At first they were super nice to us. Called back in a timely manner. Then I started asking more and more questions and surpise no response. Never once did any attorney call me or advise me anything. I started with them in May 2019 and 3 months later fired them because at that point I was just a check or money to this firm. The Durham firm which took over my case had better Customer serivce and the attorney Called the same day before I even signed with them. Hmmm Showed me who cared more about my accident.
