"The Worse Legal Respresentation Thus Far". The attorney Kevin Mcdonald , do not respond to calls. I contacted him several times and only received a call back after complaining to the contact us feature on the web page. He is very dry , uninformative and lack of details. My final settlement OFFER is awful.. I received more when I represented myself . The insurance company responded however , it seems he did not respond back nor aware of an response. His excuse was "It was faxed over". I had to constantly stay on top of things. After dicussing the low , low , final offer. I had to ask him , What was your strategy? How did you defend or represent me on my behalf.? He hesitated, This should be explained to me. I know he did not put up any type of effort , just take whatever the insurance company offered. He offered no additional legal advice or plan B. Are you kidding me??? This firm charges more than the typical law firm, but get less. "Less for More ." I looked at the document /settlement the law firm will receive more money than me,,, How is that possible??? As of last week , I signed the settlement because I do not have the time nor patience to start all over with a REAL lawyer/ law firm , with REAl GRIT Now let me go chase the check, just as I had to chase the lawyer. If I dont stay on top of things , it wil sit there for months or even forever. HUGE MISTAKE,,, Commercials vs Reality. This firm need to train their attorneys up to the standards of the advertisement.Now below is a statement from a previous client saying the exact thing I am saying.

Would not go to them again or tell my friends i was involved in two accidents. Within a month period got back less than 2k for both of them when i call they are allways on the phone or away from their off ice was never keep up to date. On my cases my first case the they went goast on me got back less than 1100 and less than 2000 on sec case they did not fight for me other than got their cut i. Lost my truck and was never made whole and my sec accident was more severe than the first one. So i REGRET goimg to them had a friend who was in a accident i told him not to go to john foy they got paid to file alot. Of paper work online lol way to go john
In a follow up to my post my wife was in the truck with me on my first case got bck a very small amount and. Was very disappointed with her settlement and she told me who to go and it was not john foy should have listen to her thanks again John.

If i could give a negative review i would. A few years ago i was t-boned as i went thru a green light. A car i had just got was totalled, i went to the hospital, numerous mri's and cat scans, more than 10 injections to my neck and back, burn and cuts to my body, a damaged wrist, elbow and shoulder which to this day still isnt healed and then gave themselves high fives and praise for the less than $3000 check they awarded me, for a good job done..
Every time I see an ad, or something sponsored by them, i deel it's my job and duty to warn people about how shotty, in personal, job they do for there clients. I wish i wouldve called Morgan and Morgan or even the "one call thats all" guy. I still to this day cant extend my arm completely, hold a gallon of milk with two hands and will have to live with this till i pass. They are the definition of abulance chasers, and there clients are nothing more the horse that runs it down for them.
And to think, that the police had the other driver at complete fault. Great job John Foy and associates, you did more damage than the accident itself

Very disappointed on the professionalism this firm provided to me. I called so many times to never get any type of updates and when I finally received mail from social security about a court date I called to update them and gave them all my contact info because a lawyer was suppose to go over things with me before court and this was in August and here it is October 09,2018 days away from my court date for them to tell me they resigned.... Like wow I was about to walk into court clueless. Then the lawyer brandy was rude to me when I started to tell her how that was messed up cause no call no email no letter which everytime I ve moved I ve gotten my mail fine so I don t know how true that is but these lawyers will go fake a document anyways there liaryers there trained to lie and manipulate the system and people.

I went on Google and saw good reviews for a particular attorney. I told him up front of my apprehensions and only choosing him because of the reviews. Against being advised to not pick a big law firm, I tried out John Foy and Associates. This was by far the worst experience ever. My wife and I were given the run around, The attorney was saying that he was doing things and then 1 month later he would say the exact same things. After almost a solid year, we found out that no negotiations had taken place and that the other insurance company pretty much controlled everything.Upset and tired, we just said we wanted the case to be over. We had to pay 34 percent for absolutely nothing. I would NEVER recommend Mr. Alexander for anything. ANYTHING. Through the process, I was talked to like I sue people all of the time. Like I should understand the terminology and procedures of how this should go. After asking for explanations, it sounded as if I was inconveniencing the attorney. We were just not happy and I know this won't come as a surprise to him.

Took them over six months to only get $6000 and I got $2000 I'd go elsewhere. Got into a similar accident and did it myself got $18,000 in 3 months. I was in an accident in January 2016, and John Foy agreed to represent me. I was injured and because I am unable to get proper treatment, I am suffering! John Foy and associates have since filed a motion to withdraw as counsel without explanation and didn t send any information. The city bus driver was talking on the phone while driving and the bus flipped.
Now I have medical bills mounting and no way to pay them. I am now out of work due to the pain. Somebody got paid and it wasn t my bills!!!

I made a contract with them because I saw John Foy & Associate on their website that they deal with car diminished values. However after I made a contract, The case manager told me that they are taking care only personal injury. And today she asked me about past accidents and asked if Diminished Value of car has been paid. I don't care the past accident. Because All are not same. and also I learned about Diminished Value of car on their website. If she dosen't want to handle my diminished value of car, That's fine. Please change the case manager. She is not profetional very much, and she is so rude.

I have truly been blessed with being assigned to Kim Wichalonis and her assistant, KaTonya Hughey. I was involved in a car accident on Ga-400 that nearly killed me 2016. I received injuries to my body, lower back, left knee, and experienced vertigo where I was unable to drive or work for four months. These ppl are not truthful. They will try to keep some of your portion of the settlement so DO YOUR MATH! They don't keep in touch with you through the process. After they missed 3 of my calls & didn't return 2 left voicemails and office messages the attorney called me back months later with a really low settlement and no explanation for how low it was. After a few questions and their stuttering answers I realized they resigned from one of my cases without my knowledge and had accepted a low settlement on the other again without my consent. I asked him to explain the fees and after a few quiet minutes on the phone and some calculations I realized they tried to inflate the attorney fees and had taken a significant amount from my portion. My honest opinion. Don't use their law firm. They're all about getting themselves paid, not necessarily the client. I'm so disappointed! All the radio, billboard and TV ads are total lies! I will never trust an advertised firm again.

Do NOT hire this firm for Workman s Comp. Even though they claim not to take money unless they win the case, my lawyer, chose to garnish 25% of my Workmans Comp pay. And this is after I was already making over 40% less than what I was accustomed to. When I questioned her, she blatantly lied about her role in obtaining the money from the insurance agency. Of course I fired the firm. Now she s claiming she s owed $400/hour for her services. AND I ve come to find out she had only been a lawyer in GA for 10 months at the time of the incident. I know lawyers who ve been here 20 years that bill less than that per hour. AND she s taken a lien against my future earnings. Super, super unprofessional. And not only that, but it s kicking someone who s already down financially. If I could leave negative stars, I would!!

They withdrew from my case because of my estranged ex husband called the insurance company I'm suing....telling them a whole bunch of fabricated lies!!! Long story short because the opposing insurance company low balled a low settlement they decided my case wasn't worth it!!! Now I'm stuck with twenty five disherniated discs in my back and a load of unpaid medical bills!!! I will retain me another lawyer and I'll never seek counsel through this law firm again!!! John Foy and Associates stole my money ,my son's money and my mom's money. They will run and find ways to get you to sign their contract once that's done you can never reach them. These people went to court to say their no longer my lawyer took money from my accident for themselves. My mom got nothing and my son got nothing. Please find another lawyers and don't use John Foy and Associates.

I used this law office in 2018 due to a bad car accident. I trusted this attorney to cover my law needs (medical bills that I was asked to send in for the case). I never knew that 2 years later I would find out that some of my medical bills were not paid. These medical bills were supposed to be paid. I trusted this law office but I never knew that I needed my own personal attorney to work with JonFoy s manipulative, conniving, attorneys! THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!!!
