John Foy and Associates Review

So I was in my first car accident didn t know what lawyer to go to so I called my mother and law and she referred me to John Foy and associates so I m thinking ok since her experience with them were good why not try them for myself worst mistake ever. If I would ve known then what I knew now I most defiantly would of called another attorney. I had Carmen as my case manger there was a lack of communication period. I ended up signing up for my own chiropractor care because by week 2 of the accident I still was not referred out to a chiropractor . So me and my husband decided that we were going to discharge them because they weren t doing anything for us. I called them more then they called me and once we decided to discharge them that s when they wanted to start calling talking about chiropractor care by this point it s too late I was already going. So I type up a discharge letter I faxed one and I mailed one out on April 8th I then proceed to email Carmen and let her know my decision to discharge them. Carmen called me on the 9th of April and advised me that she received my discharge request and that the letters for discharge would go out on the 10th of April that didn t happen so my husband called yesterday and was very furious so finally today they sent the the letters off to the insurance companies after he called and raised more hell. If I could give 0 stars then I would because my experience with them was a horrible one

If your seeking for help this is the worst office to call ! They don t explain anything to you, they never return a call. When you keep calling you re always going to talk to a different person because the previous person is no longer there! This office is very frustrating and unprofessional!

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT hire this law firm to handle your settlement case. They are a rip off!! I was in an accident over a year and a half ago, not only did the person to contact change several times to where I had no idea who was handling my case, but they wouldn't return calls or emails and then gave me a low ball settlement by stating that my accident "wasn't that bad". I could have handled this myself and settled with the insurance company for a lot more than they did and I wouldn't have had to pay them anything. I should have read the reviews online before making the mistake of my life. BE WARNED!!!

I really enjoyed the law firm up unto this very last process. My attorney George French keep telling me the same update on this case About filing it with the probate office but I don't see anything happening. I have called three times this week and he don't call back or respond to my phone calls, I just want this case closed and paid off and I will definitely get out of his hair!!!! My daughter needs a car asap and I was praying that they just finish this case...

I got in an accident in October 2018 and Brian Alexander was so helpful! He always followed up and made sure my son and I were taken care of. I highly recommend him if you are in need of anything!

It's sad to say that I was not treated fairly by this firm. My case was neglected, they did not take the time out to collect any kind of evidence.i was sent to a dr. By one of the paralegals and the file was not touched untill the dr. Finished treating me and he sent them the bill, which was an attorney Lien. That is when I finally heard from someone after months of leaving messages with no response back. They call to tell me that they wasent going to represent me anymore, why because they did not do their job and the company denied my claim and they did nothing to help me. I regret contacting office very terrible service for me, but I am moving on still hurting from my injury. Surely would not recommend, and I never talked to John Foy never met them face to face, no one came to see me, but yet they were hired and papers were signed. Be careful.

I wouldn t recommend this company to anyone! My mother picked this firm after I got into my accident 7/19/2019 maybe September. Mind you you have to hound them down to get responses, send multiple emails call hundreds of times, just to end up talking to someone new everytime you get in contact. Rachel was speaking with my mother about my case as I wasn t even living with her to get confirmation that I was in therapy. Later in February close March of 2020 I believe crystal started to be the one to keep me updated barely! But shares that news with me as my car has been totaled I never had the transportation to get to therapy considering personal situations. I talked with them for 9months rarely but hey for in the end to only get $243. I waited that long after having a totaled car almost a year to receive absolutely nothing! Then the last person I spoke with Julie very kind but couldn t help me on what had even been going on . After previously I was being lied to and they told me they sent a request for my doctors visit which was never asked for until I called my doctor to get them in February. If I knew I was going to end up with nothing to not even help with how drastically my financial situation changed from not having a vehicle, I would ve surely picked someone else who could ve apparently did more, been more reliable. After I was chasing for my case I felt I was doing more work then my attorney ever was. Hate I didn t get the great experience some had!

After almost 2 years juggling with my case.... got the pity money cash while the lawyer got compensated for Doing Nothing!!! . Erin Sussman worked my case then she left without finish it. Duncan Harle came along ... only got me a generous $500 out his pocket to rushed me to sign settlement . Never ever again John Foy or Calvin Smith or Morgan & Morgan.... they only get interested or work cases where they can get over $10,000 or more !!! Well on my case my lawyer got over $10.000 For just representing me BUT nothing else.... like really he was working for the people who crashed me .

At first everything seemed to be okay! Now I am very discouraged and feel that I chose the wrong law firm to represent me. The only thing that was good was the communication! We were assigned someone who I assumed was an attorney and she's a. inexperienced paralegal.... I didn't know that or else I would have asked for a real attorney at law! Not so sure that would have even made a difference. I wish I would have read more of the bad reviews. Some of these reviews must be fake!!! I wish to give 0stars and I'm recommending no one allow this firm to represent! You are better off coming out directly with the other insurance company. John Foy &Associates have a history of not paying bills as well so be careful !RUN they will STRONG ARM the hell out of you and your settlement! For the person that responds to the reviews you can keep your review response unless you have more compensation for me ! You are not the owner and probably will not be helpful! This is the reason why people have no faith in attorneys /Lawyers i feel LIARS in this case. The paralegal got really nasty with me when I asked her two questions about the settlement on my case. The person who I spoke with persuaded me to lie about suffering an injury in order to have my vehicle fixed. She told me that the attorneys office would fix my vehicle prior to the case and that I should say I'm hurt or no one in Georgia would represent me. I then decided to move forward with the company because I needed my car fixed . The communication between my attorney and his assistant was very poor. When I went to sit down with my attorney dominic he knew nothing about my case or rather very little . Once they realized they couldn't make money off of me having an "injury" they dropped my case and have been avoiding my emails. I need them to send documentation to the insurance company proving that they are no longer representing me but am now having the hardest time getting a hold of them. Had I have had a big injury case on my hands they probably would have treated me like gold .

To simply explain my experience with John Foy & Associates. First of All, My case began a couple of days after the Christmas holidays' 2012. This was very devastating for me and my Family. On, Dec. 24, 2012 is when an out of stateTruck Driver backed into my car without watching what he was doing. My Husband was also in the car with me, we both were at our work area that evening. He broke my right hand and dislocated my back. My husband was also injured. We called John Foy & Associates Law Firm were they immediately had a representative come out to our home. The gentleman was very professional and took all our information. Right away, I was assigned an Attorney, He and his staff was extremely qualified and dependable! The Paralegal called to see how we were doing everyday ,if not every other day. I really loved knowing how much they cared about me by calling and being very personable in that manner. Shortly after months into the case my husband was compensated very quickly and very generously of an amount over $40,000 ,and we both were grateful and appreciative of how professional everything went. Sadly, after that happen with my husband settling. I still had severe pain still going on with my hand and back, so I couldn't settle my end. I went months then some years. Until, That Attorney we started with was no longer with the firm. I was heartbroken, however Mr. John Foy assured me it would work out just fine. This has been one horrible experience with this Law firm. First, they took my case and stated that they can help me. It has been a short but long journey. I had my accident Oct. 2019. But this law firm dropped me because they stated they can not work with my case anymore. The accident was not my fault, I got injured in this accident and I will have a life long injury from this accident. I will NEVER EVER recommend this law firm to anyone. Their commercials are strait BS... LIES, LIES, and more LIES....

John Foy and Associates is a professional organization and a law firm that gets the job done. From the first consultation with the 'investigator" all the way through to the final settlement (s) they kept me in the loop every step of the way. Brian Alexander was our individual attorney and I asked to be kept in the loop every week and he called faithfully every Thursday with updates. I had a head on collision, where I was not at fault. I have a pre-existing condition and he/they were able to get 3 months of PT as well as settlements from both insurance companies. Even though my truck got totaled, we got money there to. The important thing to me was my health, I didn't want this accident to speed up my condition so a proper diagnosis' and treatment was my main concern. We had MRI's and x-rays done. John Foy and Associates made sure I was taken care of from beginning to end and when the other insurance company requested medical information on my pre-existing condition, John Foy and Associates pushed back. They definitely stick up for the "small guy" to make sure we are not taken advantage of and get what we need. Thank you Brian and John Foy and Associates.

Is there actually a Mr. Foy? We left messages for him and still no reply. Isn't this firm supposed to be on our side? They are making money off of our misfortion? Sure don't seem so. Our attorney actually hung up on my husband because he wanted the first settlement offer to be higher than what the attorney submitted. I can't wait for all of this to be over so I can write my final review. Can I have another attorney and assistant? Kim Wichalonis has all good reviews.

DO NOT... I repeat DO NOT UTILIZE THIS LAW FIRM. They are suppose to assist you in getting medical bills taken care of and help with things since they are the knowledgeable ones in this situation. So why is it that I m receiving medical bills from two years ago that John Foy law firm was suppose to take care of they are now claiming I am responsible for. When they got paid to help me but obviously didn t help me but help themselves to a hefty cut of my claim. This was the biggest mistake of my life hiring this firm. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY!!! They will take your money no matter how bad you are injured. This place is a ripoff! They took most of my settlement, let medicare pay my medical bills, took money for hidden fees and tried to lie and cheat me out of the few bucks I had left. You have to settle your own personal property claim and handle all the preliminaries yourself. They sued two insurance companies on my behalf but I only received compensation from one. They refused to tell me anything about the second settlement. I had to threaten to go to the Bar association and the local news media to get the few pennies I received from them. John Foy has to know this is going on under his name. I have filed a complaint against him and his firm and I urge you all to do the same. He is definitely "The Strong Arm" against his own clients!

Horrible. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Do NOT waste your time or money. Their legal assistants DO NOT care, do not return calls or emails and even after complaining NUMEROUS times to Mr. Foy himself, nothing has been done and after almost a year and them having the check from the insurance company of the girl that hit me, NOTHING has been settled. Meanwhile my medical bills are going into collections and ruining my credit! DO NOT call them and DO NOT fall for those cheesy commercials. These people are not qualified to have a legal firm. Absolutely the worst experience with an attorney I've ever had in my life.

Don't use this law firm!!! I called the office several times to get in touch with an attorney who never seems to be there. I left 2 detailed messages for sharon wolfkeel asking for a return call. The receptionist is no help. She stated that there was no one else I could speak to. When they took my case they seemed concerned and now that I want information on it no one cares.
