I called John Foy and associates after becoming frustrated with an auto insurance company that was giving me the 'run-around' after an accident involving my son that was caused by their client. I chose Joy Foy because I had an accident and someone hit the back of my car. I went to auto-zones to buy a bungee cord to hold up my muffler and a guy told me to use the strong arm. So I looked into them and decided to use them. Over all they have excellent customer service and answered all of my question. Got into the accident at the end of January settle everything in October. I actually got more money than I expected. I would definitely use them again.

My experience has been fairy good. I never met or spoke with my attorney. BUT!!! That was okay, because I had a GREAT Case Manager. I ve mainly communicated with my Case Manager throughout my entire case. She was absolutely the best. She was very polite and professional at all times. Any questions or concerns I had, she answered and clearified them. Phone calls and emails were always answered in a timely matter. She has made the most tragic moment in my life bearable. Even though I still have nightmares, I m not as afraid. Any-who, my expiernce was great. The only downfall was not being able to met my attorney... I will recommend their service to those in need of good representation. Ask for Courtney Creason she is the best.

I have had John Foy for about 6 months. At first, they where on my case. Checking on me and my daughter, making sure we were ok. But lately I have to leave several messages before someone calls me back. I ve been waiting on my daughters check for 3 weeks. Nothing yet. I have a case as well and this makes me start thinking about other lawyers to contact. A little disappointed but hopefully it will get better.

This is a great Law Firm to have on your team. They really take care of you and keep you posted about your case.

Truly horrible experience! I will NEVER use them again and would suggest you not use them, too. If you do, be sure you are absolutely certain they have your best interests at heart.

The attorney who handled my case was unresponsive, proffered bad advice, did not appear to have my best interests in mind, and would only communicate when I passively aggressively targeted his email and voice mail. After ten months, he reviewed the settlement offer with me which was a joke, not even enough for a down payment on a second-hand car!. He actually told me that 'we both learned something should I ever find myself in a similar situation in the future!'! What was I paying him for anyway!?!?!?!?

Finally, after signing the settlement paperwork, I was told it would take another four weeks to receive payment because the hospital told the firm it would take that time to determine a reduction amount......five weeks later, I had to once again chase the attorney for information about the payment. He never responded but later that week I received the check in the mail. The check was dated five weeks earlier when I was informed there would be a delay! Really?!?!?!?!?

This was a horrible experience which has left a bad taste in my mouth for attorneys and firms like this that promise the moon but deliver disappointment.

Joshua - my attorney was the best. He fought all the way. Even when I was upset he was calm and kept working and got the result that I needed and wanted.

Overall TERRIBLE customer service no concern for cases and rude over phone when checking on your case. I do not want to enclosed specific name but this individual will make your companies value decline in my opinion. I got hung up on after trying to clear up information with the assistant. At this point I just want my case settled and to NEVER utilize this law firm EVER I won t even recommend at anytime.

This firm was less than professional in my case. Attorney Nica Talman handled my case very poorly. Even made a complaint about Attorney Gerber who was supposed to handle my workman's comp case and they dropped the ball on that as well. I will NEVER refer anyone to this firm for any reason. They try to avoid talking to the client, don't keep you informed about the case & lowball your settlement. Don't be fooled by the tv commercials!!!!!

In my experience Julie is amazing. They do the work. If I remember right They take 40% of what you're settlement is. They explain everything to you. I even had some personal problems and they worked around it with me. In my experience they really are great. Knock on wood I never get hit again but if I do I will definitely go through them again. I have no complaints. Just words of advice, spend your settlement funds wisely. I just got a 07 truck too since I lost my last one.

My Wife and I were in a car wreck March 2, 2019 and we didn't know what to do when this happened . We both were seriously hurt and went to the hospital. The next day we saw a television ad about John Foy &Associates saying leave it all up to them and they will battle for you. At first never having to deal with this before and putting your trust in someone you don't know is hard . All the Accident lawyers talk a good game but there was something different about John Foy . They took the call with professionalism took down all the info and said someone would come out to see us the same day . The gentleman who came out looked at our claim took pictures and got the info he needed and started the process. From there my wife and I were given a Paralegal and a lawyer . Alex and Helen Suh Hopkins did a wonderful job following our doctor appointments and therapy visits. Always call to check in to see how we were feeling. They both also did a fabulous job working with the lean holders billing depts. and the other insurance company to make sure we had all our paperwork in order. My experience with this business has been absolutely the worst. From the start to now,
there has been little to no communication. My case was assigned to Erin Sussman. Information regarding my case has not been explained in its entirety or made clear to me. I am still unaware why my case was taken to court..I am totally dissatisfied with the ending results. Your company ended up with far more money than I did. You kept the Dollar Bills and gave me the change.I would not refer this company to any one I know.

That s why we the people should never be surprised at their unpredictable and situational ethically-lacking-behavior. They are, however, not the scum of the earth, they just do their bidding and take their orders from these hidden draconian scum(those that control the BAR).

I just want to say thanks for dropping me a few weeks before my hearing. I can truly say that there is truly no other profession where many of the persons employed routinely engage in a particular type of ethically and reliably deficient conduct that continues to reach malodorous milestones in excremental lows. Which are fueled, not by a sense of innate moral purpose, but by the financial magnitude of potential monetary outcomes divided by the least possible expenditure of intellectual and physical energy.. just wow.
