This company has been a joke since day 1. The lawyer accepted my case, with no instructions on how to proceed, then disappeared. I should've fired them then,, but they were already dealing with a case from my wofe a month prior.

I had a serious family related emergency that caused me to close my case in November, its July and I still have no monies in hand. And the monies I will recieve majority of it is going to cover remaining medical expenses. How?

I was struck, for the back, while sitting still and the other driving was going about 60mph. Ouch, right.

No communication from the lawyer. Got a call once when I did my initial review and that yielded NOTHING POSTIVE FOR ME, the client. Did I mention this company, the wayes the assistants is a whole comedy show and the clients expense.

In my breakdown the only bills paid were to Peachttee Spine all others I am responsible to pay. Ambulance, concussion doctor, etc! So how is that a 3 way split? Its not! But they got paid and the doctors they partner with got paid.

Proceed with caution. Do your research. And know that you can fired your lawyer if they're not giving you walhat you need, want or expected. I lost out because my father became ill and passed during this time. Thats when I closed the case. That was October/November 2019. It is July 2020 and I paid extra to get the funds and still nothing.
