Nobody should have to bury a child . When a devastating life event smacks your world into a spin , as a father and husband you have to put on your business hat to manage all the drama while protecting your wife from it 100% .
You need an attorney to both navigate the legal swamp and represent your pain with the same gusto, sympathy and determination for justice that your heart begs for.
I went to John Foy not because i didn't know any but because i wanted the guilty to know muscle was coming and his brand name does that. So he assigned Dierdre Williams who was tenacious , caring , efficient and for 18 months she wrestled with the companies involved ( along with my constant swings from tirade to tears ) and found a way to beat extreme odds in a very tricky scenario driven by her sharing my own philosophy of DO THE RIGHT THING , no excuses , and we prevailed valiantly .
A big win for the little guys !
Nothing will bring our star athlete son back and it wasnt about $$ but the satisfaction of publicly proving fault on coward parties who ran and hid behind BIG BRAND rules and small print ....but the FOY brand was bigger....and they are still reeling .
