If I could get away with pissing in their office space I would!!!! We handed the firm a head-on collision case, the driver of the other vehicle was ticketed. This was November 8th 2015, we just got the last of what was a poor excuse of a settlement. $1353. and change. The attorney of record literally disappeared, when we called for an update because it had be so long since we had heard anything we were told someone else is handling our case and they would be in touch. When we heard from the new attorney his attitude was "there is no value in this case", "if you had some broken bones or had a surgery it would yield more". It took nearly 4years for this to be their response!!! We had a deposition in April but no one said anything about anything since. The new attorney said and I quote "you're more than welcome to take your case somewhere else". After three and a half years, this is what you say to us??? Why didn't you say that when your firm took our case 3 1/2 years ago?? I DON'T AND WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND FOY AND ASSOCIATES FOR ANY TYPE OF LEGAL ISSUES. NEVER!!!!
