My experience with Foy and Associates was good, but not great. It started off great with updates and direction as this was my first time going through this process. However, then my attorney was changed once, then again, then a final time. During this time communications broke down and was reduced to merely introduction letters and promises to move forward with my case. Finally, my final attorney Ms. Patty Kim followed through and settled my case. I was very happy with the way the settlement was worked out, as I got to take home over 50% of my settlement. Overall when the communication was present times were great, when it wasn't (didn't hear from my attorney for over 2 months despite leaving voicemails and sending emails), the service wasn't good. About 80 percent of the time (took 12 months to settle my case) communication was present and available. Thanks again
