for a piece of plastic) to replace. And as I walked around I noticed that the driver's side wheel hub was sticking out and not properly reinstalled, so I notified your associate who saw the problem at which time he got one of your tech's. to reseat the wheel hub properly and then I was on my way.

I purchased my Chevy Equinox from Carr Chevrolet in 2009. I have since had it worked on by a different Chevrolet Dealer but recently relocated back to the Beaverton Area. The 3rd brake light recently went out on my vehicle. I went to the service department on a Saturday and made an appointment for the following Friday. Fernando asked what I needed repaired and I told him the 3rd Brake light and that I would like them to check the brakes and provide an estimate. I dropped the car off at 9:00 AM. Fernando again asked me what I wanted repaired. I told him the 3rd brake light and brakes. He informed me they did not have the light in stock and it would take a week to get it shipped. I question what the point of the appointment was a week in advance and why the part wasn't ordered.

I walked the entire lot looking at the new vehicles and was never greeted by a sales rep while looking at vehicles. My vehicle wasn't driven into the service department by 10:00 AM or so when I got bored and left. I received a call from Fernando at 11:57 AM that the vehicle was ready. I was told that it would take a week for the brake light. It was $110 for the part and would take 2.5 hours of labor resulting in over $300+ in repairs. I was also told the brakes were fine until my next oil change. I did not receive an estimate. It cost me $19.99 for a "tire rotation" that I didn't need.

I located a genuine GM brake light online (likely from a totaled vehicle) and was able to replace my brake light in about 30 minutes. I by no means have any expertise and found it rather simple. In total it cost me $30.00. I found the time with the service department was a waste of my time and money. I will not likely use Carr Chevrolet for future repairs.

Pretty poor customer service interaction, will not buy another vehicle from Carr Chevy and will reluctantly service until warranty is over. Dropped off Truck for a scheduled appointment on Weds at about 8am. Did not hear from them so called about 2pm to get an update. They had not even looked at my Truck yet and decided they needed to get me a rental and would call me Thursday with status. Thursday am I again called to get an update. Still no one had diagnosed Truck and they said they will call me back later in the afternoon. My only call from Carr occurred on Thursday afternoon, where they said they needed to order parts and they would call me Friday for update on when it would be ready. No call Friday, so I called just before close and they did not know when it would be ready, parts on order. Again I had to call Monday for an update about 3pm. They said it would be ready tomorrow Tuesday at this time. So I returned the rental and showed up Tuesday at 3pm to pickup my truck. Only to find out they had ordered the wrong parts and it was not ready. They said Thursday is more likely and put me in one of their loaners. Of course Thursday came and no call from Carr so I called late Thursday for an update and they said it would be done on Friday. I got a call Friday that it was done and picked it up 9 days after dropping it off. I do not recommend using Carr service. I even filled out one of their feedback flyers and asked for a manager to call me. No call after 2+ weeks.

I will only bring my cars to Carr - I'm thinking of buying a new car and will only buy a car that Carr can service. I am totally treated like I am the most important customer every time I come by. The work that is done is always perfection. I just wish you guys could clean my car for me:-(

Service department has the worst customer service....

Service department has the worst customer service. I was recommended to bring my car to have it fixed by Chevrolet from Toyota(where I bought the car). Thinking that they would fix the TSB issued by Chevrolet at no cost. Like Toyota would for their cars. Was talked down treated as if I knew nothing by Fernando in the service department. Too bad he ruined my impression of your dealership. Won't ever be going there again.

I was there last week for a simple oil change. I received a coupon from your dealership and this coupon states "Valid with any type of service, except tire rotation" but the cashier that helped me insisted that was not true and she keep looking at her coworker and finally she went to talk to her supervisor about it and came back without saying anything and she just right me the right amount based on the coupon. Why would you make a big deal? The reason I came back to this dealership was to take advantage of this coupon. I can see that both of cashiers that are there are not friendly. It surprises me, they are front line of your business and such a poor customer service. Stay away from this dealership.

The sales guy Chuck is all blabber and no substance. We drove here to sell our cars with a potential purchase. (Coz we were informed by front desk they buy cars)
He made us wait 1 hour, evaluating our cars for buy back, made us fill forms and 3 days later, lost those forms, told us the buyer from his team will get back to us and now says he s on vacation.
Haven t received a quote for our cars so we could decide on buying.
Chuck is a pro sales guys and tried to sell us cars from the second we entered, without even understanding or knowing what we want.
Finally, hangs up the call today.
Unprofessional and selfish demeanor.

On the contrary, Carlos from their team was excellent and showed us the SUVs and was patient enough in understanding our needs!

Nicholas R. showed me multiple cars within my price range and never rushed me in the decision making process. When it came time to talk about money they were genuinely trying to make sure the car I wanted was affordable for my family and I. Great experience all around.

Dishonest sales tactics, never again.
Found a 2013 Subaru Legacy 3.6R here that I was looking for specifically. I noticed immediately there was a golf ball dent on the roof and some minor front bumper damage.
I told them I was interested in the car, but I wanted the minor issues fixed because the car was so new.

Jose told me no problem, "If this is the car for you, we'll take care of these issues for you".

Well, taking care of it was slapping some non matching paint on the bumper, while I was still signing the paperwork.

After I stupidly signed the contract without forcing them to specify that they would fix the roof as well, I called in to arrange to have the roof fixed, and they told me they could do it for an extra $500.

I guess I shouldn't have expected more from a car dealership, but the reviews had me believing that this place would at least be honest with me.
Not the case. They did whatever they needed to to get my money and then they were done with me.

Good knowledgeable sales staff explained differences between several vehicles interested in. Got to see in person what had been just compared online. The black Friday deals on new just weren't big enough to overcome the 10 to 20 k less to buy used vehicle instead of new ones. Patience is the shoppers best friend. I would totally buy from this dealer and sales person.

My car had overheated and I called and they said to bring it in and they would take a look at it. I barely made it into the parking lot and the car was smoking away. Dalton helped me get checked in and I finished with Tyler who learning that I had forgot my wallet in all the stress of my situation gave me a dollar from his own wallet. I work downtown and it's not usually someplace their shuttle goes but they were kind enough to take me to work. I cannot thank everyone enough for their helpfulness and generosity. I truly appreciate that there is still people and companies out there that have these values.

I went back to Carr Chevrolet to talk to Leo Lopez who helped me before to purchase my wife's Malibu and see if there was any great deals going on and Leo was so happy to see us again and took his time to show us a few cars,suvs and trucks we drove a few before finding the right one 07 Yukon, we are very happy with the service Leo provided. After a few tries, Carr Chevrolet and I finally got to an agreeable deal. They worked hard to get to my criteria. I know they are reputable and sell quality vehicles. I purchase a used vehicle and really appreciate the team I worked with: Dillon, Rachel, Jaime and John. All were friendly and it was a good experience to work with them.

This place is everything you ever feared from a car dealership. During negotiations the would literally say hang on and walk in the back room and send another person out. I was literally tossed around for 4 hours with my 1 year old in arm. Then they sold ALL of my information: email, phone and address to SeriusXM who harass me basically everyday.

I cannot say enough good things about how helpful Matt was! Even though I didn't purchase a car that day, Matt was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience ten times better than other dealerships I visited. I know that when I'm ready to purchase another car, he's going to be one I'll be seeing to make that happen.

The sales staff is really good and very helpful. I would buy from them again. It was a fair deal with little hassle. I came away a happy buyer.

The service staff... NOT SO MUCH. The last few visits for service... 1) The service advisor tried to take advantage of my daughter and double charge her for work they screwed up the first time. I intervened and made sure this was not the case. 2) That same service advisor lost my daughter s keys on another visit. He made light of the situation and only found the keys once I raised a fuss. He acted as though it was our fault. 3) The service dept shorted me on one of my first 4 free oil changes and check-ups for my previous new car purchase. Not a good service practice for sure!

Super frustrating experience with pre-ordering a Chevy Bolt. Salesmen completely uneducated about the vehicle. Different info from different people. Long waits for paperwork, the typical ...let me go and check with my manager... for any real decision or update. The people were nice, but this model of franchised car dealerships is outdated and inefficient. They don't have the customer's best interest in mind, at a company level.

I have to say that I have gone through 6 car in 3 years since I moved here to Oregon.... this last time I was less than optimistic but was greeted by Adam Mlady :-) and he completely changed the car buying experience for me. He was funny and listened to my needs and made the whole process as stress free as possible. He went above and beyond what is expected of a car salesman. He explained everything about my new car on great detail and made sure that I was absolutely comfortable and felt like I knew what I was doing! I know that I will always be taken care of and I will never deal with anyone else! He is it for me! The entire experience with Carr Chevrolet has been absolutely amazing, they have made me feel like my business is appreciated, and I as a customer am appreciated. Everyone in each department that I have dealt with, in Financial, and Service, and of course Adam is an A+ in my book! I highly recommend stopping here first if you are in the search of a new car, you will walk away with an amazing deal, an amazing car, and amazing new friends!

Charles and Nick were an amazing team to work with. They both went above and beyond to get us in the car we wanted at a price we could afford. My wife and I so much appreciate the customer service they gave. At the end of the night when we needed to sign papers, Charles hung out with our son and made our lives much easier. Nick made something we thought was impossible possible! Great experience. Thanks for all the great service guys!

Jesus M was the salesman that helped us today when I went in today. Ive been looking at buying a Chevrolet Malibu as my first car, and he was extremely knowledgeable. He also had suggested the Chevy cruze because it was a little smaller and was a bit cheaper, but I have my heart pretty set on a Malibu. He was very kind and was able to answer any question I had about the different Malibus that he showed to us and let me test drive.
Overall, I had quite an amazing experience. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks Carr Chevrolet for making the whole experience fun, interesting, and easy! :)

Had the worst experience of my life at this place. I was kept hostage for hours. When I asked for my car keys back they refused to give them to me I almost had to call the cops. I left in tears.
