Horrible communicators!!

Horrible communicators!!
I was in auto accident ( I was rear ended sitting at a red light and sandwiched) my car was totaled.
This firm would steady blow up my phone for a status almost weekly now that they have my doctors records of my case I never hear from them.
I constantly have to follow up on my case.
Not once have I received a call from this firm keeping me apprised of my case.
Awful communication.
Not what you want when you need to get bills paid!
