I could tell this staff is not truly genuine. Did not choose to move forward with letting them handle my case after reading the reviews. First thing they were concerned about was getting me locked into a contract. Do your research before trusting these ritzy law firms! After speaking to the person assigned to my case about deciding not to move forward with them, she got an attitude and hung up after I kindly explained why. Glad I avoided this train wreck and got on board with another, more genuine and customer friendly law firm. Again, do research and talk to multiple before signing anything.
