Last year I was involved in a big rear-end collision and incurred great physical injury in my neck and lower back. The accident was so great that my car was deemed totaled by my insurance company and received a check for the value of my car at the time. However, I did not receive any compensation for the rental car I had been using while I my car was being inspected nor insurance wanted to cover for my chiropractor visits that I needed to relieve my pain. This is when I decided to get a lawyer. After talking with some friends and through word of mouth, I got in touch with Foy & Associates and my case was received by my lawyer Patty Kim and her assistant Hana. They were very professional in handling my case and prompt with responding to every question that I had in regards to my situation. I no longer felt that the insurance company was taking advantage of my situation and felt relieved to be in good hands without needing to do any work from my side. Within two months since my case was received, Patty Kim was able to have my insurance company pay out the expenses for my chiropractor visits, the rental car, and the some. John Foy has two amazing women on his team, one goes by the name of Hana and the other is Ms. Patty Kim. They both have been an absolute blessing with my case. I had a accident February 21. I talk to John foy office on the 23-25. I thought I had a great team. The first problem I had was looking over the contract, it was wrong. The contract was for 38%. So I called and the lady told me that she didn t know what I was talking about. Then they sent me another contract to sign and I did.
The next issue was when I called I got them (the team I had) sometimes. When we did communicate it was never nothin happening with my case it was always were waiting.
This was the last straw I called to talk with them about how much money I ll get back. Lol wow.
Pattie Kim was the attorney she told me the state minimum was 25,000 and That s what I was getting. A total of 50,000.00 my medical bills is over 500,000.00. Yes over five hundred thousand dollars. What can I do with 50,000.00. I called another attorney who told me he would take 25% and I said your hired lol. I fired John foy that same day.
They maybe great people but you need to put the people you represent first. I didn t feel that way.

Ghetto experience just like the commercials. I should have paid closer attention. Seem to deal in volume of cases vs. quality of care. Red flag#1: They referred me to a bootleg chiropractor instead of a physical therapist.
Red flag #2: Receptionist was extremely arrogant, ghetto and disrespectful.
Red flag #3: Settlement was so low, for a serious injury, I suspect they work in cahoots with the insurance companies!
Having worked many years ago in the judicial system, as well as a law firm (legal research), I know a good firm when I find one. This firm is AMAZING. Not only does the administrative staff (Jo) stay in constant contact, but so do the attorneys (Aaron). I have not found myself calling them for a status, as they make every effort to keep me informed. They are personable, professional, and highly efficient. I cannot say enough good things. I HIGHLY recommend this firm for personal injury cases.

John Hinton reads the paper during depositions. Get another lawyer. I lost wages and my case fooling with this lawyer. You never see him only his office staff. Beware. Would only give no star but that s not an option.
John Foy & Associates took my case after another law firm kept it for three weeks then told me I had a case but their underwriters wouldn't approve it because of the time without treatment. n September 25th 2018 I was a prediction crossing the street when I was blindsided buy a car I tore my rotator cuff and my AC joint. since that time I have only talked to my lawyer once and I only talk to my paralegal about four times. try to get a loan to take care of bills that have cumulated around my house but they only approve the lowest amount possible nowhere near what I was asking for. I have to do mainly the hard work by trying to get assistance on a $67,000 surgery they don't care. I am in pain constantly the chiropractor that they sent me to in the early stages had no effect on my arm but they was treating me for sprained shoulder and whiplash unnecessary money that you have to pay out 2. a company who to treat your injury.
My experience with this Firm has been awful I will never recommend them nor use them again! Run run fast for the Hills All might be will on your end but not on my end Yall are a rip off I didnt just sing up either It was back in September. Stop lying & my treatments ended the 5th of December

This is a horrible law firm. First off they gave us a bankruptcy lawyer to work our case. The lawyer never called us, we only had interaction with his paralegal. The lawyer then said that our case had no merit and he did not want to continue with it. The lawyer then "strong armed" us.
This law firm disrespects the military and veterans. I wonder if Mr. Foy even knows the lawyers in his firm and what they do to their clients. Truth be known here is how they operate. They tell you that you got an offer and have you sign a "fake offer " but really they are working with the insurance company to get a bigger settlement while you only get peanuts. How do you think they have the money to pay for their fancy commercials on TV?

Rebuttle to the "owner". Yes you do a have a bankruptcy atty that claimed he is a personal injury lawyer. He personally told us that he has been working as a "personal injury " lawyer for 2 years. He has no experience except for giving his clients a run a round. So your firm hires inexperienced lawyers. As for veterans and the military, not once was he (or your firm) concerned about us. Your lawyer stated, I dont care if you were in the military and you have "related" issues that were heightened by the trauma of the accident.

They will not fight for you at all, I've been dealing with them for over 1 year and 3 months, and it has been the worst experience of my life they will not give an offer higher than your medical bills, they will just talk to the places that you got treated at and talk them into lower there bill cost. Honestly you will be better off dealing with insurance company yourself. The only good thing about this place is their paralegals.
