Things started off great. They were all on top of things. Then I noticed contact stopped and when I reached out, I was told my case was never assigned to an attorney. Once I got an attorney and provided all needed information, I was told I would be receiving biweekly follow ups until my case was settled. I NEVER hear from my attorney unless I reach out (usually via email) and he seems aggravated when I do, as if me following up once or twice a month is a bother to him. Its been close to a month since our last contact. :( Oh yea, this case has been going on for close to a year now. I'm very patient but do not appreciate the lack of communication.

Update: 100% positive my case was forgotten about. I called and spoke to a supervisor and my case was settled a week later (go figure). Not to mention the case was settled for $20,000 less than the estimated settlement provided by my attorney when my case was taken. My lawyer notified that I would be receiving payment no later than today. And guess what? Haven't heard from him! This company is a joke!!!! Please do not waste your time! Very unprofessional! My lawyer was George French.
