John Foy and Associates Review

We had another lawyer who wasn't doing nothing on our case. My wife used John Foy before and told me to call them because he is the best one to go to. Karen Taylor was our lawyer and after she got the case she got us all the money we asked for and answered all our phone calls and questions. My wife was right I will go to John Foy first next time. We are very happy.

George French was excellent! He did not give me a hard time when I stated I wanted to go for more money with my case because I felt the first few numbers given by the adjuster did not reflect the turmoil I endured due to my accident. He really fought for me!

I fired them because after 6 months NOTHING happened. I am now going on by myself. I wrote a Certified letter terminating the representation, with NO response. I had to then email them to confirm they had received my letter. I requested that my file be forwarded onto my new address and it still has NOT been sent, and its been 2 weeks! It's BS.

I had difficulty in the past with this firm regarding an issue with their clients. When they became aware of the issue, they handled it quickly and efficiently. They did a great job solving the problem.

Worst decision I ve ever made. The lack out communication/Updates from my attorney about my case really got under my skin. I asked my attorney if she could try harder to keep me informed of my case and she got mad. I m now entering the 7th MONTH!!!!! of my case smh this process has been so draining. I was done with the chiropractor for almost 30days and she didn t know. Since I could never get a hold of her when I called the office I would send an email (which it would take 48+ hrs to get a response) and I would ask where are we with the case and the answer would always be that she just received the email from the chiropractor, the doctors, the insurance company. After getting the first 3 offers for my case I honestly believe I could ve done a better job representing myself.

From the initial referral thru the final settlement, the entire team at John Foy & Associates demonstrated the utmost professionalism ... Danielle was extremely personable and knowledgeable, explaining everything along the way, keeping me informed and providing great guidance throughout the entire process - especially important since I live in another state ... There is very little that's pleasant about being involved in a traffic accident, particularly one that is not your fault. The injuries, the trauma, the mental anguish ALL can have a far-reaching effect that is certainly unexpected and life changing. I had my first ever accident in Nov. 2016, and I was injured. From the moment I placed my first phone call the next day to John Foy and Assoiciates I was put at ease. Even the person answering the phone was understanding and reassuring!

The whole ordeal was new to me...but to have someone come to me--on a Sunday made the ordeal more bearable and left me with a feeling of reassurance. I was told I would receive treatment for my injuries (which I did) and leave everything in their hands...which I did. I could not have had a more pleasant experience.

Hana Cho, Legal Assistant, reached out to me right away and I felt she was right by my side the whole way. She answered any questions I had and stayed
in constant contact the whole time, making sure I was doing well and to see if I needed anything. That was reassuring!

Then I engaged with Attorney, Patty Kim. Such a professional! She too answered my questions, explained everything to me in a way that I ciuld understand, and put me at ease as I went through the process. I really felt cared for by the team at John Foy. And I felt they had my best interests at the forefront.

That strong arm also signifies that you are surrounded by a strong group of people who are genuinely concerned about your well being. It was clear to me that I made the right choice because of the caring staff.

I don't want anyone to have to experience a traffic accident, but if you do, John Foy and Associates should be the one call you should make. You won't regret it!

After being involved in a hit and run while 38 weeks pregnant I was stressed, nervous and frustrated. To reduce my frustration and stress level my father called the law firm of John Foy & Associates. At first I was skeptical of using a firm that was found from watching TV because I was sure that I wouldn't be heard however my attorney Karen Mills did that and much more. She saw that my property and medical claim were taken care of and most importantly she gave me back my peace of mind and gave me back my smile. I would definitely use them again.

I am having an awful experience with this firm. Horrible communication with staff, it s been 3 weeks since I ve talked to my attorney or a paralegal about my case. I have no idea what s going on because no one will return my calls. I will never recommend this firm to anyone nor will I ever choose a firm like this again. I can t wait to receive my settlement and get this annoyance behind me. They are also not responding to the driver in my case, it is near a month since she has heard anything back either. I fell last year and hurt my back and broke my arm. I tried to get the place I fell to just pay my hospital bill didn't ever want any extra. They tried to draw it out until it was too late to do anything. I called John Foy and Associates and I was told we needed to move forward because the insurance company had put me off so long it was at the dead line of being able to do anything to make them pay my claims. I was so upset because I can't drive in Atlanta well and didn't want to make the trip. To my surprise I was told we could do everything from my IPhone . I signed all the documents on my phone and it was so simple. M. Patty Kim and Hana Cho were fantastic they got me in with the doctors needed and started treatment immediately. They even got me a uber for the ride to the doctor in Morrow. After is was all said and done with the great help of these two ladies my claim was paid and I received a check for all my pain and suffering. I didn't expect that like I said I just wanted the hospital bill paid. If you need a great attorney that makes things so simple for you I highly recommend John Foy and Associates and I would definitely ask for Patty Kim and Hana Cho they are great.

I was very happy with my overall experience with John Foy & Associates. It was a thorough and just process. Nica Tallman was great and on top of things for me. I only hoped I was able to keep up my end of the bargain because she needed me to take care of a few things in order to ensure her maximum contribution. Kudos to all parties involved.

I had my attorney give me the run around for two years only to tell me his department failed him and he can't do anything for me. Also giving me a little time to find a good lawyer to clean up his mess....I will never use john foy again . I am so angry about this right now that if they had no stars I would hit that button. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH JOHN FOY AND ASSOCIATE, you might as well talk to the insurance company yourself. The whole time I had to keep calling the attorney to get updates and he never had good news.... on a case where I was not a fault and the guy knocked me over to incoming traffic. I really thought this law firm would help me get back on track. They referred me to a chiropractor and didn't even get enough to pay the chiropractor bill. So not only did they not help me but now I have a unpaid account with the chiropractor they sent me to. So really the only thing they help me with was getting someone to correct the pain in my back so I can get back to work.

This is my first time ever having to get an attorney. My entire case was done through email. There was no, can you come to our office so that I could meet my client! Also I felt like I was bothering the attorney by asking questions. Even though my case was not a million dollar case, I wanted to be treated as such! I disliked the communication between the attorney and myself. There was none! Not to speak down on the company, but I felt like I could have done the job myself and paid myself. Just saying! I would have liked to meet the person that's getting most of the pay from my accident that I was in! I hope no one else with a small case as mine is treated that way!

I called J Foy & Associates after being rear-ended March 2019. One year later I was told by Attorney A. Michelman that Foy could not help me. I had herniated disk and medical bills. The most humiliating aspect is that I was told because my car had a small amount of damage that there had been no accident. Long story short, I received a settlement from an attorney in Sandy Springs who will work with and values small cases. You are hurt enough by the accident. Why be hurt further choosing wrong legal team?

We got into a very bad car accident with major injuries. We expected one settlement amount but got much less. Of course we asked questions on why we do not get a particular amount. Our lawyers were upfront and honest and we ve learned a lot. One thing about John Foy they are an honest firm and always available to answer your questions. Dierdra Williams worked hard to get us as much as we deserve and we totally trust and appreciate her for all her hard work. Thank you John Foy.

I really appreciate her kindness and patience with me because due you my job i wasn t able to continuously go to the chiropractor, but she was understanding and very kind. STOP!!!! Do not use this firm. You will be better served by a drunk in the street then this rag-tag group of snow puffs. One call that's all should have been my first call. After they insulted me with a 50/50 split I should have run full speed in the other direction. I negotiated to standard rate but I didn't feel good about that sleazy move.....No strong arm here...just a very wet and very limp noodle arm. Zero stars should be an option for reviews. This firm would get one. I do believe they get some type of incentive from insurance co to settle for the low. Courtney Creasin can be very difficult to work with...2 months in and the calls are all one sided...you have to call to check for yourself or you will never get updates. Felt like I was paying for their services and doing their work too. See how they reply to negative reviews. Very unprofessional. Deal with them at your own Risk!!!!!!

I keep seeing their add s around town and on tv, on how they treat their customers like family or how they will get you the Money you deserve . That was not my experience with them at all, after my accident they assigned a lawyer to me by phone (that I never met, until I just showed up to their office). Then they assigned another lawyer half way through the process. They had me take MRI s right away to see what was wrong at a low budget clinic (Reginal Medical Group) and all they did was shoot me up with pain shots, and told me not to go to my primary physician since they could not bill the VA Hospital.

They also would not go to court with the insurance company or meet with me so we can try and continue with the case, even though I was still hurt. When everything was done and bills were paid they gave me what was left over, best part the lawyer would not even come out to meet me to go over the case. They also kept most of the settlement money, it wasn t even enough to get back on my feet. This was probably the worst experience I ve ever had with a law firm. I would never recommend them to anyone or any of my family and friends.

I was involved in a rear end collision exactly one week ago today. The incident occurred on a Friday. The next Monday, I had John Foy & Associates on the phone and setup an initial consultation. The very same day, an associate visited us (my wife and I) and swiftly began our paperwork. Since Monday, I have been contacted by our Attorney to move forward with what is expected to be an easy and quick settlement. This was the second law firm on my case. The first one was not on point with information and up dates.
I was referred to John Foy by an attorney friend of mine. I was told to ask for Allison Horne.
Things started off slow as they had to gather information from my previous firm but then Mrs. Horne kept me up to date on what was needed and what was going on with my case.
Towards the end I felt like I was always in the loop. All the facts and information was laid out for me. My questions were answered. My opinion was asked. I never felt like anyone was forcing anything on me or not able to make my own decisions.
I was walked through the final paperwork together. We discussed any changes that needed to be made and every thing was explained so I felt comfortable with the final document.
Mrs. Horne was always on top of all the details and extremely diligent in working for me and making sure I received the best settlement for my case.

Currently have a personal injury claim being mishandled by a local attorney. Wanted to transfer the case to John Foy and spoke with Linda Allen yesterday. She was unprofessional and condescending and really just didn t seem interested in taking the case. Apparently unless they can get big money they aren t willing to take on a case. I wouldn t recommend this office.
