After getting into a car wreck in May, I contacted Foy & Associates because the insurance company was taking too long to help me with my car. Shanice and Sheldon were the best! They stayed in constant contact with me to let me know what was going on with my case. Where do I begin? In June I got a call saying that I should hear something back in thirty days. Here it is November and I got a call back after I emailed checking on the status of my case. I spoke with Kim Lamb several times and every time Kim was very professional and helpful. The actual attorney, Janelle, I spoke with twice since my accident in February 2019. The first time she called it was about something Kim had already told me and the second was when she indirectly told me she dropped me as a client. She called and said the other party doesn t want to go through with the settlement. I asked her several times what happens next and she repeatedly said idk. Of course I m in panic mode because I was told to visit all the doctors and now these bills may possibly be on me and the only answer I m getting is idk. I called a second time to make sure I heard correctly and that s when Janelle snapped and firmly told me idk it s not in my control and to call another lawyer. I understand she wasn t able to help but her delivery was uncalled for. I was told by one of the medical providers that I had officially been dropped. Now I have a $7k bill and haven t heard back from the other doctor with their balance.

This company has been a joke since day 1. The lawyer accepted my case, with no instructions on how to proceed, then disappeared. I should've fired them then,, but they were already dealing with a case from my wofe a month prior.
I had a serious family related emergency that caused me to close my case in November, its July and I still have no monies in hand. And the monies I will recieve majority of it is going to cover remaining medical expenses. How?
I was struck, for the back, while sitting still and the other driving was going about 60mph. Ouch, right.
No communication from the lawyer. Got a call once when I did my initial review and that yielded NOTHING POSTIVE FOR ME, the client. Did I mention this company, the wayes the assistants is a whole comedy show and the clients expense.
In my breakdown the only bills paid were to Peachttee Spine all others I am responsible to pay. Ambulance, concussion doctor, etc! So how is that a 3 way split? Its not! But they got paid and the doctors they partner with got paid.
Proceed with caution. Do your research. And know that you can fired your lawyer if they're not giving you walhat you need, want or expected. I lost out because my father became ill and passed during this time. Thats when I closed the case. That was October/November 2019. It is July 2020 and I paid extra to get the funds and still nothing.

This firm would steady blow up my phone for a status almost weekly now that they have my doctors records of my case I never hear from them.
I constantly have to follow up on my case.
Not once have I received a call from this firm keeping me apprised of my case.

Great firm. I worked there for a couple weeks but it was after a head injury I sustained and I just couldn t continue to work. But I noticed it was a well oiled machine and everyone gets the same care as anyone else and we tried to take on your case just as we would a family member. I found myself injured in a car accident ,and when I was coming home from the hospital the realization of the impact of what my injuries would prevent me from doing. I'm a single mom and there I was alone and had noone. Honestly I have no idea how I got their number, I really was still coming to terms with I couldn't take care of myself or daughter and needed help. I remember talking to an agent that took my information whom was kind and patient. I honestly was not very cordial. Never will I ever recommend this law firm to anyone! If I could give zero stars, I would. My lawyer was Patty K. Kim and her assistant was Hana Cho, and they are both horrible. I only spoke to Patty twice in the 4 months that she was representing me, and it was like pulling teeth to get Hana on the phone. I was injured in a car accident in February and chose Foy and Associates to represent me. By the middle of March, my lawyer & her assistant had set it up for me to receive physical therapy at Arrowhead clinic. I went for 6 weeks. Finally in June, they decided to send the insurance company an offer letter (which was way to high for the insurance company to even negotiate with), in which the insurance company responded back with an offer of $0. After receiving this, my lawyer called me and told me she was dropping my case and that I would be responsible for my physical therapy bills. They basically did not want to risk going to court and losing. I was LIVID! However, it all worked out for the best because I ended up finding me a GREAT lawyer who got me the settlement I deserved in less than 2 MONTHS without stepping foot in a courtroom. PLEASE DO NOT USE FOY AND ASSOCIATES IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED RIGHT. IF YOU NEED A REAL, CARING LAWYER, THEN CONTACT KEVIN PATRICK (KEVIN PATRICK LAW, LLC)! HE WILL TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOU AND WON'T LEAVE YOU HANGING LIKE FOY DID TO ME.
John Foy does not care about you, your injuries nor what you are going through behind an accident that was not your fault. They only care about their own pockets and making sure they stay large. Absolutely horrible. Attorney made my wife do all the leg work.. told her to go talk to the police officer about the report.. told her the report wasn't good and she needed to go get it changed. we have gone through this once before with another attorney who actually did what they were supposed to do. Unfortunately we moved up here to Georgia from Florida and we didn't have that attorney available. I've been through this before I know how things work we never had to do anything that attorney took care of everything. if we have to do the work what are we paying them for. They Sent her to ad chiropractor that drained the insurance money. Then told her were dropping your case. No communication at all. No care. Never calls you back. Then the few times they did call it was at closing while we're at work left a message. Tried to call back with in 5 min and they're closed. Do not use these people. Do not trust these people. do not trust that Chiropractor center they send you to in Kennesaw. once the insurance ran out of money they literally laughed at my wife when she told her she needed more treatment and said you would have to be able to afford $225 a visit. And every time she went they just poked and pushed a little bit put some electrical stimulus pads on her and sent her home they never spent any time with her doing anything. She got better treatment at $20 chiropractic and actually was able to walk out of there like normal rather than still hurting. These two companies are working together to do nothing but take your money. Do not trust these people at all. I can't even express in these words how horrible our experience was and how horrible we were treated. this company should be sued and put out of business both the attorney office and the chiropractor

When I first started my case I had a lot of faith in John Foy and Associates but now I am not so sure. My lawyer Kim tells me she is going to check in with me and she doesn't. I have to send multiple emails and I still don't get a response until a week later. When I do get a response from Kim her response is as if I am bothering her. I really feel that as a client I should know what is going on with my case and as of now I don't know anything. Plus its been 60 days since my demand letter was sent off and I still don't know anything that's going on.
Revise- I have spoken to my attorney and Kim is doing everything to help me at this point. At first there were a little communication issues but I have since spoken to her and anytime I contact her she returns my calls and emails right away. I now have faith that she has me and my case best interest at heart.

I don't like any thing about them so far I have got nothing and my accident was monthes ago. Mr George French has been giving me the run around about my money I have called everyday this week and on today he sent 2 the vm I just want my money that's all I will never use them again I will call Ken Nugent or any body else but them. On April 2 2016 I was involved in a accident on the Marta bus...At my age then 37, this was the very first motor accident I was ever involved in. I didn't even know that I was suppose to contact a lawyer..i initially called another firm and when I explained my case and informed them whom my case was against there was instantly a sound of fear in there voice....At this point I had no idea what to do i was sitting at home on a Sunday and a commercial came on with a man saying "strong arm" so I called and to my surprise MR. FOY himself answered the phone. I told him the same thing I told the other firm...He sent someone to my house the next morning. Again this is the first time I have ever been involved in a motor vehicle accident so I did not know what to ask nor what to say....I was assigned to Hana Cho and Patty Kim.....these ladies are awesome over this past year thru me being impatient and not knowing what questions to answer these ladies remained patient and professional. If I were to ever get in a situation like this again Foy and Associates would definitely be my first call......
