I found myself injured in a car accident ,and when I was coming home from the hospital the realization of the impact of what my injuries would prevent me from doing. I'm a single mom and there I was alone and had noone. Honestly I have no idea how I got their number, I really was still coming to terms with I couldn't take care of myself or daughter and needed help. I remember talking to an agent that took my information whom was kind and patient. I honestly was not very cordial. When I first talked to them,being a single mom with noone, the accident still had me frozen like I was still there. They assigned Ms.Wichalonis to my case. At the time of the wreck I really was going through a crisi kos of my own. My agent was not only patient in me about the case, she also took time out to listen to my personal crisis at home and offered support. Im thankful for the associates who work at Jon Foy . I feel very grateful because I wouldn't have had anyone else .
